Abstract

Menjelang pemilu, sudah seharusnya lembaga pemantau juga aktif mengawasi penyelenggaraan pemilu. Penelitian ini fokus pada pemilu di Kota Baubau yang meliputi tiga daerah pemilihan (harian) dan 448 tempat pemungutan suara (TPS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis percepatan reformasi digital pada tata kelola pemilu yang didalamnya adalah tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pasca pemilu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap beberapa informan yang berkompeten di bidangnya. Data yang diperoleh dari wawancara ini akan digunakan untuk menggambarkan langkah-langkah konkrit yang dilakukan BAWASLU dalam memperkuat mekanisme pemantauan pemilu. Pembahasannya mencakup aspek organisasi, teknologi, dan implementasi strategi yang diterapkan BAWASLU untuk mengatasi tantangan yang muncul selama proses pemilu. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai transformasi BAWASLU Kota Baubau dalam menghadapi dinamika pemilu. Temuan-temuan ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi para pemangku kepentingan, akademisi, dan praktisi demokrasi untuk memperbaiki sistem pemantauan pemilu di berbagai tingkatan. Selain itu, artikel ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur mengenai peran lembaga pemantau pemilu dalam mendukung proses demokrasi dan integritas pemilu di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Research Objective: To determine the relationship between Green Building and Strategy Operational Cost Reduction and Customer Satisfaction. Research Type: Quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Findings: Green building is an approach that is increasingly being adopted by many organizations as a primary strategy in reducing operational costs while increasing customer satisfaction. This strategy focuses on efficient use of resources, reducing environmental impacts, and creating a better customer experience. Green building integrates energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies and designs, Customer satisfaction is one of the important benefits of implementing green buildings. Customers are now increasingly aware of the importance of sustainability and tend to choose companies that care about the environment; a close relationship between reducing operational costs and customer satisfaction through the implementation of green buildings. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: Implementation of green buildings to increase customer satisfaction with cost reduction strategies Practitioner/policy Implications: Green building is an approach that is increasingly being adopted by many organizations as a primary strategy in reducing operational costs while increasing customer satisfaction. Research Limitation/Implications: This article offers a green building concept with a Strategy for Operational Cost Reduction to increase Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Skills Training has been implemented in Batu Layang Village, Cisarua Subdistrict, Bogor, to increase local communities' economic empowerment. This program aims to provide knowledge and skills to Batu Layang Village residents so they can manage small and medium businesses more effectively. The training method involves workshops, practical training, group discussions, and direct mentoring by experts in the MSME field. The training results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills, increased income, and the opening of new jobs at the local level. An evaluative discussion regarding the program's success was carried out, including identifying challenges faced and recommendations for strengthening the program's sustainability in the future. This program has had a significant positive impact on the economic empowerment of the Batu Layang Village community and can be an example of similar efforts in other areas.

Abstract

Pletok beer is one of the legendary culinary drinks in Jakarta, where its existence is difficult to find but is still in demand for consumption by the public, especially in the DKI Jakarta area. Pletok beer is a typical Betawi drink tempoe doloe made from native Indonesian spices that are useful and nutritious for health. There is no doubt about the benefits of this drink for the health of the body, because the raw materials consist of ginger, sappan wood, cinnamon, lemongrass leaves and other native Indonesian spices. Pletok beer is drunk in warm conditions, it is very delicious to drink cold it will also be more delicious, it can also be drunk as a mixture with herbal drinks to get rid of colds when going to bed at night. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve management, marketing and financial governance in the Mpok Eneng pletok beer business in the Pulo Gebang area, East Jakarta, so that pletok beer products can be known in the Greater Jakarta area and nationally. The implementation of this community service activity was carried out for 6 months originating from the DIPA of the Directorate of Research, Technology and Community Service, the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology for the 2022 Fiscal Year. These activities include conduct training and mentoring for partner management and business governance, finance, training and production management, packaging and marketing, as well as training and assistance for information systems/digitalization. The results of this community service activity are partners can manage their products with attractive packaging, increase product marketing through online and manage finances and good management.

Abstract

Community service represents a concrete initiative aimed at enhancing the well-being and competitiveness of collaborating partners. The rationale behind this community service initiative is to address challenges confronted by culinary traders, encompassing aspects such as business management, marketing, financial administration, and product development. The execution of community service endeavors is centered on empowering culinary traders in RW 026 Bojong Rawa Lumbu Village, Bekasi City, through entrepreneurship training facilitated by the Faculty, Staff, and Students of the Institute of Business and Communication Swadaya. The primary objective of this community service is to bolster the capacity of culinary traders in effectively managing their enterprises and fostering a positive influence on local economic development. The methodology employed in this community service entails training sessions and practical entrepreneurship exercises tailored for partner culinary traders. The outcomes of this service manifest in heightened sales turnover, contributing positively to both local economic development and the well-being of the culinary traders involved.
