Abstract

Industri kecantikan di Indonesia saat ini memiliki perkembangan yang pesat. Adanya perkembangan yang pesat, menimbulkan banyak merekkosmetik lokal yang diluncurkan dan berlomba-lomba untuk menciptakan inovasi produk yang baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah beauty influencer, citra merek, dan persepsi harga dapat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Rosé All Day pada mahasiswiFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara di Jakarta. Sebanyak 178 responden berhasil dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan onlinekuesioner. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dan dengan teknik purposivesampling. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 4.0. Dilakukan pengujian validitas konvergenmenggunakan uji Outer Loadings dan uji Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Pengujian validitas diskriminan dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Fornell-Larcker dan analisis Cross Loadings. Pengujian reliabilitas dilakukan dengen menggunakan uji Cronbach’s Alpha dan Composite Reliability. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Rosé All Day pada mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara di Jakarta. Namun, beauty influencer memiliki pengaruh yang positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Rosé All Day pada mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara di Jakarta. The beauty industry in Indonesia is currently developing rapidly. This rapid development has resulted in many local cosmetic brands being launchedand competing to create new product innovations. The aim of this research is to find out whether beauty influencers, brand image and price perceptions can influence the decision to purchase Rosé All Day products among female students at the Faculty of Economics and Business,Tarumanagara University in Jakarta. A total of 178 respondents were collected using an online questionnaire. Sampling in this research was carried out using a non-probability sampling method and a purposive sampling technique. The data that has been collected is then processed using theSmartPLS 4.0 program. Convergent validity testing was carried out using the Outer Loadings test and the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) test. Discriminant validity testing was carried out using the Fornell- Larcker test and Cross Loadings analysis. Reliability testing was carried out usingCronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability tests. The results of this research show that brand image and price perception have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Rosé All Day products among female students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University in Jakarta. However, beauty influencers have a positive but not significant influence on the decision to purchase Rosé All Day products among female students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University in Jakarta.

Abstract

The agricultural sector grew by 2.19% y-o-y in 2020 and contributed to Indonesia's GDP of 15.46%. Agribusiness potential is one of the largest contributors to Indonesia's GDP. Not only that, the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the acceleration of digital transformation in business activities. This encourages the need for digital transformation for XYZ company to be able to survive in the agro-industry business. The application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) are challenges and opportunities for companies to carry out digital transformation. The existence of obstacles and challenges that need to be overcome by the company requires handling carried out in strategic and systematic steps in order to survive in the market. XYZ's challenges in implementing digital transformation lie in the level of penetration and understanding of digital technology, the use of technology that has not been maximized, and intense competition. Where XYZ also has digital opportunities because Indonesian people are starting to switch to online shopping patterns.

Abstract

Every online store, both large and small, will face display (layout) problems. Setting the layout (display) for online store products is a problem that is often encountered and even unavoidable, even if it is in a smaller or simpler scope. If the display settings are properly planned, it will affect the efficiency and sales of online stores. The main goal to be achieved in display planning (layout) at the LT Shop online store is basically to facilitate the search for products that meet consumer desires which in turn can increase sales. This PKM program is in the form of determining the display (layout) for the LT Shop online store. So far, the displays in the online store are less attractive and still disorganized. With the correct display (layout), it will facilitate the process of searching for goods and can create increased transactions. Tarumanagara University as an entrepreneur campus that helps provide funds for the implementation of this community service activity. Setiap toko online baik toko dalam skala besar maupun kecil akan menghadapi permasalahan display (tata letak). Pengaturan tata letak (display) untuk produk toko online merupakan masalah yang sering dijumpai bahkan tidak dapat dihindari, meskipun dalam lingkup yang lebih kecil atau sederhana. Apabila pengaturan display ini terencana secara baik akan berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi dan penjualan toko online. Tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai dalam perencanaan display (tata letak) pada toko online LT Shop pada dasarnya adalah untuk memudahkan pencarian produk yang memenuhi keinginan konsumen yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Program PKM ini berupa penentuan display (tata letak) pada toko online LT Shop. Selama ini display yang ada di toko online tersebut kurang menarik dan masih belum teratur. Dengan display (tata letak) yang benar maka memudahkan proses pencarian barang dan dapat menciptakan peningkatan transaksi. Universitas Tarumanagara sebagai kampus entrepreneur yang membantu penyediaan dana demi terselenggaranya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini.

Abstract

Layout design has a very strategic impact on stores, because effective layout can help organizations achieve strategies that support low costs and differentiation. Arranging the layout design in each online shop is a problem that is often encountered and this is not easy to avoid, even on a simpler scale. Efficiency will be created in online sales stores if the display arrangements are well planned. The benefit that will be achieved in this activity is that the layout design in the SM-Shop-Online store is used to make it easier to pick up or search for products so that it meets consumer expectations which in conclusion can increase sales. The PKM program implemented is in the form of determining the layout of the SM-Shop-Online shop, because so far the layout in this shop is not good and is still not neatly arranged. Through a good layout, it is hoped that it will be easier for consumers to find the goods they need so that they can increase sales. Tarumanagara University as a campus entrepreneur helps provide funds to carry out this community service activity.

Abstract

Financial reports are information that reflects the financial condition of a business as well as an illustration of financial performance. Therefore, financial reports can be said to be an important tool for the purpose of obtaining information, both related to the financial position of a business, to the performance results achieved by the business. Analysis and interpretation of financial reports is a process for solving and at the same time answering problems that arise in a business. Analysis and interpretation are not goals, but analysis and interpretation are only tools for making or taking decisions to achieve these goals. This PKM program takes the form of training in making profit and loss reports at SM-Shop-Online in Jakarta. The aim of this community service activity is to provide input for this business to start recording its activities. Through proper recording, you can ultimately tidy up the shop's finances. Tarumanagara University as an entrepreneurial campus helps provide funds to carry out these community service activities. ABSTRAK Laporan keuangan merupakan informasi yang mencerminkan kondisi keuangan suatu usaha serta sebagai gambaran kinerja keuangan. Oleh sebab itu, laporan keuangan dapat dikatakan menjadi suatu alat yang penting untuk tujuan memperoleh informasi, baik terkait dengan posisi keuangan suatu usaha, hingga pada hasil-hasil kinerja yang dicapai oleh usaha tersebut. Analisis dan interpretasi laporan keuangan merupakan suatu proses untuk memecahkan dan sekaligus menjawab masalah-masalah yang timbul dalam suatu usaha. Analisis dan interprestasi bukan merupakan tujuan tetapi analisis dan interpresatsi hanya merupakan suatu alat untuk membuat atau mengambil keputusan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Program PKM ini berupa pelatihan pembuatan laporan laba rugi pada SM-Shop-Online di Jakarta. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada usaha ini untuk memulai melakukan pencatatan terhadap aktivitasnya. Melalui pencatatan yang tepat maka pada akhirnya dapat merapikan keuangan toko ini. Universitas Tarumanagara sebagai kampus entrepreneur yang membantu penyediaan dana demi terselenggaranya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini.
