Abstract

Penyengat Island is an island that has historical and religious tourism destinations. Penyengat Island is an island surrounded by sea and has quite a large population. Ecotourism is part of tourist attractions that utilize the potential of local natural resources, and are developed with environmentally friendly innovation and technology. This activity aims to provide benefits that can be felt directly and indirectly. The stages carried out in tree planting activities consist of socializing the need for a greening movement, preparing tree planting locations and carrying out mangrove seedling planting activities. With tree planting activities, many benefits can be obtained, such as a greener environment, keeping the air clean, protecting the coast from erosion and strong wave attacks, helping to reduce the risk of flooding in coastal areas and planting mangrove trees can prevent abrasion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement of work based on talent management, servant leadership through organizational commitment. The type of research used is qualitative research. Research shows that talent management has a positive impact on leadership engagement that serves has a positive impact on organizational commitment, HR performance improvement based on talent management and servant leadership has a positive impact on organizational commitment, effective talent management, servant leadership has a positive impact on HR results. Talent management and servant leadership have a positive effect on staff performance and organizational commitment positive impact on HR performance Organizational commitment cannot be transferred the influence of organizational culture on the performance of personal activities. The effect of this research can be said to have theoretical and practical implications, there are efforts to improve the quality of HR performance maintaining and developing various organizational fronts with company needs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention among Al Baik Supermarket employees. In this research it can be seen that this research method is a quantitative research method. In this research, the sampling method used a saturated sampling technique. The saturated sampling method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Data analysis carried out in this research used SPSS version 21 to process the data where it can be seen that the stages carried out were research instrument testing which consisted of data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis testing, coefficient of determination testing, and hypothesis testing. Partial test results show that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention among supermarket employees. Second, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Third, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
