Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh soal asesmen pada buku teks sejarah kelas XI kurikulum merdeka belum diketahui gambaran sebaran level kognitif dan cenderung monoton. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sebaran level kognitif asesmen pilihan ganda pada buku teks sejarah kurikulum merdeka kelas XI Fase F. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian evaluasi dimana pada penelitian ini menganalisis butir soal asesmen hasil belajar sejarah untuk menentukan kualitasnya ditinjau dari level kognitif. Objek evaluasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah butir soal asesmen hasil belajar sejarah dalam buku teks sejarah kelas XI yang terdiri dari 4 Bab soal pilihan ganda banyaknya 20 butir soal yaitu Bab 1 jumlahnya 5 butir soal materi Kolonialisme dan perlawanan bangsa Indonesia, Bab II 5 butir soal materi Pergerakan Kebangsaan Indonesia, Bab III 5 butir soal materi Di Bawah Tirani Jepang dan Bab IV 5 butir soal materi Proklamasi Kemerdekaan. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan lembar evaluasi. Teknik menganalisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 20 soal yang terdapat dalam asesmen buku sejarah terdapat 2 soal pada taraf level kognitif Mengingat (C1), 11 soal pada taraf level kognitif Memahami (C2), 0 soal pada taraf level kognitif Menerapkan (C3), 7 soal pada taraf level kognitif Menganalisis (C4), 0 soal pada taraf level kognitif Mengevaluasi (C5), dan 0 soal dengan taraf level kognitif Mencipta (C6). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan soal asesmen pilihan ganda hasil belajar sejarah kelas dalam buku teks sejarah kelas XI Fase F yang paling banyak digunakan adalah level kognitif menjelaskan (C2) dengan persentase 55%.

Abstract

Increasing awareness of environmental issues, sustainable development, and the benefits of recycling underscores the significance of incorporating reverse logistics into supply chain systems. The primary objective of this study is to pinpoint the obstacles and repercussions associated with the integration of reverse logistics on the performance of supply chains by means of a methodical examination of existing literature. Employing a systematic literature review, this study scrutinized research patterns related to reverse logistics within supply chains. A total of 27 articles, spanning from 2014 to 2023, were meticulously chosen via a procedure involving identification, screening, eligibility evaluation, and analysis, with data derived from reputable sources such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect. The analysis brought to light that impediments like financial constraints, inadequate understanding of reverse logistics methodologies, and absence of governmental regulations pose as major hindrances to the adoption of reverse logistics. Nonetheless, the implementation of reverse logistics has been validated to yield favorable outcomes on supply chain performance by enhancing system efficiency, cutting down expenses, boosting customer contentment, and advocating sustainable business strategies. To facilitate the execution of reverse logistics, governments ought to formulate unambiguous regulations, while enterprises can explore financial backing from investors or engage in partnerships with other stakeholders in the supply chain to secure essential funds.

Abstract

The issue of inclusive education in Indonesia still has many problems, which can be seen through the APS for children with special needs in the Society 5.0 Era. One of the causes is the inability of education to analyze and optimize the potential of students with special needs. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of interviews, documentation, and observation. The E-Report design initiated by researchers based on the findings of researchers at the SLB Autis Laboratorium UM is expected to be able to accommodate the problems and needs of educational service customers. Apart from that, the available features also try to provide an overview of the students' condition through pictures, photos, videos, recordings, and graphics, which try to minimize the sensitivity of parents of students who have children with special needs.

Abstract

This research explores the process of internalizing the values of religious moderation through special services and educational programs for students at Sekolah Alam SAKA Kediri. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The research focuses on the process of implementing special service programs. The research results show that the Sekolah Alam SAKA Kediri has developed a unique service program for students to actively understand and practice the values of religious moderation through special services such as laboratory services, catering, UKS, and library. Apart from developing students' talents and interests, the educational program also focuses on opportunities to discover new experiences and environments, such as entrepreneurship-based programs, namely SAKA Business Day and Shopping Day. Meanwhile, to support students in developing communication and social skills by involving students as zakat recipients and carrying out internship activities. Apart from that, focusing on the morning activity program and the concept of talent-friendly and inclusive education also positively impacts creating a school environment that is responsive and anti-bullying.

Abstract

This study discusses the management of student potential development in a talent-friendly character school, focusing on the application of local wisdom through the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) internship program. The aim of this development is to nurture the individual potential of students, both academically and non-academically, through an approach that values their talents and interests. A local wisdom-based approach is employed to preserve cultural identity, strengthen character, and instill values relevant to the students' social environment. The UMKM internship program is implemented as a means of developing practical skills and entrepreneurship among students, with the goal of connecting school learning with the real-world workforce. This internship not only equips students with practical knowledge but also provides direct experience on how local wisdom can be integrated into economic activities.The research method used is qualitative, with data collection methods including in-depth interviews and observations. The study concludes that a talent-based and local wisdom-based approach, complemented by the UMKM internship program, can enhance students' skills, confidence, and readiness to face future challenges, both academically and professionally.

Abstract

Asperger's syndrome is a developmental disorder of social interaction, communication and behavior. Asperger's syndrome is also known as the little professor syndrome because it has a unique behavior, way of thinking and communicating. The existence of obstacles regarding social skills experienced by students with social skills requires that schools have the sensitivity to participate in supporting students' social skills. Social and communication skills are very important for students to be able to show their emotions and feelings appropriately. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses behavioristic theory to find out how the role of the facilitator is in improving students' social abilities by assessing the four main activities, namely: making friends, studying, worshiping and doing activities. The role of the facilitator and the natural school concept promoted by the Sekolah Alam SAKA Kediri contribute to changes in students with Asperger's syndrome..

Abstract

Gambier faces various challenges along the value chain, including financing problems and the quality of gambier that does not meet standards because it still uses mixed materials. This study aims to identify value chain mapping, analyze value chain governance patterns, and analyze strategies for improving the gambier value chain in West Sumatra. The research location was purposively selected on the grounds that Lima Puluh Kota Regency and Pesisir Selatan Regency are the largest gambier centers in West Sumatra. This study used the data analysis method from Gereffi and Fernandez-Stark 2016 and ACIAR 2012. The results explained that the activities carried out were planting, harvesting, processing, drying, packing, quality control, sales, with the actors involved being farmers, intermediary traders, cooperatives, large traders, and exporters. The type of governance formed in this gambier value chain is market governance. With low complexity, high codification and high capability variables. The upgrading strategy carried out in this study uses 3 types of upgrading, namely product upgrading, process upgrading, and function upgrading. Product upgrading can be done by making gambier product innovations. Process upgrading can be done by using modern technology in processing to increase theyield and quality of gambier. Function upgrading can be done by building processing facilities that are able to produce high-quality gambier products according to international standards.
