Abstract

Entrepreneurship is creating something that adds value and makes a profit. This is done by an individual or group to manage a business. Entrepreneurship can be interpreted as encouraging entrepreneurial actors to take risks by being creative and adapting in the face of continuous changes in the future.This community service activity aims to inform class VI students of SDN 48 BENGKULU CITY about how to become successful and creative entrepreneurs to be able in this sophisticated era. This activity explains what entrepreneurship is, how to become a creative entrepreneur and how to create an initial concept for starting a business, examples of products to market, ways to make products, good marketing strategies. It is hoped that with this, students at SDN 48 KOTA BENGKULU will understand entrepreneurship better and be more interested in business so that in the future they can open successful businesses and help create jobs for local people.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini ialah untuk memberikan penguatan kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, terkait peningkatan kemampuan dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan yang akuntabel. Metode yang digunakan adalah praktek penyusunan laporan keuangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Proses wawancara dilakukan dengan menggunakan depth interview. Kegiatan ini juga menghadirkan dua narasumber yaitu dari pemilik Toko bernama Deys Erika Julianti dan Filda Kusuma. Hasil penelitian ini sangat membantu sekali bagi pemilik Toko dalam mencatat kas masuk dan kas keluar dalam bentuk jurnal lalu membuat buku besar sampai dengan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana baik itu laporan laba rugi, perubahan modal dan neraca.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by the Hawwa Passion Store in Bengkulu City in an effort to increase sales. Through participatory methods and focus group discussions, this research evaluates the effectiveness of the use of social media and e-commerce platforms and identifies the challenges faced by business actors.The research results show that implementing digital marketing strategies, especially through social media such as Instagram and Facebook as well as e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee, has succeeded in increasing sales of the Hawwa Passion Shop by 40%. The use of engaging visual content and digital advertising campaigns play an important role in capturing consumer attention and increasing engagement.However, this research also found several limitations, including limited technical knowledge in content management and relatively high digital advertising costs. Apart from that, unstable internet access in several areas of Bengkulu City is also an obstacle in implementing this strategy.The main contribution of this research is to provide insight into effective digital marketing practices for small and medium enterprises in the thrifting sector. It is hoped that the resulting recommendations can help business actors optimize their digital marketing strategies, overcome existing obstacles, and ultimately increase sales and business growth.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the sales performance of PT Mega Prabu Mandiri based on three main indicators, namely economic ratio, efficiency, and effectiveness, during 2023 to 2024. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of budget reports and the realization of company income and expenses. The results of the study indicate that the company's economic ratio in 2023 was 122% and increased to 133% in 2024. This value indicates that expenditures exceeded the budget, so the company was not operating economically. Meanwhile, the efficiency ratio decreased from 85% in 2023 to 83% in 2024, indicating an increase in efficiency in the use of operational costs. The effectiveness ratio was recorded at 124% in 2023 and increased to 126% in 2024, indicating that the company successfully exceeded its predetermined sales targets.
