Abstract

Study aims to determine the dominant factors affecting the employeesâ?? performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province. The most dominant factor / the highest affects the employeesâ?? performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province is the quality factor of employment the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province with the total value of the respondent's perception 884 with agreed criteria.The average of the respondents' answers to the overall factor is 862.86 in the agreed criteria, meaning that the average respondent agrees that the overall factor proposed can affect the employees performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province. The lowest factor affects the employeesâ?? performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province is an innovation factor of the employees in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province with the number of values from the perception of respondents 829 with the criteria agreed.Key Words: Quality of work, quantity of work, job knowledge, teamwork, creativity, innovation, initiative

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study were 30 teachers who teach at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis,determination test and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study, it shows a simple linear regression equation,namely Y = 16.211 + 0.624X with a positive regression direction meaning that if the principal's leadership style increases, the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency will also increase. The principal's leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency, because the significant value of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the higher the leadership style of the Principal at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency, the teacher's performance will also increase. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.352. This means that the principal's leadership style has an influence on teacher performance by 35.2% while the rest (100-35.2% = 64.8%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine factors such as psychological factors, social factors, physical factors and financial factors affecting employee job satisfaction at the Selebar sub-district office, Bengkulu city. The sample in this study was 30 employees at the Selebar District Head Office, Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used in this research is a census because all populations are used as samples. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing.The research results show a positive direction of regression with the regression equation Y = 4.738 + 0.312X1 + 0.328 X2 + 0.204X3 + 0.284X4. Psychological factors have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction for employees of the Selebar sub-district office, Bengkulu City, with a significant value of 0.034, less than 0.05. Social factors show a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction for employees of the Selebar sub-district office of Bengkulu City with a significant value of 0.035, less than 0.05. Physical factors show a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction for employees of the Selebar District Office of Bengkulu City with a significant value of 0.025, less than 0.05. The financial factor has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction in Selebar District Office Employees, Bengkulu City, with a significant value of 0.008, less than 0.05. Psychological factors, social factors, physical factors and financial factors significantly influence job satisfaction in the employees of the Selebar sub-district office of Bengkulu City with a significant value of 0.000, less than 0.05

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of discounts, promotions, and purchasing interest on cosmetic purchasing decisions at Khalutistiwa store in Bengkulu City. The population in this study was 134 people. Data is processed in the form of numerical data (numbers) using a Likert scale. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire. The data was processed using SPSS Windows version 25. The data analysis method used quantitative methods, namely by using multiple regression analysis. The results of research using multiple regression analysis (Y = 12.374 + 0.406 influenced the decision to purchase cosmetics at Khatulistiwa store in Bengkulu city. The largest significant influence on purchasing decisions at Khatulistiwa store in Bengkulu City is the promotion variable with a standard beta coefficient of 349, followed by the discount variable with a standard beta coefficient of 184, then the discount, promotion, and purchase interest variables with a significant Fcount value of 17.036. From the results of this analysis, a conclusion can be drawn that promotion is the dominant factor that has the greatest influence on purchasing decision tendencies at Khatulistiwa store, in Bengkulu city.

Abstract

Technological changes and developments must be utilized by all groups, not only for consumption but can be used as a tool for investment, investment in this case is stock and capital market investment which can be done by all groups, including students. The problem that occurs at SMKN 3 Central Bengkulu is that students and teachers do not yet fully understand investment in the capital and stock markets. With this problem, the community service team consisting of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dehasen University, Bengkulu, in collaboration with the Indonesian Stock Exchange, representatives of Bengkulu, provided material regarding the capital and stock markets. The solution that the community service team can provide at SMKN 3 Central Bengkulu is to provide assistance in operating the applicationProfits Anywhere which has been downloaded by students and teachers on their respective smartphones. In this case, the method used is preparation, observation and presentation of the FGD. With this activity, students and teachers understand more about capital and stock market transactions and the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit in life and will later be able to gain profits without just relying on job vacancies from the government and private sectors.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is creating something that adds value and makes a profit. This is done by an individual or group to manage a business. Entrepreneurship can be interpreted as encouraging entrepreneurial actors to take risks by being creative and adapting in the face of continuous changes in the future.This community service activity aims to inform class VI students of SDN 48 BENGKULU CITY about how to become successful and creative entrepreneurs to be able in this sophisticated era. This activity explains what entrepreneurship is, how to become a creative entrepreneur and how to create an initial concept for starting a business, examples of products to market, ways to make products, good marketing strategies. It is hoped that with this, students at SDN 48 KOTA BENGKULU will understand entrepreneurship better and be more interested in business so that in the future they can open successful businesses and help create jobs for local people.

Abstract

The title of this service is Counseling on Improving the Quality of Excellent Service at Tulip Clothing Stores Bengkulu. This service mainly wants to socialize and explain matters concerning Counseling on Improving the Quality of Excellent Service in determining the purchase of a product. as for the purpose of this service is so that the community can find out about improving Excellent Service at Tulip Clothing Stores. The results of the service show that the improvement of the Tulip Clothing Store's Prima Service is quite good and the prices are friendly, ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive ones there are also, for the completeness of the products in the Tulip Clothing Store is arguably quite complete ranging from children's clothing to adults, and there are also many choices of clothes, such as Muslim clothes, dresses, children's koko, robes and many more choices of clothes that suit your needs. So it is likely to attract customers to shop and buy products at the Tulip Clothing Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price (X1), product design (X2) Honda Beat motorcycles on purchasing decisions (Y) at Honda Dealer PT. PAS Sudirman Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, using Random Sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are Normalization Test, Validity Test, Multicorlinearity Test, Reliability Test, T Test, F test, Multiple Linear Regression, Multiple Correlation Analysis (R), Determination Analysis (R2), using the SPSS program for windows 23.00 . The number of samples is 75 respondents. The results show that it is known from the multiple linear regression equation, Y = 29.391 + 0.083 (X1) + 0.396 (X2) where Y is the purchase decision, the beta coefficient (B) is 29.391, which means that if there are no price and product design variables, the decision purchases amounted to 29,391. The regression coefficient for the price variable (X1) is 0.083, meaning that if the product design has a fixed value and the price increases by 1, the purchase decision will increase by 0.083. The coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive relationship between price and purchase decisions, the higher the store price, the higher the purchase decision. The value of the product design coefficient (X2) is 0.396, which means that if the other independent variable (price) remains constant and the product design increases by 1%, the purchase decision (Y) will increase by 0.396. The positive coefficient means that there is a positive relationship between product design and purchase decisions, the better the product design, the greater the chances of consumers in deciding to buy/shop..

Abstract

This study aims to conduct and see the overall organizational picture of the Bengkulu City Water Supply Company (PDAM) performance appraisal using the Balanced Scorecard approach. seen from four perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective. From the results of research on the Performance Measurement of Regional Drinking Water Companies (PDAMs) Bengkulu City using the Balanced Scorecard approach from a financial perspective through current ratios, profit margins, operation ratios, return on investment shows that the company's financial performance is in good condition. For performance measurement based on customer perspective from customer acquistion, customer retention, customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction can be said to be good. Furthermore, the relationship / coleration of performance based on the perspective of internal business processes on the variables of motivation, alignment power, has a level of influence of 50.9% with a significance level of <5% or 0%, but for trainings it has a significance level of below 5% or equal to 0%. Whereas for performance based on the perspective of learning and growth on employee satisfaction, employee retention, productivity makes a positive contribution to the improvement of the company's economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk for the period 2015 to 2019. The data collection method uses the documentation method. The analytical method used is to use analysis of financial liquidity ratios, Solvability Ratio, Activity Ratio and Profitability Ratio. The research results prove that the performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio) which has a good performance, namely, the Current Ratio with the calculation results from 2015-2019 has increased by 2.17 to 2.88 which means that the company is in a state of good because it reaches industry standard > than 2 times. Quick Ratio with the calculation results from 2015-2019 has increased by 1.39 to 1.92 which means that the company is in good condition because it has reached industry standards > than 1.5 times. While the cash ratio always increases and decreases, the cash ratio has a good performance only in 2016 and 2018, namely 52% because it is above the industry standard > than 50%. The solvency ratio (Debt Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio) which has a good performance, namely, the Debt Ratio with the calculation results from 2015-2019 shows that the ratio value is getting better because it reaches the industry standard of 35%. The Debt To Equity Ratio with the results of calculations for 2015-2019 shows that the ratio value is good because it is below the industry standard < 90%. Total Asset Turnover and Fixed Asset Turnover) activity ratios show good performance, because both ratios reach industry standards, namely > 2 times and > 5 times. Profitability Ratios (Net Profit Margin, Roi, Roe). All the results of calculating the ratio for 2015-2019 did not increase at all because they were below industry standards.
