Abstract

The world of marketing will definitely be influenced by rapid advances in technology, the digital world and the internet. The world is experiencing a shift from conventional (offline) to digital (online) marketing strategies. This digital marketing strategy has more. Digital marketing is the promotion and search for product markets through digital media online by utilizing various means, such as social networks, and allows potential consumers to obtain various information about products and carry out transactions via the internet. Abstract

The preparation of financial statements is one of the most important things for a business, especially the MSME business sector. However, there are still many MSME business actors who have not been able to make financial statements properly and correctly, including this New Minang Tailor business which still uses makeshift financial statements and still uses financial reports manually, thus making it difficult for the owner of this New Minang Tailor to see income. and monthly expenses. Based on the existing problems, we aim to help the owner of this New Minang Tailor business, by providing training on the preparation of Digital-Based Financial Reports (Book Warung Application), the Digital Book Warung Application is one of the digital- based financial reporting applications where it is easy and simple to use by MSME actors. The methods used in this training are: Identification, Preparation, Implementation, and Evaluation. Based on the results of this digital-based Financial Report preparation training, I got positive results in understanding and being able to apply it in this New Minang Tailor business.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training activities have a strategic role in encouraging community economic growth, especially in rural areas that have resource potential but have not been optimized to the fullest. This research and community service was carried out in Tedunan Village, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency, with the main objective of increasing community knowledge, skills and motivation in the field of entrepreneurship as an effort to drive the local economy. Tedunan Village is one of the villages with abundant natural resources, especially in the agriculture and livestock sectors. However, most of the people still depend on traditional economic patterns with inefficient management. Low access to information, lack of training, and limited capital are the main challenges in developing independent businesses. Therefore, entrepreneurship training is designed as a concrete solution to equip the community with basic skills in managing a business, from planning, production, marketing, to financial management. The methods used in this training include a participatory approach through lectures, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on practice. The training materials included an introduction to the concept of entrepreneurship, identification of local business opportunities, processing agricultural products into high-value products, digital marketing strategies, and small-scale business management. This activity involved various parties, such as the village government, academics, local business actors, and community groups consisting of youth, housewives, and farmers. The results of the training activities showed an increase in the community's understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship and their ability to design and run businesses independently. Some participants even started to initiate small businesses such as local food processing, catfish farming, and handicraft production based on local natural materials. In addition, the training also fostered a collaborative spirit among villagers in forming joint business groups (KUB) as a form of synergy in facing economic challenges.

Abstract

The canvas business model is a business concept that is widely used today because it is structured. The business model canvas is a business management framework created to design how the business strategy will be implemented. As the name suggests, the canvas model business is created in pictures of ideas so that everyone has the same understanding. and real about their types of consumers, costs, how the company works and so on. This research uses the literature method or library study which is research carried out by researchers using a number of literature. The business model canvas is a good method for helping business people develop their business. With correct implementation, established companies can develop and survive amidst intense competitor competition because companies can map the elements of the business circle contained in the nine elements of BMC. So with the information contained in these nine elements, companies can make policies for developing their business.
