Abstract

Proper waste management must be instilled in children from an early age. The purpose of this writing is to explain the definition of waste, the impact of waste and the management that has been carried out by the government and waste management in one of the MAN 1 Schools in Bengkulu City. This service discusses generating an entrepreneurial spirit among millennials based on environmentally friendly waste processing, especially waste management. Proper waste management is carried out with the 3R pattern (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) with the application to increase awareness about the environment (awareness), increase deep thinking about the environment (Thinking) and carry out waste management to increase the economic value and aesthetic value of waste (doing). The application of the waste management pattern appropriately increases the entrepreneurial spirit among the MAn 1 community environment in Bengkulu city.

Abstract

The world of marketing will definitely be influenced by rapid advances in technology, the digital world and the internet. The world is experiencing a shift from conventional (offline) to digital (online) marketing strategies. This digital marketing strategy has more. Digital marketing is the promotion and search for product markets through digital media online by utilizing various means, such as social networks, and allows potential consumers to obtain various information about products and carry out transactions via the internet. Abstract

The Mie Ayam and Bakso Ananda business in Durian Demang Village faces challenges in increasing visibility and sales amid intense competition. This study aims to assist the business by developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy. The method used includes observation, interviews, and surveys to identify marketing needs and opportunities. The strategy implemented involves using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to promote products. Training and mentoring were provided to the business owner on how to optimize the use of social media. The results of the activities showed significant increases in the number of customers, social media followers, and product sales. The implementation of the digital marketing strategy proved effective in enhancing the business's visibility and competitiveness. In conclusion, digital marketing strategies can be an effective solution for small and medium-sized enterprises to face market competition. It is recommended that business owners continuously develop their digital marketing skills and collaborate with marketing experts to maintain the achieved success.

Abstract

Human resources have good performance that can be influenced by the competence and training possessed by individuals, because performance cannot be separated from the quality of human resources themselves. In order to create professional and competent human resources, the company develops competency-based HR management. This type of research uses quantitative research. The analysis method in this study uses Validity test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient and hypothesis testing using t test. The number of samples studied was 42 ASN Satpol PP and Damkar. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Equation Y = 10.788 + 1.277 X1 + 0.402 X2 + 0.229 X3 +e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the training variables (X1) and Competence (X2) and the work environment have a positive influence on employee performance (Y) at Satpol PP and damkar South Bengkulu Regency. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.819. This means that the value of training (X1) and the value of competence (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 81.9% while the remaining 19.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

Sarapan Pagi which is an MSME engaged in the food and beverage business. Established in 2014, the financial records of UMKM breakfast still apply manual recording so that financial management is still not going well, so they do not know whether their business is profitable or loss and cannot control cash flow properly. The implementation of this service is carried out by socializing the use of the Smart Cashier application in Breakfast MSMEs. This community service activity consists of five stages, namely: Identification of application needs, Design, Interview, Implementation Stage, Evaluation of activity results. Based on the socialization carried out, that in recording finances using the Android-based Smart Cashier Application on the Smartphone of MSME owners in the Pantai area, Bengkulu City, it is proven to make it easier in business transactions in the form of sales-purchases, accounts payable, financial reports on Smartphones are easy to use at any time and this application can manage or control cash flow better and can find out that the business is still losing money. Real time information in this system helps operations move more effectively and efficiently. The purpose of the title "Application of an android-based smart cashier application for presenting financial reports on breakfast MSME businesses" is to provide education and training to breakfast MSME business actors in managing their finances more effectively.

Abstract

Health is a basic need for society. This need is what makes people feel the need to maintain their health and obtain health services. Nowadays, people are increasingly aware of the quality of health services that can provide satisfaction to the community itself. In current conditions, hospitals must know how the quality of their services can be received by their consumers, both inpatients and outpatients. Service quality is closely related to customers. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of the community / SME satisfaction index at the Hasanuddin Damrah Manna General Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency. The type of research in this research is descriptive using the questionnaire research method. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is to measure the value of the Community Satisfaction Index / Smes based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling Community Satisfaction Surveys for Public Service Providing Units which is calculated using the weighted average value each service element.The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of the community / SME satisfaction index at the Hasanuddin Damrah Manna General Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment on the performance of employees of the Bengkulu Provincial Government Office. The type of research is quantitative, the sample in this study was 50 Bengkulu Provincial Government Office Employees. Data collection using Questionnaires and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis test.The results of the study indicate that the Leadership Style variable (X1) shows a t count of 2.942> t table 1.677 and significant 0.005 <0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Leadership Style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). The Organizational Culture variable (X2) shows a t count of 3.656> t table 1.677 and significant 0.001> 0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). The Organizational Commitment variable (X3) shows a t count of 3.079> t table 1.677 and significant 0.003 <0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Organizational Commitment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis calculations, it shows a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that together the variables X1 Leadership Style, X2 Organizational Culture, X3 Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant influence on Performance (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine which marketing strategies based on event marketing and sponsorship can increase the number of customers for Cimory Milk products. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the research show that the multiple linear regression Y = 26,889 + 0.332 increase the number of customers for Cimory dairy products. The results of the event marketing test (XI) show tcount 5.336 > ttable 1.984 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that event marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing the number of customers for Cimory milk products. The results of the sponsorship test (X2) show tcount 5.336 > ttable 1.984 and significance 0.045 <0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that event marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing the number of customers for Cimory milk products. Based on the comparison of the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 17.314 > 2.70, so it is concluded that accepting the hypothesis, this means that there is a simultaneous influence between event marketing (XI) sponsorship (X2) to increase the number of customers for Cimory milk products. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment loyalty and compensation on the performance of village officials in Semidang Alas Maras District. The type of research used is quantitative. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination tests, and hypothesis tests. From the calculations, the results obtained by the multiple linear regression equation are: Y=6.366+0.494X1+0.131X2+0,312X3+0,482X4+2.733. Because the direction of the regression is positive, it can be interpreted that work discipline has a significant effect on performance. This can be proven by showing a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 because the significant value is smaller than 0.05, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Loyalty also has a significant effect on performance, this is proven by showing a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 because the significant value is smaller than 0.05, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The work environment has a significant effect on performance, this is proven by showing a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 because the significant value is smaller than 0.05, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Compensation has a significant effect on performance, this can be proven by showing a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 because the significant value is smaller than 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the Anova table, a value (Sig) of 0.000 is obtained. The significant value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that if the significant probability value is < 5% (0.05) then all independent variables, Work Discipline (X1), Loyalty (X2), Work Environment (X3), Compensation (X4) have an effect significant to the related variable, Performance Satisfaction (Y) of Village Officials in Semidang Alas Maras District.

Abstract

Asia will achieve moderate economic growth so that its contribution to global GDP will only reach 30%. This development is parallel to the increase in per capita income and the number of people in Asia experiencing an increase in prosperity. This increase in prosperity can be done through various efforts, namely by utilizing existing natural resources to be used as a source of improving the community's economy, such as making kalamansi syrup, liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and plant cultivation with a hydroponic system. Kalamansi syrup is made from the main ingredient of kalamansi orange which is processed to produce a sweet and sour taste. In addition, kalamansi orange peel which is considered as organic waste can also be used in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer (POC). Liquid organic fertilizer is a solution resulting from the decomposition of organic materials derived from plant residues, animal and human wastes which contain more than one nutrient element. Liquid fertilizers can also be used in conventional plant cultivation or using a hydroponic system. Hydroponics can be an alternative for limited agricultural land and can be done on land with low fertility or densely populated areas to be used as a fulfillment of daily needs or entrepreneurship. The service was carried out in RT 29, Sawah Lebar Village, Bengkulu City, starting with the planning stage, seminars to evaluation and direct guidance to PKK mothers. This is done as an effort to increase economic capacity as well as to meet daily needs. Entrepreneurship is one of the reliable factors for improving the community's economy. The seminars and trainings that have been carried out can create jobs, train entrepreneurship skills, be self-sufficient in food, and are able to improve the economy of the community of RT 29 Sawah Lebar Village, Bengkulu City.
