Abstract

MAN 2 North Lampung is a State Madrasah Aliyah or equivalent to Senior High School which has implemented poor student assistance (BSM),  system by considering the economic condition of the students or the criteria that have been set. Selection of  BSM acceptance is a semi-structured problem type meaning that this process is not a routine agenda of a school but the agenda held at a certain time that is when students are in class X. Determined the BSM recipient candidate must collect the data file of candidate selection of BSM recipients from students’ data coming from poor family to very poor family. So it takes a relatively long time, as well as high accuracy in making decisions. In predicting students who receive BSM, the authors apply the data mining process using the Naive Bayes method, Decision Tree, K-NN. The attributes used consist of siblings, Parent Occupation, parental income, smart indonesian card (KIP) recipients or not, the status of the family as an orphan or not. To perform the process of data mining in need of tools aids that is RapidMiner 5. The Implementation of data mining using a comparison of  3 methods can be seen based on the sample number of 393 students. the results of the precision value of the Naive Bayes method are better used for this study compared to other methods. While based on recall and accuracy values, Decision Tree is better used than other methods. But when viewed from the overall results of BSM receiver predictions, the most influential variable is parent income and receiver the KIP card.Keywords: Data Mining , Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, and K-NN

Abstract

The Hope Family Program is a program that provides conditional cash transfers to Very Poor Households which have been designated as PKH participants with certain conditions. so far more programs or policies have failed to be implemented than those that have been successfully implemented, the Government Program in tackling the economic crisis that has occurred so far is by providing direct assistance to very poor families in every village throughout Indonesia. Limau Subdistrict still experiences some obstacles and problems in determining the recipients of some assistance that has been given by the central government, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). Namely, the instrument must conduct a direct survey in determining who is eligible or does not get help in accordance with data that has been provided by the Social Service. The data recorded still uses paper that is very prone to be lost, wet, or even burned. Therefore we need a system or application that makes it easy to determine who the recipients of the family hope program are. As well as making stored and archived reports safely to facilitate the determination of PKH beneficiaries. The method used to determine the acceptance of PKH rocks is the Topsis Method.

Abstract

Farmers can be interpreted as someone whose field of work is farming or it can also be interpreted as someone who is engaged in agricultural business primarily by managing land with the aim of and maintaining crops such as rice, flowers, fruit and others in the hope of obtaining the results of these plants to use alone or sell it to others. This application was created using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The SAW method can help in the decision making of a case, but calculations using the SAW method only produce the greatest value that will be selected as the best alternative. The calculation will be in accordance with this method if the chosen alternative meets the specified criteria. Using the decision support system for selecting the best Farmer group members in the Sinar Semendo village using the Simple Additive Weigtihng (SAW) method helps Sinar Semendo Village to determine the ranking of Farmer Group members from the results of the specified criteria weights, thus providing additional information when determining a selection. This decision support system is based on a website with PHP programming language and MSQL database for data storage.

Abstract

Lampung Province is a province located at the tip of the island of Sumatra which is the gateway between the islands of Java and Sumatra. Lampung is a province that has a variety of tourist destinations, especially coastal and island tourism which has beautiful panoramas and a wide variety of interesting marine habitats for tourists to visit, both local, national and international. One of the island's tourist destinations that is interesting and has good potential, namely the tourist village on Pahawang Island, apart from offering beautiful beaches and interesting marine habitats to visit, the people of Pahawang Tourism Village have potential in the field of MSME Business, especially PKK women and Karang Taruna youth like making Dodol. For this reason, it is hoped that the participation of universities to provide a legal basis for MSMEs is contained in Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UU.UMKM).

Abstract

Internet media with its offers, choice of various sites and freedom of access is like a double-edged sword, on the one hand it can have a positive impact and on the other hand it can have a negative impact. To avoid crime in cyberspace, we always emphasize the basic principles that must be known when using the internet. Basic principles in the real world also apply in the virtual world. Healthy and safe use of the internet needs to be instilled from an early age through learning healthy internet ethics. This needs to be conveyed to avoid bad habits in the real world being carried over into the virtual world and causing negative effects in the real world. This service activity carried out by lecturers from Indonesian partner universities carries the theme "Healthy and Responsible Use of the Internet in Marketing Way Tebing Cepa Tourism (WTC) Kalianda, South Lampung Regency" where the aim of this activity is to provide knowledge to Way Tebing Cepa tourism managers in using the internet both in promotions and otherwise in order to avoid unhealthy and irresponsible internet use.

Abstract

The advances in technology that occur today have resulted in many people's need for technology also increasing. For example, the use of internet of things (IoT) technology in cat feeding equipment. When keeping cats, there are still many people who feed their cats directly or manually. And feeding is sometimes irregular. This disrupts the activities of cat owners because they always have to feed them manually. And sometimes cat owners have to leave their cats in animal care because they are not at home for a long time. This research uses the Research and Development (RD) system development method, a research methodology that aims to build and validate tools. Tools produced using Research and Development (RD) techniques will be more effective. As well as the system design method using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The IoT cat feeding tool and IoT cat GPS have succeeded in solving all existing problems, all the functions of the tools run well and are in accordance with their respective uses. The NodeMCU ESP8266 can manage all components in the research and the neo6m GPS is used to detect the presence of cats, and the monitoring camera can be informed into the blynk application.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat menuntut peningkatan kompetensi guru, khususnya guru Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), dalam penguasaan bahasa pemrograman. Salah satu bahasa pemrograman yang populer dan banyak digunakan saat ini adalah Python karena sintaksnya yang sederhana dan fleksibel. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dasar pemrograman Python kepada guru-guru TIK di SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung guna meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan teknis mereka dalam mengembangkan media ajar berbasis teknologi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi langsung, dan praktik pemrograman menggunakan Jupyter Notebook. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara luring selama dua hari dengan total peserta sebanyak 20 guru TIK. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman konsep dasar Python seperti variabel, tipe data, perulangan, percabangan, dan fungsi. Selain itu, peserta juga mampu menyusun skrip sederhana untuk kebutuhan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata sebesar 35%. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta dan pihak sekolah yang mengharapkan keberlanjutan pelatihan dengan materi lanjutan di masa mendatang. Dengan adanya workshop ini, diharapkan guru-guru TIK dapat lebih percaya diri dalam mengintegrasikan Python ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan mampu menjadi agen literasi digital di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Production scheduling is a fundamental aspect of manufacturing systems that significantly affects operational efficiency, resource allocation, and delivery performance. Traditional scheduling methods often struggle to solve complex, dynamic scheduling problems, resulting in suboptimal job sequencing and increased makespan. This research aims to develop a hybrid optimization algorithm by integrating Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) to address inefficiencies in job shop scheduling. The proposed hybrid PSO-GA method leverages the global exploration ability of PSO and the local refinement strength of GA. The algorithm was tested on several benchmark datasets using performance metrics such as makespan, tardiness, and machine utilization. Experimental results demonstrate that the hybrid approach achieved a 12.7% improvement over standard PSO and a 15.4% improvement over GA in terms of makespan. The convergence curve also showed stable and faster optimization. These findings confirm that the hybrid PSO-GA model provides a more effective and robust solution for complex production scheduling and has strong potential for real-time application in Industry 4.0 environments

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 memengaruhi berbagai sektor, termasuk dunia kerja, sehingga lulusan SMK dituntut memiliki kompetensi teknologi informasi, seperti keterampilan pemrograman. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan pemrograman dasar siswa SMK Miftahul Ulum sebagai persiapan menghadapi era digital. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode hands-on learning, yang melibatkan siswa secara langsung dalam membuat program sederhana. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 siswa dengan materi meliputi logika algoritma, dasar-dasar Python, dan implementasi program sederhana. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa hingga 80% berdasarkan pre-test dan post-test, serta kemampuan siswa membuat aplikasi sederhana. Program ini menjadi langkah awal membangun kompetensi digital siswa untuk menghadapi dunia kerja di era transformasi digital. Keberlanjutan pelatihan dengan materi lanjutan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mereka menghadapi tantangan global.
