Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa Pelatihan dan Pengelolaan Website Pada Portal Media Online Lampung.Bawaslu.CO.ID. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus website bawaslu dalam pengelolaan website. Kegitatan ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan dimulai dari pembentukan tim, analisis, pelaksananan, hingga evaluasi. Selama kegiatan para peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi Lampung.Bawaslu.CO.ID sendiri merupakan situs yang digunakan Bawaslu dalam penyebar luasan informasi berita kepada masyarakat yang diharapkan informasi dapat tersampaikan secara terbuka dan transparan kepada masyarakat. Evaluasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam mengelola website

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis peran metode balanced scorecard sebagai alat untuk mengukur kinerja dosen di STKIP Muhammadiyah Pagar Alam. Evaluasi kinerja dosen adalah kegiatan rutin di perguruan tinggi untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas internal. Selama ini, evaluasi kinerja dosen hanya difokuskan pada aspek pendidikan dan belum mencakup seluruh pelaksanaan tri darma perguruan tinggi oleh dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan balanced scorecard, di mana setiap dosen memiliki tiga tujuan strategis yaitu perspektif finansial, pelanggan, dan proses bisnis internal. Pendekatan ini akan mendukung proses analisis kinerja dosen yang telah terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

The Hope Family Program is a program that provides conditional cash transfers to Very Poor Households which have been designated as PKH participants with certain conditions. so far more programs or policies have failed to be implemented than those that have been successfully implemented, the Government Program in tackling the economic crisis that has occurred so far is by providing direct assistance to very poor families in every village throughout Indonesia. Limau Subdistrict still experiences some obstacles and problems in determining the recipients of some assistance that has been given by the central government, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). Namely, the instrument must conduct a direct survey in determining who is eligible or does not get help in accordance with data that has been provided by the Social Service. The data recorded still uses paper that is very prone to be lost, wet, or even burned. Therefore we need a system or application that makes it easy to determine who the recipients of the family hope program are. As well as making stored and archived reports safely to facilitate the determination of PKH beneficiaries. The method used to determine the acceptance of PKH rocks is the Topsis Method.

Abstract

Farmers can be interpreted as someone whose field of work is farming or it can also be interpreted as someone who is engaged in agricultural business primarily by managing land with the aim of and maintaining crops such as rice, flowers, fruit and others in the hope of obtaining the results of these plants to use alone or sell it to others. This application was created using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The SAW method can help in the decision making of a case, but calculations using the SAW method only produce the greatest value that will be selected as the best alternative. The calculation will be in accordance with this method if the chosen alternative meets the specified criteria. Using the decision support system for selecting the best Farmer group members in the Sinar Semendo village using the Simple Additive Weigtihng (SAW) method helps Sinar Semendo Village to determine the ranking of Farmer Group members from the results of the specified criteria weights, thus providing additional information when determining a selection. This decision support system is based on a website with PHP programming language and MSQL database for data storage.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the productivity of community-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang Cermin Village, Pesawaran Regency through training and the application of human resource management (HRM) principles. The program was implemented using a participatory approach that included workshops, mentoring, and evaluation sessions. The training focused on HR planning, motivation, performance appraisal, and team collaboration to strengthen the internal capacity of MSME actors. The results showed that after the training and mentoring process, participants demonstrated a better understanding of HR management concepts and were able to apply them to their daily business operations. The productivity of MSME members increased, as reflected in improved time management, teamwork, and output quality. The conclusion of this activity indicates that the application of HRM practices can significantly enhance the efficiency and sustainability of community-based MSMEs.
