Abstract

Teknologi informasi berkembang semakin pesat yang menuntut setiap kantor desa untuk terus bergerak mengikutinya. Dalam proses mempermudah pelayanan masyarakat, maka Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten/Kota meluncurkan sebuah sistem aplikasi yang disebut Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk. Teknologi informasi pada kantor desa selain memberikan keuntungan juga rentan terhadap risiko. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa adalah belum adanya kebijakan dalam mengelola Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk dan belum dilakukan penilaian risiko sehingga tidak diketahui risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada dilakukan penelitian dengan judul Manajemen Risiko Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk Pada Kantor Desa Cipandan Wangi Menggunakan Metode OCTAVE-S. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis dan mengelola risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk di Desa. Hasil akhir dari analisis manajemen risiko bahwa Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk berada pada tingkatan Green (Hijau) karena 33 dari 40 pernyataan dari kuesioner dinyatakan valid, maka hasilnya berupa rekomendasi mengenai langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil untuk perlindungan sistem beserta aset-asetnya.

Abstract

Information and interaction in an information media is very important in delivering information to users. This information will be well received if there is continuous interaction, and it becomes an indicator of the quality of the information media. The research was conducted aimed at testing information media in the form of websites, especially the STMIK Sumedang website and evaluating the quality of the STMIK Sumedang web from user responses in the form of usability, information quality and interaction quality. This research uses WebQual 4.0 which is compiled based on three qualities, namely ease of use (usability), information quality (information quality) and quality of interaction (interaction quality). The results of this study are that the STMIK website is good enough but there are still procedures in the web menu that are not working. From this study it can be concluded the most influential in the quality of the web is the usability variable can be seen from the following results Y = - 7.174 + 0.479 X1 + 0.182 X2 + 0.060 X3, X1 = usabiliti, X2 = quality of information, X3 = quality of interaction.

Abstract

Security in a system is vital and can not be ignored at all. System security has an important role to operate a system and keep running in running business processes that support an organization. In every organization, it must have important data and stored in a system mechanism either stand-alone or network-based. Ssytem that has been connected to the network will provide opportunities for the outside world to be able to get information presented by the system in realtime. One example of a system that provides information in realtime is E-Voting, E-Voting system is processing data entered by the user in giving his opinion. If a system that has been corrupted by an outsider or in the sense of an opinion of a user being changed for a particular purpose may be detrimental to the organization. Data security will be very necessary to keep intrupsi on system. The design and application of security methods in the E-Voting system aims to maintain the data provided by the user so that the data is genuine in accordance with the input and the data is original and feasible to be informed.

Abstract

 The draft Management Policy and Rural Information system are all articles with several articles governing all information security. In concerning Business Continuity Management it is written "The information system and security work unit backs up data periodically, to safer backing up data using Cloud computing facilities." Cloud computing has advantages as file management. Private cloud storage is a form of cloud computing that is intended for limited use in certain circles and one of its functions is used for backing up data or file management. On the other hand, there is software that can be used to implement private cloud storage, namely Owncloud. To run the Rural Information Security Policy Draft article on Business Continuity Management and for the provision of data centers, a study was conducted to implement private cloud storage using Owncloud. The method used in this study is the Roadmap for Cloud computing Adoption (ROCCA) with five stages, namely the stages of analysis, design, adoption, migration, and management. The results of this research are private cloud storage using Owncloud as a medium for storing, securing, and sharing files that are flexible and highly scalable that can be accessed via the internet by users.

Abstract

Proyek perubahan optimalisasi mutu layanan pendidikan ini berisikan sejumlah tahapan yang bertujuan untuk menata dan menempatkan guru dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan kepada para siswa pada jenjang pendidikan menengah. Hal ini memicu pengembangan sistem ICT dalam pemetaan guru antar sekolah dengan teknologi sederhana yang dapat dilakkukan oleh satuan pendidikan, sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum yang dikembangkan berdasarkan KTSP maupun kurikulum Tahun 2013 (K-13). Abstract

Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi membuat pengguna semakin membutuhkan teknologi khususnya bagi organisasi, perusahaan, serta perorangan untuk mendapatkan kemudahan, kecepatan dan ketetapan dalam mengolah dan memperoleh data atau informasi. Perubahan teknologi informasi dapat memberikan kemudahan akses segala hal informasi secara online yang tentunya canggih dan terkomputerisasi. STMIK sumedang merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan yang mengutamakan dalam bidang pendidikan teknologi informasi sebagai suatu keunggulannya dengan di terapkannya suatu sistem informasi yaitu Sistem Otomatisasi Proses Skripsi (SOTOPROPSI). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Technology Acceptence Model (TAM) dikembangkan oleh Davis pada tahun 1985 untuk menjelaskan dan memprediksi penggunaan dari suatu sistem. Tujuan model ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang persepsi pengguna terhadap manfaat dan kemudahan dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi itu sendiri. Mengetahui seberapa manfaat Sistem Otomatisasi Proses Skripsi (SOTOPROPSI) bagi mahasiswa STMIK Sumedang khususnya Mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang mengambil skripsi atau tugas akhir. Memberikan persentase dari persepsi kemudahan dan manfaat terhadap sistem bagi pengguna, serta memberikan rekomendasi agar sistem lebih berguna untuk semua aktivitas dan pengguna khususnya untuk mahasiswa.

Abstract

With the very rapid development of technology that helps humans in carrying out their activities, one of them in the banking world has emerged a product in the banking world, namely internet banking. The problem with technological developments is the higher the number of crimes that occur in the internet banking process. This study uses a quantitative research method with a case study of one of Indonesia's national banks, namely Bank BRI specific in BRI KC Majalaya. This study found that the use of internet banking has a significant effect on cybercrime at Bank BRI KC Majalaya and consumer protection has a significant effect on cybercrime.

Abstract

The design and manufacture of an Information System for the Purchase and Sale of Motorcycle Parts is a system created to overcome the problems that occur, including minimizing the loss or damage of transaction evidence and making it easier to make transaction reports. The research method used is the SLDC (System Development Life Cycle) system and the waterfall model. System analysis and design tools used in this final project are Flowmap, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), Structure Chart, and Database Relationship Schema. The results achieved by making this information system are minimizing loss or damage to evidence of transactions, simplifying the process of controlling and searching for stock items and making it easier to make purchase and sale transaction reports.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is now used in many fields, including in terms of helping the learning process. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of interrelated based on Technology Acceptance model, namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Easy to Use, Behavioral Intention Use, and Actual System Use on the use of Augmented Reality based card game. This research resulted that hypothesis in this research accepted after going through data analysis process from questionnaire result. A huge interest in the use of Augmented Reality-based games as actual technology as a factor in whether or not the game is accepted. Users, viewed in terms of ease of use and the benefits posed by the game is also very influential on the acceptance of games based on Augmented Reality.
