Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan menjadi kunci utama kemampuan kognitif, seperti halnya kelompok pra lanjut usia atau lansia. Membangun kemampuan kognitif seperti mengenal aksara menjadi dasar dalam membangun komunikasi yang baik. Dalam hal ini, diperlukan suatu rangsangan seperti halnya Flashcard. Media ini menjadi alat alternative untuk merangsang ingatan lansia dengan menebak huruf dan kosakata di dalamnya. Metode yang dilaksanakan meliputi 3 rangkaian. Seperti; penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh sebanyak 14 responden mengalami peningkatan setelah dilakukanya penelitian dan 6 responden lainya tidak mengalami peningkatan kemampuan kognitif. Hasil yang dapat disimpulkan dari kegiatan ini adalah: Flashcard menjadi alat alternative membantu para lansia dalam keadaan buta aksara. Kata Kunci: Flashcard, Buta Aksara, Lansia  ABSTRACT Education is the primary key to cognitive skills, as is the case with pre-age or elderly groups. Building cognitive abilities like character recognition is the basis for building good communication. In this case, we need a stimulus like the Flashcard. These media become an alternative tool to stimulate elderly memory by guessing the letters and vocabulary in them. The method applied covers three sets. Like; discernment, questioning and training. The results obtained by 14 respondents improved after the study and the other 6 respondents did not experience any improvement in cognitive abilities. The conclusive outcome of this activity is: Flashcards become an alternative tool to help the elderly in character blindness. Keywords: Flashcard, Character Blind, Lancia

Abstract

Faktor terpenting dalam Pendidikan adalah adanya peran keluarga khususnya orang tua. Kurang nya perhatian orang tua kepada anak dapat memperhambat proses belajar anak, salah satu dampak yang terjadi adalah kurangnya motivasi belajar anak, hal penting dalam belajar adalah adanya motivasi, karena motivasi adalah sebagai penggerak dalam proses belajar. Rendahnya motivasi belajar dapat berdampak dalam proses pembelajaran, kurang semangat belajar, prestasi peserta didik dan juga melanggar peraturan yang ada di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingnya peran lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar dan apa saja kendala yang menyebabkan rendahnya motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif, Penentuan sumber data menggunakan teknik random sampling atau probability sampling dengan sumber informan yaitu wali murid SDN 1 Sidodadi dengan jumlah 35 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner dan annalisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa keluraga memiliki peran penting dalam motivasi belajar anak dan beberapa faktor dari lingkungan keluarga yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta didik seperti keadaan ekonomi, latar belakang pendidikan keluarga dan berbagai kendala yang dihadapi ketika belajar dirumah

Abstract

The regulation introduces a flexible workload system, recognizing additional tasks beyond face-to-face teaching hours and addressing challenges faced by vocational teachers in meeting previous requirements. The research aims to analyze changes in workload feasibility, teacher perceptions, and institutional factors influencing TPG fulfilment. This research  evaluates teacher workload changes and how they affect eligibility for the Teacher Professional Allowance (TPG) at Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the Bogor Barat region after the implementation of the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 11 of 2025. The regulation introduces significant changes to the minimum workload and distribution of teaching hours, which directly influence teachers' rights to the TPG. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, collecting primary data through questionnaires and documentation of teachers' workloads before and after the regulation was enacted. The analysis shows a decline in teachers independently meeting the minimum teaching hours of 24 JP/week, especially in vocational subjects with reduced hours. Consequently, some teachers had to increase their hours by working across schools or taking on additional administrative tasks to retain their eligibility for TPG. This research recommends that the government regularly evaluate the policy and allow flexibility in setting workloads for vocational teachers to prevent their professional rights from being compromised.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the discovery learning model assisted by flashcard media on the mathematics learning outcomes of students with dyscalculia. The data collection techniques included tests and non-tests. The research approach used a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The population consisted of 103 students, with a sample of 51 students selected using purposive sampling. The results showed a significance value of <0.001<0.05, meaning H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This indicates that the use of the discovery learning model assisted by flashcard media has an effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of students with dyscalculia.
