Abstract

The Society 5.0 era brings major challenges for global companies, especially in terms of rapid and complex changes triggered by technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data. PT. Nestlé Indonesia, as one of the major companies in the food and beverage industry, must manage change effectively to remain relevant and competitive in the global market. This study aims to analyze how PT. Nestlé Indonesia manages change and faces competition in the digital era using the Knoster Model as an analytical framework. The research method used is a qualitative approach with secondary data analysis from various sources, such as annual reports, articles, and company documents. The results of the study indicate that the success of change at PT. Nestlé Indonesia depends on clear vision communication, employee skill development, and motivation and support provided by leaders. The Knoster Model provides useful insights for planning and managing change by considering various important elements, such as skills, incentives, and leadership. This study also provides practical recommendations for Nestlé Indonesia in facing the challenges of change in the future.

Abstract

Feedback has a central role in Human Resources (HR) management, because it is an important tool in helping employees reach their maximum potential. This study adopts a quantitative approach to explore the relationship between feedback responsiveness and employee performance in service companies in South Jakarta. Data were collected from 120 employees using purposive sampling method from February to March 2023. Statistical analysis indicates a significant relationship between feedback responsiveness and employee performance. The results show that high feedback responsiveness positively affects employee performance, highlighting the importance of effective communication and constructive feedback in the workplace. These findings support management theories emphasizing the crucial role of feedback in enhancing motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Additionally, this study integrates findings from previous research to enrich understanding of this relationship in the context of the service industry in South Jakarta. In conclusion, these results provide valuable insights for HR practitioners and other stakeholders in evidence-based decision-making in dynamic business environments.

Abstract

Generasi Z merupakan kelompok usia produktif yang memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap dunia kerja, mencakup sekitar 27,94% dari populasi Indonesia, yang sebagian besar bekerja di sektor jasa, terutama di Jakarta. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap niat untuk keluar dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan generasi Z di sektor jasa Jakarta. Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh sektor jasa adalah tingginya tingkat niat untuk keluar, yang berdampak pada stabilitas dan biaya perusahaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial yang memadai dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya mengurangi niat untuk keluar. Dengan pendekatan yang meneliti hubungan antara kompensasi finansial, kepuasan kerja, dan niat untuk keluar, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru yang relevan untuk perusahaan dalam merancang kebijakan kompensasi yang efektif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kompensasi finansial dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, guna meningkatkan retensi karyawan dan mengurangi niat untuk keluar.
