Abstract

Visual da'wah content must pay attention to various aspects in delivering its da'wah in terms of media and the material delivered must be appropriate and interesting so that it can be included as Islamic da'wah content. Visual da'wah through Instagram social media is utilized by the Instagram account @safari_dakwah in pouring out religious knowledge and creative ideas into visual designs with messages related to da'wah. This study formulates how the content of the da'wah message is contained in the content of the Instagram account @safari_dakwah. Then how @safari_dakwah packages visual da'wah content so that it can attract da'wah objects. This study uses a qualitative method using content analysis to determine the content of the da'wah message. Based on the data analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the Instagram account @safari_dakwah has filled the da'wah design such as messages of monotheism and morals with detailed content themes about personality, gratitude, Worship, Endeavor, and Thalibul 'ilmi. Then in packaging the design of the da'wah which is packaged using design elements such as points, lines, shapes, sizes, textures, contrasts, typography, colors, and principles such as rhythm, emphasis, balance, and unity that have been adjusted so that the design is easy to read, understand, attractive, and useful.

Abstract

This research begins with the low social studies learning outcomes of class IV students at MI Al Bayyinah Dramaga, Bogor Regency, to obtain class IV social studies learning outcomes at MI Al Bayyinah Dramaga, Bogor Regency by using a contextual teaching and learning approach. From the data analyzed, this research uses a contextual teaching and learning approach using research instruments, namely observation, tests, syllabus, lesson plans, teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and documents. This research produces data on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class IV at MI Al Bayyinah Dramaga, Bogor Regency before the implementation of contextual teaching and learning, showing that around 68% of students scored below the KKM with an average of 47.69% compared to that set at MI which is 65. .00. There are 7 students who reach the KKM standard, while there are 19 students who have not reached the KKM standard. After implementing the contextual teaching and learning approach in cycle 1, all 26 students achieved the KKM with an average score of 90.38, the learning level/learning completeness was 100%. This proves that the application of the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) approach can improve social studies learning outcomes for class IV students at MI Al Bayyinah Dramaga, Bogor Regency

Abstract

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a way to resolve disputes that is humane and fair. Humane because the decision (peace agreement) is the authority of the disputing parties and maintains good relations. Fair because each party negotiates a solution to the problem and the results are satisfactory, based on PERMA (Supreme Court Regulation) no. 1 of 2016 every divorce or dispute problem registered in court must follow the procedure that the parties to the case or the attorney must go through a mediation process first before proceeding to the next trial stage, but in reality the increase in divorce cases continues to increase every year, because public understanding of the law increases and there are many other factors, a mediator makes his position as a neutral party to the decisions of the parties, This study uses a qualitative research method, namely field research with observation, interview and documentation techniques, The purpose of this study is first, To explain the mediation process carried out by the Judge in resolving divorce cases. Second, To explain the Mediator Judge's Strategy in mediating Divorce cases. Third, To find out the role of the Judge in mediating the case resolution process at the Cibinong Religious Court. The results of this study indicate that in its role, the mediator judge ensures that the mediation process runs according to the law, provides understanding, and provides advice based on religion, personal experience, and successful mediation cases. In this case, it is done with the aim that the parties in the case at the Cibinong Religious Court are expected to make whatever the decision in court or the results of the mediation process as a valuable lesson in living together in the future.

Abstract

Reading the Qur'an requires an interesting method. The background of this research is the phenomenon in the field that many students in class X-1, X-2, X-3 of SMA Negeri 4 Bogor City have not been able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly according to the applicable rules of tajwid science. Therefore, there is a method that can improve the ability to read the Qur'an, namely the Iqra' method. The main focus of this study is the implementation of the Iqra' method in class X-1, X-2, X-3 of SMA Negeri 4 Bogor City with the aim of knowing the implementation of the Iqra' Method in class X-1, X-2, X-3, to Understand the Ability to Read the Qur'an of Class X-1, X-2, X-3 Students at SMA NEGERI 4 can be improved with the Implementation of the Iqra' Method, to Explore the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of Students X-1, X-2, X-3 of SMA Negeri 4 Bogor City in reading the Qur'an. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. By using data reduction analysis, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Iqra' method in class X-1, X-2, X-3 at SMA NEGERI 4 KOTA BOGOR runs with 5 stages: opening, apperception, practice, evaluation and closing. The process of learning the Qur'an is carried out by implementing the Iqra' Method and is heard directly by the teacher. The session lasts for 60 minutes every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after school. Based on the results of the study at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bogor, it shows an increase in the ability to read the Qur'an in class X students. In class X-1 consisting of 35 students (6 non-Muslims), 9 participants experienced an increase in makhraj, tajwid, and an increase in iqra' from 6 to juz 1, and 15 fluent participants also experienced an increase. However, 5 participants did not make progress. In class X-2 with 34 students (5 non-Muslims), 16 participants experienced an increase in makhraj, tajwid, and the increase in iqra' 1-5 to iqra' 6. While 12 participants were fluent in showing an increase in the implementation of tajwid and 1 student did not experience any change. In class X-3 consisting of 35 students (6 non-Muslims), 13 participants experienced an increase in makhraj and tajwid, and 14 participants were fluent in going up from iqra' 6 to juz 1, while 2 participants did not experience any progress. The increase in the ability to read the Qur'an has gone through the process of learning tajwid and makhrajul huruf with the practice of the Iqra' method. The success of the Iqra' method is supported by facilities, adequate learning resources, teacher support, student learning motivation, and supported by external motivation from parents. The obstacle to the Iqra' method in reading the Qur'an is the lack of motivation to learn to read the Qur'an from students.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) To Know and explain the level of understanding of class XII female students regarding the material on dress morals at MAN 1 Bogor City, (2) To Know and explain the level of application of Muslim dress ethics for class XII female students at MAN 1 Bogor City, (3) To know and explain the influence of understanding the material on morals of dress on the dress ethics of Muslim female in class XII at MAN 1 Bogor CityThis research uses quantitative methods with the data analysis technique used, namely simple linear regression with t-test. The number of samples in this study was 51 respondents with sample determination using random sampling techniques. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. Based on the data obtained, it shows that the level of understanding of class XII female students' clothing morals is in the very high category with an average value of 69.37 and the level of clothing ethics of class XII female Muslim students is included in the high category with an average value of 62.09. The results of the research show that understanding the material on morals in clothing has a positive effect on the ethical clothing of Muslim female in class XII at MAN 1 Bogor City. This can be seen from the results of a simple analysis where the equation Y = 11.806 + 0.725X is obtained. The t-test results showed that tcount was 5,947 > ttable 1,677 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. So, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The influence of understanding clothing morals on Muslim females clothing ethics is 41.9%, while the remaining 58.1% is explained by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

The people of Tonjong Village, Tajurhalang District, Bogor Regency, the majority of whom are Muslim and are active in religious activities, including the routine monthly recitation of mothers, as well as teenagers and fathers who pray five times a day at the mosque. Not only parents but also children are taught to worship from a young age by their parents. Therefore, researchers are interested in knowing how mothers' persuasive communication is carried out with their children in instilling prayer behavior. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out how persuasive communication is carried out by mothers with children in instilling prayer behavior in Tonjong Village, Tajurhalang District. 2) To find out the persuasive communication model used by mothers with their children in instilling prayer behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting observations, interviews and documentation regarding Persuasive Communication from Mothers to Children in Instilling Prayer Behavior. The results of this research show that; (1) It is concluded that the persuasive communication carried out by mothers with their children in instilling prayer behavior uses several methods, namely: advice method, habituation method, example method, taghrib method and tarhib method. (2) The model used by parents to use persuasive communication between mothers and children in instilling prayer behavior in Tonjong village is the Aristotelian model, which emphasizes three important elements, namely the speaker, message and listener.

Abstract

The rise of online gambling in the digital era not only raises legal and moral concerns but also poses a serious threat to family resilience. This phenomenon often becomes a major trigger of household conflict, particularly when one partner is involved in gambling practices, leading to the neglect of economic responsibilities, emotional instability, and the breakdown of family relationships. This study aims to analyse Decision Number 331/Pdt.G/2025/PA. Bogor is a representative case of divorce caused by online gambling addiction. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews with a judge at the Bogor Religious Court and document analysis of the court decision. The findings reveal that the husband’s involvement in online gambling directly disrupted the economic functions of the family, including neglect of financial support, the sale of household assets, and debt accumulation. Moreover, this addiction undermined family harmony, eroded trust, and diminished the well-being and future of the children, ultimately resulting in divorce. The factors that drive individuals into online gambling include easy access to information technology, economic instability, irregular employment, permissive social environments, and the desire to gain instant profits. These findings indicate that online gambling is a real threat to family resilience and requires serious attention from various parties through legal, social, and educational measures. Abstract

In Indonesia, marriage is regulated by Law No. 1/1974 on Marriage, which governs all aspects of marriage for all citizens, including Muslims. One of the provisions in the law is the minimum age of marriage, where couples who have not reached it are required to apply for marriage dispensation to the Religious Court. However, in practice, some people choose the siri marriage route as an alternative to avoid the marriage dispensation procedure. The main reason is that the procedure is considered complicated, time-consuming, and potentially socially stigmatizing. This study aims to find out the perceptions of religious leaders in Nanggung Sub-district, Bogor Regency, towards the practice of siri marriage to avoid marriage dispensation, and to identify the factors that encourage people to make this choice. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research was conducted in Nanggung Sub-district, Bogor Regency. The results showed that religious leaders have diverse views on the practice of nikah siri, ranging from excusing it due to social conditions to criticizing its legal impact. The factors driving people to choose nikah siri include legal and regulatory reasons, socio-cultural conditions, economic pressures, and limited access to formal institutions. Although considered a practical solution, this practice has severe negative impacts, such as the absence of legal proof of marriage, unclear legal status of children, and the lack of legal protection for wives, which in turn reinforces the culture of avoiding official legal channels. Abstract

Early childhood is an individual who is undergoing a rapid and fundamental development process, so learning to read the Qur'an from an early age is important to form a generation of Quranic intelligent and noble morals. The iqro' method as a systematic and gradual approach to learning to read the Qur'an is expected to make it easier for children to recognize the hijaiyah letters and read the Qur'an correctly. This study aims to analyze the effect of the iqro' method on the ability to read the Qur'an in early childhood at PAUD Baitul Qur'an Ranca Bungur and evaluate the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 PAUD Baitul Qur'an students, then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and simple linear regression to determine the effect of the Iqro' method on the ability to read the Qur'an. The results of the study indicate that the iqro' method has a positive and significant effect on the ability to read the Qur'an in early childhood. The average score of the iqro' method is 66.15 with a standard deviation of 14.301, while the average score of the ability to read the Qur'an is 51.73 with a standard deviation of 10.976. The use of this method can increase the fluency and accuracy of reading the Qur'an gradually and independently. Based on these results, it is recommended that PAUD Baitul Qur'an continue to optimize the use of the Iqro' method in learning to read the Qur'an, improve teacher training to support the application of the method, and create a conducive learning environment so that children are more motivated in learning the Qur'an.
