Abstract

This article aims to describe the career adaptability profile of students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion Ibn Khaldun University. The sample was taken by purposive sample consisting of Javanese and Sundanese students. The instrument used was a career adaptability questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and t test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the career adaptability profiles of students with Javanese and Sundanese tribe backgrounds. The results of this study can be used as a basis for developing student career development programs.

Abstract

Bimbingan dan Konseling merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari proses pendidikanbaik formal pun dalam pendidikan masyarakat. Salah satu bidang bimbingan dalambimbingan dan konseling adalah karir yang melakukan konseling sertapengoptimalkan berbagai potensi peserta didik maupun masyarakat termasukdalam karir sesuai dengan tugas perkembangannya. Adanya era revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan tantangan pengoptimalan Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk menyiapkan peserta didik termasuk masyarakat umum untuk menghadapinya. Optimalisasi Bimbingan dan Konseling karir diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi potensi dan karir sejak dini agar mampu menjalani proses pembelajaran juga karirnya dengan lebih maksimal dan optimal sehingga dapat diharapkan muncul orang-orang yang tepat diposisi yang tepat dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0

Abstract

ABSTRAKManajemen Bimbingan dan konseling merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling. E-sistem BK hadir menjawab tantangan kemajuan teknologi untuk membantu guru BK melakukan administrasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Pelatihan penggunaan E-sistem BK berbasis web ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan guru dalam melakukan manajemen layanan bimbingan dan konseling salah satunya adalah administrasi BK melalui E-sistem BK. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu penyampaian atau pengenalan E-sistem BK secara teori dan praktik penggunaan E-sistem BK. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan atau pemahaman guru dalam pengoperasian E-sistem BK. Guru memahami dan mengerti bagaimana cara penggunaan E-sistem BK dalam administrasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Kata kunci: administrasi; bimbingan; E-sistem; konseling. ABSTRACTGuidance and counseling management is one of the most important things in guidance and counseling services. The BK e-system is here to answer the challenges of technological advances to help BK teachers carry out the administration of guidance and counseling services. This web-based training on the use of the BK E-system has the aim of increasing teachers' understanding and management of guidance and counseling services, one of which is BK administration through the BK E-system.  This training is carried out in two stages, namely the delivery or introduction of the BK E-system in theory and the practical use of the BK E-system. There is an increase in teacher knowledge or understanding in the operation of the BK E-system. Teachers understand and understand how to use the BK E-system in the administration of guidance and counseling services. Keywords: administration; counseling; E-system; guidance.

Abstract

The challenges of the times require the adaptability of students. The development of the potential of multiple intelligences is expected to be a real support. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of multiple intelligences possessed by students. The method used is a quantitative method with a survey method. The result of this study is that the highest multiple intelligence profile is in interpersonal, musical and kinesthetic intelligenceAbstrakTantangan zaman memerlukan daya adaptasi handal dari peserta didik. Pengembangan potensi dari kecerdasan jamak diharapkan mampu menjadi penunjang yang nyata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil multiple intelligenceyang dimiliki peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Hasil penelitian ini adalah profil multiple intelligenceyang tertinggi ada pada kecerdasan interpersonal, musik dan kinestetik.

Abstract

Hal yang terpenting dalam pendidikan ada proses pembelajaran. oleh sebab itu dalam proses pembelajaran guru memilih metode yang efektif dan kreatif, terutama pada pembelajaran IPA, belajar dengan memasukkan semua informasi ke siswa. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan oleh siswa yaitu metode mind mapping. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mendeskripsikan penerapan metode mind mapping pada mata pelajaran IPA materi siklus air kelas 5 di SDN Nanggewer Mekar Cibinong dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas pembelajaran penerapan metode mind mapping pada mata pelajaran IPA materi siklus air kelas 5 di SDN Nanggewer Mekar Cibinong. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti merupan penelitian kualitatif dengan bersifat studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penggunaan analisis data ini menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Nanggewer Mekar Cibinong pada kelas 5. Pada penerapan metode mind mapping siswa sangat antusias dan bersemangat dalam belajar, dan guru merasa sangat mudah dalam menerapkan metode mind mapping. Terlihatnya efektif dalam penerapan metode mind mapping dengan respon siswa yang positif, hasil belajar siswa, aktivitas siswa saat proses pembelajaran, guru dalam mengelola kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Determine the spiritual intelligence of class XI IPS students at MAN 4 Bogor; 2) Find out the religious behavior of class XI IPS students at MAN 4 Bogor; and 3) Find out whether there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence and the religious behavior of class XI IPS students at MAN 4 Bogor. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The research instrument to obtain data in this study consisted of a questionnaire guide and documentation. The data analysis technique uses categorization and product moment. The results of the study show that there is a significant correlation between the spiritual intelligence variable (X) and religious behavior (Y) in class XI Social Studies at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Bogor where the t-count is 5.822 with a significant value of 0.000, then t-count 5.822 > t-table 1.665 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to observe the implementation of the Al-Qur'an therapy program through an evaluation model of the Context, Input, Process, and Product aspects of the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program at SPS Alam Atifa Bogor. This study uses a qualitative approach in the field (field research). The object of this research is the implementation of the Qur'anic therapy program which is then reviewed through the CIPP evaluation model. The resource selection technique used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the resource person being able to answer the researcher's questions and in direct contact with the Qur'anic therapy process which involved nine resource persons consisting of the principal, four teachers, four guardians of students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research with the criteria of a relationship with Allah SWT, oneself, nature and others. In addition, it also shows that: 1) The background of the implementation is because students with special needs were found at SPS Alam Atifa Bogor, the objectives and curriculum (context aspects), 2) Criteria for organizers, criteria for teachers, participants, therapeutic methods and therapeutic media used in program implementation Al-Qur'an therapy (Input aspect), 3) Implementation of Al-Qur'an Therapy Program related to therapy schedule, teacher performance, student activities and evaluation (Process aspect), 4) Changes in therapy results in the form of good emotional control, formation of spirituality in children with special needs and the success of students in recognizing hijaiyyah letters and memorizing short suras (product aspect). Abstract

Basically the role of the Qur’an teacher in Hanjuang village is as a figure who is expected to be able to provide solutions to problems in society and as a guide for matters of the hereafter, especially in teaching the Qur'an. Reading the Al-Qur'an needs to be developed and needs to be taught among the Muslim community from children to adults. Therefore it is very necessary to have an education and teaching regarding methods and ways of understanding reading the Qur'an, especially the teacher's role in improving the ability to read the Qur'an. This study aims to describe the role of the Qur’an teacher in improving the ability to read the Qur’an, the implementation of the sorogan method in reading the Qur’an and the results of implementing the sorogan method in improving the ability to read the Qur’an in the village of Hanjuang Cisarua, Bogor Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the Qur’an teacher in Kampung Hanjuang in improving children's ability to read the Qur’an has been able to carry out their role well because judging from the results of research that has been conducted, the Qur’an teachers have done many things in the learning process. The process of carrying out reading the Qur'an using the sorogan method every child gets the opportunity to face and learn directly with the teacher. The results of learning using the sorogan method in improving the ability to read the Qur’an, namely experiencing an increase in learning to read the Qur’an.

Abstract

Accountability is a form of responsibility for guidance and counseling teachers in providing guidance and counseling services at schools and for assessing the success rate of the programs that have been implemented. The purpose of this research is preventive and curative efforts to better address issues of accountability among guidance and counseling teachers. The method used in this study is pre-experimental. The experimental group received a treatment in the form of training to improve accountability among guidance and counseling teachers. The measurement tool used is the understanding of accountability as measured by MEASURE, developed by Stone and Dahir, which was administered at the beginning (pretest) and at the end (posttest). The results of this study indicate an increase in the understanding of accountability among guidance and counseling teachers

Abstract

Akuntabilitas bimbingan dan konseling sangat penting dilakukan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab guru bimbingan dan konseling atau konselor di sekolah terhadap program bimbingan dan konseling yang sudah dilaksanakan. Akan tetapi, ada sebagian guru bimbingan dan konseling atau konselor di sekolah yang belum melaksanakan akuntabilitas pada program bimbingan dan konseling. Hal ini terjadi karena beberapa faktor, salah satunya guru bimbingan dan konseling yang kurang memahami tentang proses dan pelaksanaan akuntabilitas BK. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan deskripsi dan gambaran mengenai persepsi guru bimbingan dan konseling pada akuntabilitas bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru bimbingan dan konseling yang telah mengikuti Workshop Akuntabilitas BK telah memiliki pemahaman lebih baik daripada sebelum mengikuti workshop. Hal ini berdasarkan pada data pretest dan posttest yang telah diisi oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling pada sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan workshop. Dengan begitu diharapkan guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat menerapkan akuntabilitas program bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.
