Abstract

Leadership is the existence of a process in leadership to exert social influence on other people, so that other people carry out a process as desired by the leader. The most important point in this case is that leaders can influence their subordinates to do what their leaders lead with full awareness. One of the interesting things that the charisma taik leadership has is that it has an ideological goal to realize a generally agreed vision and mission for the common good. He is also someone who is able to foster motivation that is aligned with the mission of the group. The presence of this charismatic leadership really gives new energy to anyone who is approached or sees it, if he speaks then the words that come out of his mouth will be a living solution for anyone who hears them, will make the listeners' emotions provoked to be persistent and enthusiastic in carrying out the leader's orders. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a type of literature study or commonly referred to as library research. A literature study is a study that seeks the main source of information or main data from the literature or from books, journals that are relevant to the research to be carried out.

Abstract

Leadership is the existence of a process in leadership to exert social influence on others, so that the other person carries out a process as desired by the leader. Whatever is the impetus to increase the motivation of both leaders and subordinates is always done. The motivation and spirit are imprinted to always make changes for the better. Changes continue to be made by following the development of various times. Various opportunities are taken seriously for more maximal change. An important awareness is instilled that each individual has potential. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a type of literature study or commonly referred to as library research. A literature study is a study that seeks the main source of information or main data from the literature or from books, journals that are relevant to the research to be carried out.

Abstract

Amanat UUD Negara Republik Indonesia 1945 menyatakan bahwa sistem pendidikan nasional harus menjamin pemerataan kesempatan pendidikan, peningkatan mutu serta relevansi dan efisiensi manajemen untuk menghadapi tantangan sesuai dengan tuntutan perubahan kehidupan local, nasional, dan global sehingga perlu dilakukan pembaruan pendidikan secara terarah, terencana, dan kesinambungan. Dalam konteks perubahan kehidupan yang semakin mengglobal saat ini, Negara dihadapakan pada persaingan dan tantangan yang semakin berat. Tidak hanya tantangan yang bersifat local saja, tetapi juga persaingan dengan Negara-negara lainnya yang lebih maju. Karenanya, dengan dasar amanat UUD 1945 diatas, Negara mewujudkan pendidikan Bertaraf Internasional sebagaimana tertuang UU No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional adalah sekolah yang sudah memenuhi Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) yang kemudian diperkaya dengan keunggulan mutu (kurikulum) tertentu yang diimpor dari Negara anggota OECD dengan tujuan peninggkatan kualitas pendidikan serta meningkatkan daya saing. Namun, dalam pelakasanaanya Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional menimbulkan pro-kontra dikalangan masyarakat. Adanya Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional ini ditenggarai akan menimbulkan diskriminasi, kastanisai, dan komersialisasi pendidikan. Yang paling mengkhawatirkan adalah dengan adanya penambahan kurikulum dan mind set akan persaingan Internasional sebagai focus pendidikan akan menyebabkan terkikisnya karakter dan kearifan lokal (local wisdom) pada diri siswa peserta didik. Kearifan lokal adalah kekayaan sekaligus kekuatan yang luar biasa yang dimiliki oleh bangsa ini untuk bersaing dengan Negara lain, sehingga keberadaanya haruslah ditularkan, dilestarikan, diinternalisasikan dalam setiap jiwa bangsa ini. Karenanya, didalam sistem Sekolah Bertaraf Internasioal harus diterapkan dan ditekankan kurikulum yang ideal, sinergi dengan kearifan local, selain juga yang berkualitas Internasional.

Abstract

Tradisi sholawatan merupakan tradisi nenek moyang yang diwariskan turun temurun dari generasi kegenerasi. Tradisi shalawatan adalah pertemuan dua arus yaitu tradisi Islam (ajaran membaca shalawat) dan tradisi setempat yaitu tradisi guyub yang merupakan ciri masyarkat Madura. Secara umum masyarakat desa atau masyarakat agraris adalah masyarakat guyup yang diikat oleh tali tradisi setempat. Tradisi setempat di manapun merupakan artikulasi dari nilai-nilai yang diyakininya yang menyejarah yang pada akhirnya membentuk sosial order atau ketraturan sosial. Demikian juga masyarakat Lenteng Barat Sumenep yang secara georafis berada di Pedalaman, tapi mereka mampu menafsirkan universalitas Islam (yang berupa ajaran dakwah dan silarurrahmi) dengan lokalitas yang bernama tradisi kompolan shalawatan. Tradisi kompolan sholawatan merupakan perwujudan dakwah dan silaturrahmi antar warga, karena dalam tradisi sholawatan ini ajaran dan syariat Islam dapat tersampaikan. Selain itu dalam tradisi shalawatan ini juga terjadi silaturrahmi antar warga. Silaturrahmi bisa dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja karena sudah menjadi tradisi bagi mereka.

Abstract

Seorang guru harus menggunakan berbagai cara atau metode untuk meningkat hasil dan proses pembelajaran supaya tujuan dari pendidikan tercapai. Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan adalah metode karya wisata dengan metode ini anak dihadapakan langsung dengan objek atau benda konkrit yang ada disekitarnya yang sesuai dengan materi yang dipelajari dan juga sesuai dengan tahap perkembangannya. Dengan demikian metode ini juga sangat cocok diterapkan pada anak usia dini, dimana pada masa ini seluruh kompetensi yang ada pada anak bisa diasah secara maksimal. Adapun tujuan dari metode karya wisata ini adalah mendorong anak agar lebih kreatif dan imajinatif karena anak yang kreatif dan imajinatif akan membuat anak lebih mandiri, cerdas dan lebih paham terhadap materi yang diajarkan serta membuat anak lebih mencintai lingkungannya, oleh sebab itu sengat penting menerapkan metode karya wisata ini dalam proses belajar mengajar anak. Karena terbukti metode ini sangat membantu kesuksesan anak dalam belajarnya.

Abstract

Behind the glory of civilization, there is an inspiring record of leadership that has reached the peak of glory. The land of Java was successful during the reign of Sultan Agung Hanyakrakusuma. He showed his authority and was firm and disciplined in deciding a problem in the Islamic Mataram kingdom. Sultan Agung's character inspired many things, especially in becoming a successful leader. This research includes a literative study (library research), which examines the thoughts of figures from various inspirations and records of their lives through various studies on Sultan Agung, which are then useful for Islamic education in this modern era. The data collection technique is by analyzing various findings of relevant data. The results of this study include several things: First, the character of Sultan Agung includes a great curiosity, firm, wise, forgiving, generous, humble, and patient. Second, efforts to build leadership character like Sultan Agung, namely character building steps, he increases his self-esteem, placing himself in a good environment, being firm, disciplined and alert, dreaming of big things, and highly committed. Third, the characters of Sultan Agung have relevance to current education, namely PERMENDIKBUD No. 20 of 2016 Article 2 Chapter II, regarding Competency Standards for Elementary and Secondary Education Graduates. Then with the second part of the Content Standards of article 6.

Abstract

Abstract Building children's emotional intelligence from an early age is important. For this reason, activities in early childhood education are needed that focus on character development. Departing from this background, the author considers this study to be quite important to study. The goals of this study is to find out how effective educational game tools using and what the impact on children's emotion. To find the results of this research, the author used qualitative library methods. Review various important documents relevant to the theme of this study. This study find that; First, there are several types of APE for early childhood to stimulate emotional intelligence, including magic boxes, color blocks, snakes and ladders games, and natural media. Meanwhile, the types of APE for intelligence intelligence consist of APE Technology Digital, APE Wood, and Guess the Picture. Second, the reason APE can be a tool to stimulate intelligence in early childhood is because it has several characteristics, including stimulating growth and development, appropriate to the child's age, creative and attracting attention, useful, safe to use, simple in shape, and supports children to be actively involved. Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan bagian terpenting dalam proses pendidikan. Tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan belajar dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan strategi dan penggunaan media belajar. Lembaga pendidikan harus update membaca perkembangan zaman dan tantangan yang dihadapi di era sekarang. Lembaga pendidikan dan guru dituntut untuk selalu update membaca peluang, termasuk melakukan optimalisasi penggunaan media digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yakni mengulas strategi belajar yang terapkan di lembaga PAUD Sya'airun Najah sejak masa pandemi. Data-data yang diperoleh ditriangulasi oleh peneliti untuk kualitas data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh lembaga sekolah bisa menggunakan banyak alternatif. Sejumlah media bisa digunakan untuk memudahkan, di antaranya adalah dengan menggunakan pembelajaran daring seperti Zoom (30%), Google form (10%), dan aplikasi WhatsApp (60%). Sebagian besar orang tua wali lebih memilih WA dibanding lainnya. Penggunaan metode ini tidak akan berjalan lancar tanpa kerja sama antar wali siswa. Artinya, komunikasi internal antara orang tua anak didik dengan guru s.

Abstract

Instilling religious attitudes in schools since early childhood or kindergarten is also quite urgent, especially in the current era of digitalization where the culture of using mobile phones is increasingly widespread among children without intense control from the family. This study aims to examine how the implementation of success strategies for children's learning through the tahfidz program or memorizing letters in jus'amma at the Annuqayah Islamic Boarding School Kindergarten institution. As well as whether the application of the method succeeded in influencing the morale of the child or vice versa. To get valid results, the researchers used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study conducted by the researchers found several urgent things, that the strategy of instilling religious attitudes in children was implemented by instilling religious knowledge, moral values ​​in activities implemented in kindergarten. For example, basic education in monotheism, moral values ​​education, the basics of religious practices, learning tahfidz juz'amma, instilling religious awareness in daily life, namely giving punishment with elements of religiosity, religious knowledge to be applied in life, habituation from an early age related to how to become a devout and moral Muslim, this is an optimal capital for the development of children's education.

Abstract

Human morality is an extended reflection to which the educational process influences daily behavior. Islamic education aims to produce output that is intelligent and moral. Implementation of Islamic education in accordance with the modern era requires inspired thought, such as  Seyyed Hossein Nasr thought. This article examines Seyyed Hossein Nasr's paradigm of islamic education. Idea that is based on absolutism tries to revive spirit in building an existence by becoming a perfect human being armed with knowledge. Muslim have to open to knowledge without compartmentalizing knowledge. This study is qualitative of literature review and seeks to describe the findings of data from any relevant literature. Researchers in collecting relevant data examined primary data sources on various journals, books and other related documents that discuss Seyyed Hossein Nasr's thoughts on Islamic education. The data are analyzed in narrative form. This study finds the result, namely the reconstruction of the thought of Seyyed Hossein Nasr who offers an Islamic education system by integrating the knowledge of 'aqli anda naqli. Islamic education in this modern era has to develop without leaving traditional values. Human nature has connectivity with God, human self, and nature (environment). Spirit of eco-theology and Scientia Sacra is quite appropriate and strives for human nature as a trustworthy caliph. Seyyed Nasr offers that human idea connectedness as a caliph must have provision of wisdom obtained through the process of Islamic education. Therefore, nowadays the educational institutions have to adopt an education system that focuses on human development with modern and traditional knowledge.
