Abstract

Pelatihan aplikasi Mendeley bertujuan untuk memudahkan mahasiswa dalam penyusunan daftar pustaka. metode yang digunakan  yaitu dimulai dari koordinasi, persiapan materi dan media, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi sebagai penilaian. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di ruang kelas kampus Universitas Islam Al-Azhar pada mahasiswa Fakultas Agama Islam sebanyak 20 mahasiswa pada tanggal Rabu 15 Mei 2024. Ada berbagai pertanyaan yang diajukan mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan praktik penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley menunjukkan keseriusan dan respon positif dari mahasiswa. Sebagai evaluasi tingkat keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan program dilakukan evaluasi dengan pengisian google form diakhir acara untuk mengetahui seberapa dalam kemampuan dari mahasiswa memahami aplikasi Mendeley. 70% mamahami penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley sedangkan sisanya 30% belum sepenuhnya memahami penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley. Mengingat waktu yang cukup singkat dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan aplikasi Mendeley diperlukan latihan secara kontinyu yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa, misalnya melalui penyusunan daftar pustaka pada skripsi atau tugas-tugas mahasiswa.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Tetebatu memiliki potensi wisata yang besar dengan jumlah kunjungan di waktu ramai dapat mencapai 200 wisatawan per hari. Meskipun jumlah wisatawan begitu besar, kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris yang dimiliki masyarakat desa dinilai sangat kurang. Seorang wisatawan asing mencoba berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris kepada masyarakat, hanya saja wisatawan ini tidak memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Alhasil baik wisatawan asing maupun masyarakat tidak saling mengerti. Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris sangat dibutuhkan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Wisata Tetebatu. Setelah dilakukan survey awal dengan mengunjungi lokasi dan berkomunikasi dengan kelompok sadar wisata dan perangkat desa di Desa Tetebatu, ditemukan bahwa kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris yang paling penting untuk didahulukan dan merupakan kebutuhan yang mendesak. Metode pembelajaran dilakukan melalui pendekatan kegiatan wisata yang ada untuk menemukan kecocokan dan ketepatan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Tourism is a promising sector in the country's foreign exchange earnings, especially with the emergence of tourism villages that are increasingly popular and become a development strategy in many underdeveloped areas. The development of tourism villages through the potential of natural resources, marketing strategies, human resource management, and community participation in all stages of management has the potential to improve the local economy and the standard of living of local communities. In addition, the development of tourism villages can also contribute to environmental conservation and preserve local wisdom. However, to achieve its full potential, it requires infrastructure development, sustainable management of natural resources, effective promotion, development of quality tourism products and services, and involvement and empowerment of local communities. All of these require collaboration from stakeholders to create an independent and sustainable tourism village development strategy. Based on the research method used, namely descriptive qualitative method, this research provides a clear picture of the social situation under study. Primary data were obtained from interviews, field notes, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained from literature studies and documentary data. In addition, semi-structured interview techniques were used to get open opinions and ideas from the informants. This research also uses a descriptive qualitative method. Non-participatory observation techniques to collect data systematically in the form of field notes. In addition, the internal and external factors of the tourism village were analysed using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Then, source triangulation was conducted as one of the methods to check the validity of the data. Then collaboration was carried out using the Collaborative Governance model (TKK) with the Bichler and Lösch model.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemberdayaan UMKM di Lombok ada yang mampu go internasional, namun banyak UMKM yang masih mengalami kendala, yaitu kompetensi pengetahun digital dan belum memaksimalkan penggunaannya, serta terdapat inefisiensi dalam produksi. Diperlukannya pelatihan lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM. Metode pengabdian dalam tulisan ini menggunakn Collaborative Action Research dengan mengambil sampel UMKM binaan UNIZAR dan UMKM yang ada di senggigi, dengan mengkolaborasikan temuan kekurangan UMKM dan memberikan pelatihan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemberdayaan UMKM dengan memberikan pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran digitalisasi keuangan dan efisiensi dalam produksi. Hasil observasi dari pengabdian enampuluh persen UMKM sudah melakukan digitalisasi pemasaran akan tetapi masih belum maksimal, dan belum berdampak pada peningkatan UMKM, sedangkan dalam digitalisasi keuangan baru 10% UMKM yang melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Setelah dilakukanya pengabdian semua peserta memiliki akun pencatatan keuangan dibuku warung dan akun di shoope yang bisa di akses langsung melalui ponsel untuk meningkatkan digitalisasi keuangan dan pemasaran. Kata kunci: digitalisasi; keuangan; pemasaran; efisien Abstract Powered umkm in lombok no one can go international, But many umkm are still in trouble., It's a digital year's competence and it hasn't maximized its use yet., And there's inefficients in production..The need for further training to increase the capacity of the umkm.The method of devotion in this writing uses a collaborative action research by taking a sample of umkm binizar and umkm in the tooth, by collaborating finds lacking in umkm and providing training.This devotion aims to empower the umkm by giving digital training digitalization finance and efficiency in production. So the right strategy to be used by the Asbac Sport business at this time is a market development strategy, maintaining product quality, maintaining consumer trust, building relationships with other businesses, and developing creativity. This strategy is appropriate because the Asbac Sport business has greater strengths to face its weaknesses and has great opportunities to face its threats. Collaborating with football clubs around NTB so that Asbac Sport products get lots of contacts and lots of orders, Making discounts on products both in terms of price, service and orders, making re-plans or improvements so that the results obtained are more optimal.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect relationships between Green Recruitment, Digital Technology, Digital Competence, and Employee Performance at PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Specifically, it examines how Digital Competence mediates the influence of Green Recruitment and Digital Technology on employee performance in the construction sector. Methodology: A quantitative research approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were collected from 194 employees through purposive sampling, and the questionnaire used a five-point Likert scale. The analysis included validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 4.0.. Results: The findings reveal that both Green Recruitment (? = 0.225, p < 0.01) and Digital Technology (? = 0.411, p < 0.001) significantly enhance Digital Competence. In turn, Green Recruitment (? = 0.203), Digital Technology (? = 0.253), and Digital Competence (? = 0.437) significantly improve Employee Performance. Moreover, Digital Competence mediates the indirect influence of Green Recruitment (? = 0.098, p < 0.01) and Digital Technology (? = 0.180, p < 0.001) on performance. Conclusions: Integrating sustainable recruitment practices and digital transformation strategies strengthens employee competencies and organizational productivity in construction companies. Limitations: The study focuses on one SOE, limiting generalizability, and does not include moderating variables such as digital leadership or organizational culture. Contribution: This study extends Green HRM and digital transformation theories by providing empirical evidence that Digital Competence serves as a critical bridge between sustainability-oriented HR policies and enhanced employee performance in the digital era.

Abstract

The challenge of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Indonesia plays a crucial role and requires enhancement. The pivotal role of HEIs in Indonesia is multifaceted. These institutions play a crucial part in shaping the country's cultural and religious identity, while also providing education that aligns with contemporary demands. This study explored the performance and soft skills among lecturers and administration staff in Islamic HEIs. The study emphasizes performance and soft skills based on managerial effectiveness in Islamic HEIs in Indonesia. The performance and soft skills explored from critical analyses of global literature. The study was conducted in Lombok, Indonesia, among 3 Islamic HEIs. Methods used were literature review, observation, and in-depth interviews. The software used was NVIVO 14 with the relative thematic analysis of the study. Findings on the HEIs model soft skills proposed to address enhancing administration staff performance and lecturer performance. By nurturing these soft skills, organizations thrive when they cultivate alignment, creativity, adaptability, and effective management and avoid mushroom management. Mushroom management in the context of organizational management and leadership styles represents a management style that is characterized by secrecy, lack of transparency, and limited employee involvement in decision-making processes. The results proposed the model to address enhancing administration staff performance through alignment value, change management, and Islamic leadership. The model addresses enhancing lecturer performance through alignment value, change management, Islamic leadership, and divergent thinking. By nurturing these soft skills, organizations thrive when they cultivate alignment, creativity, adaptability, and effective performance management. Administration staff performance impacts the lecturer’s performance besides the lecturer’s performance itself. Research suggests that organizations can benefit greatly from nurturing soft skills and adopting more transparent and inclusive leadership practices to avoid mushroom management. The practical implication of this research proposed model for enhancing administration staff and lecturer performance in Islamic higher education institutions (HEIs) includes administration staff performance enhancement through aligning individual roles with organizational objectives, implementing change management strategies, monitoring performance through key indicators, and applying Islamic leadership principles. Lecturer Performance enhancement through aligning course objectives with institutional goals encouraging research alignment, promoting pedagogical innovations, and fostering visionary leadership.
