Abstract

The abstract in the English version must be written with fulfill the rules of good English writing for abstracts in scientific papers. The sentences in the abstract must be written in sentence type (tenses) are appropriate .Therefore, the researcher uses Report Text material specifically about student experiences, so there are four students who will be observed by the researcher. The research method used is a descriptive method or what is usually called a qualitative method. And qualitative data will be conveyed by observing students' handwriting. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are two types of tenses used in writing abstracts in English; simple present tense for writing "background" and "conclusion", and simple past tense for "goals", "methods", and "results". To minimize errors in using tenses, it would be better if each journal attached a file about the use of tenses in each abstract component.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang integrasi Metode Studi Islam (ISM) dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam kontemporer, dengan menitikberatkan pentingnya pendekatan multidisiplin seperti historis, filosofis, normatif, sosiologis, dan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana ISM dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum guna membentuk peserta didik yang memiliki pemahaman Islam yang komprehensif dan kontekstual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat potensi yang besar dalam integrasi ISM dengan kurikulum, terutama dalam menyelaraskan nilai-nilai spiritual dan intelektual, serta menjawab tantangan globalisasi. Strategi implementasi meliputi rekonstruksi kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, transformasi metode pembelajaran, dan pelatihan guru sebagai agen transformasi. Implementasi ISM berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman ajaran Islam, internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan, serta menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih relevan dan dialogis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi ISM mampu merekonstruksi arah pendidikan Islam menjadi lebih adaptif, relevan, dan transformatif.

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT)–based technology has opened significant opportunities for creating efficient and hygienic smart home devices. One such innovation is the Smart Doorbell, an automatic home doorbell system capable of detecting the presence of visitors without physical contact. This study is motivated by the limitations of conventional doorbells, which do not provide remote notifications and may potentially transmit diseases through direct touch. This research aims to design and build a Smart Doorbell system using an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor based on Arduino Uno to enhance user safety and convenience. The research methods include literature review, hardware and software design, and comprehensive system testing on the sensor, LCD, buzzer, and LED. The results show that the device successfully detects object distance accurately and displays visitor presence information through an LCD screen, accompanied by audio notifications via a buzzer. The system operates automatically without the need for physical interaction with a button, thereby improving efficiency and hygiene. In conclusion, this IoT-based Smart Doorbell is effective as a modern solution for home visitor notification systems. Future research is recommended to add a camera module and a DFPlayer Mini to provide more informative visual and audio notifications.
