Abstract

Berbasis Masalah (PBM) adalah pendekatan pedagogis yang berpusat pada siswa, dengan menekankan pembelajaran aktif melalui keterlibatan dalam menyelesaikan masalah dunia nyata. tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) Mengetahui pengertian strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. (2) Mengetahui tujuan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. (3)Memahami tahap pembelajaran berbasis masalah. (4) Mengetahui karakteristik strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Menggunkan metode pustaka dengan buku-buku dan jurnal yang terkait dengan pembahasan. Hasil penelitian Strategi Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem-Based Learning/PBL) adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang menempatkan siswa sebagai pusat dari proses pembelajaran. Tujuan utama dari PBL adalah memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menjadi pembelajar seumur hidup yang mandiri, kreatif, dan mampu menghadapi tantangan yang ada di dunia modern. Setiap tahap ini mendukung proses belajar yang aktif dan kolaboratif, dengan guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang memberikan bimbingan dan umpan balik yang diperlukan selama seluruh proses PBL. Karakteristik-karakteristik ini menjadikan PBL sebagai pendekatan yang kuat untuk mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan dan pemahaman yang dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia modern yang kompleks dan berubah-ubah.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational approach that aims to provide equal learning opportunities for all students, including those with special needs. However, the implementation of inclusive education in various regions still faces major challenges, especially related to the gap in access and differences in policy trends. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia and analyze the various obstacles faced by educational institutions in creating a friendly and equal learning environment. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the gap in access to educational facilities and infrastructure, the lack of trained educators, social strata and differences in understanding related to the concept of inclusion are the main factors that hinder the implementation of inclusive education. In addition, inconsistent education policy trends in various regions worsen this situation. Therefore, collaboration between the government, schools, and the community is needed to create a more inclusive and equitable education system. This study is expected to contribute to formulating effective and sustainable inclusive education policy strategies in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat pokok masalah tentang Model Evaluasi Program Jumat Ibadah di Sekolah SMAN 17 Gowa dalam Meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan dan kedisiplinan Beribadah bagi peserta didik di SMAN 17 Gowa Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu evaluasi program jumat ibadah dengan menggunakan model CIPP. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, bentuk-bentuk program jumat ibadah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan beribadah bagi peserta didik di SMAN Gowa Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa ada lima, yaitu: pembacaan ayat suci Al Quran, ceramah agama, menuntut siswa untuk disiplin mengunakan waktu, mewajibkan siswa mengikuti salat duhur berjamaah. Faktor pendukung yaitu dukungan dari pihak sekolah, Kerja sama antara Guru BK,antara guru dan staf kesiswaan, pada umumnya siswa antusias mengikuti program jumat ibadah. Hambatan yang dialami sarana dan sarana kurang memadai, tingkat kesadaran siswa yang masih kurang.

Abstract

Sharia Fintech represents a digital financial innovation that integrates technology with Islamic principles such as the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling). This study analyzes the legal framework and Sharia compliance of fintech in Indonesia through a juridical-normative approach to OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations and DSN-MUI (National Sharia Council–Indonesian Ulema Council) fatwas. The findings indicate that the application of Maqashid al-Shariah, particularly Hifz al-Mal (protection of wealth) and Hifz al-Din (protection of religion), serves as a crucial foundation for the development of fair and sustainable Sharia fintech. Although regulations such as OJK Regulations No. 3 and No. 26 of 2024, along with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 117, have provided essential guidelines, there remains a gap between the ideality of fatwas and digital practices—especially in the implementation of the Murabahah contract. Therefore, institutional synergy and the strengthening of technology-based Sharia compliance governance are required to ensure a balance between innovation and Islamic principles.

Abstract

The study of the term Amar (command) is one of the important topics in ushul fiqih, as determining the meaning of syar’i law largely depends on the understanding of commands found in the Qur'an and Hadith. Experts have differing views on whether the term Amar indicates an absolute obligation, merely a recommendation, or just permission. This article aims to explore the foundation of the term Amar, its application in verses and Hadith, and its legal implications in the context of modern fiqih. The research method used is literature review with a textual and contextual analysis approach. The results show that most ushul scholars agree that the term Amar essentially indicates obligation, unless there is a qarinah that diverts that meaning. However, in modern fiqh, the legal impact of Amar is greatly influenced by maqasid al-shariah and social situations. This emphasizes that the understanding of Amar needs to be flexible while still being grounded in the principles of classical ushul fiqh.

Abstract

This study examines how the juridical-normative perspective and the concept of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah work together to understand the objectives of law in the contemporary era. While maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah emphasizes the protection of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property as the fundamental aims of Islamic law, the juridical-normative approach views law as a set of standards that must be followed to ensure certainty and order. The findings indicate that both approaches complement each other in achieving justice, benefit, and legal certainty. Modern dynamics—such as digitalization, blockchain technology, personal data protection, and legal institutional reform—require more contextual and adaptive interpretation. Integrating the values of maqāṣid into positive law is considered capable of enhancing the legal system’s responsiveness to social developments and societal demands. This study concludes that strengthening maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah within regulations and judicial practices is a strategic step toward building a legal system that is humanistic, transformative, and oriented toward public welfare.
