Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan industri yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Indonesia merupakan negara dengan keindahan alam dan keanekaragaman budaya, sehingga industri pariwisata perlu dikembangkan. Di Kabupaten Karawang terdapat daerah Desa Mekarbuana, yang dapatdi ibaratkan sebagai puncak Karawang. Desa ini terletak di puncak pegunungan Sanggabuana. Pemasaran pariwisata pada era digital ini bertumpu pada konten media sosial yang berfokus pada konten travel, ini juga yang menjadi sumber informasi bagi calon pengunjung. Salah satu daya tarik utamainternet adalah media sosial. Media sosial menjadi ruang baru bagi netizen (pengguna internet), pengguna internet dapat berkomunikasi secara online dan bersentuhan langsung dengan netizen lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua set data yang terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Informasi dasar diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner oleh peneliti kepada responden, penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online. Hubungan antara variabel content marketing dan minat kunjungan adalah 0,822 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat erat antara variabel content marketing dan minat kunjungan. R square 0,714 atau koefisien determinasi berarti 71,4% minat kunjungan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel content marketing sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan sebab lain.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. Research Methodology: The study used a questionnaire as the instrument and a sample of 64 employees. Associative research was employed to understand the influence between the independent and dependent variables through multiple linear regression. Results: The results show that compensation has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, and both compensation and work motivation have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction. Limitations: The study was limited to PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia, and the findings may not be generalizable to other organizations. Contribution: The findings of this study can be useful for human resource management, particularly in the automotive industry, to understand the importance of compensation and work motivation in enhancing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. Research Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression analysis and data processing was carried out using SPSS27. The primary data source was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. The population was 176 employees, with a sample size of 64 employees calculated using the Slovin formula. Results: The results obtained are that there is no partial influence of competence on the performance of employees of PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia with a value of 1,284 and a significant level of 0.001. However, there is a partial influence of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia with a value of 7,965 and a significant level of 0.001. Additionally, there is a simultaneous influence between the variables Competence (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with a value of 108,081 and a sig level of 0.001. Limitations: The study is limited to a specific company, PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia, and the sample size may not be representative of the entire population. Contribution: The findings of this study contribute to the understanding of the importance of work motivation in enhancing employee performance, especially in the context of the automotive industry.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and workload on employee performance at Satpol PP Kab Karawang. Research method— A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a sample of 52 individuals determined by the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, with F-test and t-test at a 5% significance level, processed through SPSS 29. Result— The findings revealed a significant impact of the work environment on employee performance. While workload did not individually affect performance, both factors combined had a significant effect, evidenced by an F score of 7.466, surpassing the critical value of 3.186. The combined influence accounted for 23.4% of the variance in performance. Conclusion— The study concludes that the work environment positively influences employee performance, while workload alone does not. The results suggest that organizations should focus on enhancing the work environment to improve employee outcomes, as other factors may also play a significant role in performance.

Abstract

The development of the MSME culinary industry is currently increasing, because culinary is a daily need for society. However, along with the development of the culinary era, it has not only become a consumer product, but now culinary has become a lifestyle for people. This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial competence on the performance of Kertabumi Karawang MSMEs. This research uses quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and observation of conditions at the research site. Testing the hypothesis in this research uses simple regression analysis. The results of this research show that competency has a significant positive effect on MSME business performance, increasing HR competency is a key strategy for improving MSME performance in the Kertabumi Karawang Center. Implementing competency improvement programs can help MSMEs become more competitive in local and regional markets.

Abstract

By using Digital Marketing, business actors are expected to be able to increase sales well gradually. Ayam Geprek Sambal Ijo Dua Putri, which has been established since 2018 and owned by Mrs. Onik, is an MSME that has grown and developed its business. Strategically located on Jl. HS. Ronggo Waluyo, Puseur Jaya, Telukjambe Timur, Karawang, this stall offers geprek chicken with delicious green chili sauce and affordable prices. In facing the digital era, Mrs. Onik, as the owner of Ayam Geprek Sambal Ijo Dua Putri, has wisely recognized the potential of online marketing as the key to the success of her business. With a daily turnover of 4 million rupiah through offline channels, as well as their success in collaborating with Shopee Food and Grab Food, the next step taken is to expand their presence in the digital realm. Marketing through social media platforms, especially Instagram, and the use of banners as a strategy to attract consumers, are considered strategic steps that will allow them to reach more potential customers. The selection of Ayam Geprek Sambal Ijo Dua Putri as the focus of the research is very appropriate because of its strategic location, right on the side of the road, making it the main choice for many people passing by.

Abstract

Company's excellence center will be achieved with competent human resources towards the company's rapid competitiveness. This study aims to investigate how work experience and job training affect employee performance in the Engineering Maintenance Department Organisation at PT XYZ. Population and sample for this study included Engineering and Maintenance employees at PT XYZ. The research utilized multiple linear regression analysis as the primary method to examine the relationships between the variables. A quantitative approach was employed. Research sample was chosen using saturated sampling technique, the study involved a total of 35 respondents. Data analysis results indicate that work experience and job training significantly impact employee performance. According to the coefficient of determination test results, training and compensation contribute 43.2% to employee performance. From this research it is recommended to PT XYZ increase investment in training and develop strategies to enhance employee performance. This should help improve the quality standards of employee performance through training, enabling employees to gain more valuable experience, maintain a smooth production process, and produce high-quality goods.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the results of competency analysis, work productivity and employee performance at the P3DW Karawang Office. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, and data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that employee competency at the P3DW Karawang Office is good, but special training and providing equal development opportunities for all employees are still needed to improve their skills. Employee work productivity is considered quite good, supported by effective communication and cooperation with superiors. However, this research also found that several facilities and infrastructure in the office were still inadequate. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve facilities and develop human resources more intensively to ensure employee performance can continue to improve and support the achievement of organizational goals..

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the results of the analysis of work motivation, work environment and employee work productivity at the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region. The location of this research is the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, expressed through word selection, sentence construction, detailed narrative and visual representation. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research on work motivation provided at the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region are quite good. The working environment at the Regional Revenue Management Center in the Karawang Region is still less comfortable for working employees, because several facilities were found to be not very functional. The work productivity of employees at the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region can be seen from work efficiency, always trying to provide fast and precise services to the community, but increasing work productivity has not been achieved or is not yet optimal. In this way, of course, to increase employee work productivity at the Karawang Region Regional Revenue Management Center, it is necessary to pay attention to work motivation, especially the work environment so that it can leave a deep impression on employees, which will produce better results for employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline, training and employee performance at CV. Balong Karya Utama. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanations. Participants in this research were leaders and employees. The data analysis techniques in this research are information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that work discipline CV. Balong Karya Utama still has shortcomings that impact employee performance. Then the training has been effective, but there are still several obstacles related to employee attendance during training. Meanwhile, employee performance is influenced by several factors, namely work discipline and training, therefore the leadership of CV. Balong Karya Utama needs to pay attention to work discipline and employee training so that employee performance can improve.
