Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. This analysis uses the independent variables of Leadership and Organizational Culture and the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample of this study were employees of the Karawang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees whose respondents were 52 people. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that there is no partial influence of leadership variables on employee performance, there is a positive and significant partial influence of organizational culture variables on performance, leadership and organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Company's excellence center will be achieved with competent human resources towards the company's rapid competitiveness. This study aims to investigate how work experience and job training affect employee performance in the Engineering Maintenance Department Organisation at PT XYZ. Population and sample for this study included Engineering and Maintenance employees at PT XYZ. The research utilized multiple linear regression analysis as the primary method to examine the relationships between the variables. A quantitative approach was employed. Research sample was chosen using saturated sampling technique, the study involved a total of 35 respondents. Data analysis results indicate that work experience and job training significantly impact employee performance. According to the coefficient of determination test results, training and compensation contribute 43.2% to employee performance. From this research it is recommended to PT XYZ increase investment in training and develop strategies to enhance employee performance. This should help improve the quality standards of employee performance through training, enabling employees to gain more valuable experience, maintain a smooth production process, and produce high-quality goods.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the results of competency analysis, work productivity and employee performance at the P3DW Karawang Office. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, and data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that employee competency at the P3DW Karawang Office is good, but special training and providing equal development opportunities for all employees are still needed to improve their skills. Employee work productivity is considered quite good, supported by effective communication and cooperation with superiors. However, this research also found that several facilities and infrastructure in the office were still inadequate. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve facilities and develop human resources more intensively to ensure employee performance can continue to improve and support the achievement of organizational goals..

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the results of the analysis of work motivation, work environment and employee work productivity at the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region. The location of this research is the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, expressed through word selection, sentence construction, detailed narrative and visual representation. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research on work motivation provided at the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region are quite good. The working environment at the Regional Revenue Management Center in the Karawang Region is still less comfortable for working employees, because several facilities were found to be not very functional. The work productivity of employees at the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region can be seen from work efficiency, always trying to provide fast and precise services to the community, but increasing work productivity has not been achieved or is not yet optimal. In this way, of course, to increase employee work productivity at the Karawang Region Regional Revenue Management Center, it is necessary to pay attention to work motivation, especially the work environment so that it can leave a deep impression on employees, which will produce better results for employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline, training and employee performance at CV. Balong Karya Utama. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanations. Participants in this research were leaders and employees. The data analysis techniques in this research are information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that work discipline CV. Balong Karya Utama still has shortcomings that impact employee performance. Then the training has been effective, but there are still several obstacles related to employee attendance during training. Meanwhile, employee performance is influenced by several factors, namely work discipline and training, therefore the leadership of CV. Balong Karya Utama needs to pay attention to work discipline and employee training so that employee performance can improve.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha di era digital. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital pelaku UMKM di Sentra Kertabumi, Karawang, melalui program pelatihan berbasis teknologi digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan intensif dalam penggunaan media sosial, platform e-commerce, serta aplikasi manajemen keuangan dan inventaris. Hasil dari pengabdian ini  menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran, pencatatan transaksi, dan manajemen inventaris, yang berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan jangkauan pasar UMKM. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan perangkat, program ini berhasil membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya transformasi digital bagi keberlanjutan usaha. Program tindak lanjut diperlukan untuk memantau perkembangan dan memberikan pembinaan berkelanjutan agar UMKM mampu bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of work-related stress and the physical work environent on employeee perfornance at the Abdul Karim Medika Center Clinic. The reseearch method employed a quantittative aproach using a causal-associiative study design. The population consisted of 52 employees, while the selected sample conprised 46 employees chosen through simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and docunentation. It was found that work-related stress had a negative and significant impact on employee performance (R² = -0.340 and Sig. = 0.002 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the physical work environnent had a positive and significant impact on employee performance (R² = 0.528 and Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05). Concurrently, work stress and the physical work environment had a significant impact on employee perfornance (F calculated 30.621 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination revealed that 68% of the variation in employee performance was explained by work stress and the physical work environment, while the remaining 32% was attributed to other factors.

Abstract

The development of the delivery service industry in an era of increasingly intense competition requires companies to maintain and improve employee performance, particularly couriers as the frontline of service delivery. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work stress on employee performance at PT “X” Express in Karawang, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research population included all employees of PT “X” Express in Karawang, with a sample of 100 respondents determined through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 1.749. Conversely, work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a regression coefficient of -0.384. Simultaneously, work motivation and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value of 103.368. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.681 indicates that 68.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work motivation and work stress, while the remainder is influenced by other variables outside this study. These findings confirm that increasing work motivation and effectively managing work stress are important factors in improving employee performance at PT “X” Express in Karawang. The implications of this study provide a practical basis for the management of delivery service companies in formulating human resource management strategies oriented toward increasing motivation, controlling work stress, and optimizing employee performance.
