Abstract

Karawang Regency which is famous for its Industrial City turns out to have a lot of natural potentials that are not known by the wider community, even the native people of Karawang. One of the villages in South Karawang actually has so much natural potential that is located at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana. To support the income level of the community. One of them is through the introduction ofdigital marketing, where one of the biggest obstacles at this time is that digital promotion has not been carried out properly and correctly by the community so it is necessary to socialize the introduction of digital promotion.SMEs engaged in the production of Sanggabuana Coffee are digitized so that they can help SMEs to improve product quality and help SMEs understand the importance of digital marketing so that later they can reach a wider market. It is not surprising that the digitization program for MSMEs in Mekarbuana Village, Kec. Tegalwaru Regency. Karawang received a good positive response from the local community because it really helped the community, especially MSME actors. It is hoped that MSME actors can understand digital marketing so that later the marketing reach will not only be limited to Mekarbuana village but will extend outside the region in order to boost the economy.

Abstract

Utilization and use of social media, especially Instagram as something common thing _ used many people for share things in nature positive . Sangabuana Karawang coffee village is one of the areas that save beauty nature , so therefore as aim tourism , whose potential no only for visitors local , however can also be developed for traveler foreign . Adapan aim study this is for reviewing the development strategy for Coffee - Based Villages Ecotourism in Mekarbuana Village , Karawang. As well as reviewing the strategy matrix SWOT analysis ( Strength , Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). Then followed by local coffee village managers . 1) How how to copywriting 2) when perfect time _ in promotion on social media 3) how method make market. Method used that is approach characteristic persuasive educative with lectures , discussions . Expected results form understanding and skills startgi in use social media for promotion development of the Sangabuana coffee village .

Abstract

Food business in Indonesia, especially in the food sector, faces very tight competition. Sellers need to understand how to satisfy customers in order to maintain their position in the market. By recognizing the steps needed to achieve customer satisfaction, they can influence and convince customers to choose their products. Customer satisfaction with a product or service is very important for sellers, because it is an indicator of their success. Spicy food is now very popular, especially among Indonesian people. The purpose of this study is to investigate how customer happiness is impacted by location and excellent service. Mie Jablay, located in South Rengasdengklok, Karawang, was the site of the study. In order to gather data, 96 Mie Jablay clients were given questionnaires as part of a quantitative technique. Techniques from scale analysis and multiple linear regression were used in the analysis. The category "Stimme Zu" successfully reflected high levels of customer happiness, product quality, and service, according to the results of descriptive analysis. Customer satisfaction at Mie Jablay Rengasdengklok is greatly impacted by both outstanding customer service and product quality, whether evaluated separately or in tandem, according to the verification analysis's findings.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance at PT. Asri Pancawarna, considering that there is still inequality in the quality and quantity of work results. Organizational culture and job satisfaction are suspected to be factors that influence employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods, and data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and distribution of Likert-based questionnaires to employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with the help of SPSS version 30 software. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture and job satisfaction together affect employee performance. Separately, job satisfaction is proven to have a stronger influence on performance, while organizational culture does not have a significant influence individually. The discussion reveals that managing job satisfaction, such as providing fair compensation, promotion transparency, and improving working conditions, are key to improving employee performance. In conclusion, companies need to prioritize efforts to improve job satisfaction to encourage better employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline and work motivation at the Regional Revenue Management Center of Karawang Regency. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanations. The data analysis techniques in this research are collecting information, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research prove that there are still many employees who are still late when they are absent due to a lot of work, so those who are absent from going home through the application are forgotten and the application does not yet have a notification feature. Enforcing discipline is an effort to improve employee performance. Meanwhile, the motivation is quite good, given enthusiasm and always carried out evaluations every morning before starting work by the leadership, however there are still some employees who are still less motivated. However, according to Mr. Rian as the head of the center, every employee needs time to be motivated.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how employees perform at CV. Santoso Teknik Karawang is influenced by communication and the work environment. Descriptive and verification methods using a quantitative approach are the research methodology used. The population of this study was 50 employees or all CV employees. Santoso Engineering Karawang. Non-probability sampling techniques are applied in the sampling process because each member is sampled. A Likert scale questionnaire was used as part of the data collection method. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and determinant coefficients are some of the data analysis techniques used and processed with the SPSS version 22 application. The findings from the t-test show that communication has a partially significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The f-test of this research shows communication and work environment at CV. Santoso Teknik Karawang simultaneously has a significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Abstract

The main objective of this research is to assess the individual and combined impact of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at CV Santoso Teknik Karawang. Descriptive and verification strategies were used in the quantitative analysis of this research. Fifty people from CV Santoso Teknik Karawang became the population or research subjects. Sampling using saturated sampling means conducting a survey of all workers at CV. Santoso Teknik Karawang has fifty employees. Data were collected via a Google Forms survey in which various items were rated using a Likert scale. Various data validity and reliability tests, as well as classic assumption tests are available in the SPSS version 22 application. Multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination are part of this series of tests. Motivation and work discipline partially influence employee performance, based on the results of the t test. Apart from that, the f test confirms that there is a significant simultaneous influence between motivation and work discipline on the performance of CV Santoso Teknik Karawang..

Abstract

A positive organizational culture creates a work environment that supports growth, innovation, and collaboration. On the other hand, job training helps employees to develop the skills, insight and actions needed to produce maximum performance. The research carried out applied quantitative methods which aimed to observe the influence of organizational culture and job training on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Karawang. The data collected was carried out through the application of interview, observation and survey methods by distributing questionnaires to PT Pos Indonesia Karawang, totaling 75 employees. To all employees of PT POS Indonesia Karawang. The samples taken were carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the analytical tests produced on the variables of organizational culture and job training, it can be concluded that simultaneously the influence of job training on employee performance is found, which means that H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the results of communication strategy and work environment analysis in improving employee performance at Cipta Grafika Karawang. The location of this research is at Cipta Grafika Karawang. The research method employs a qualitative descriptive approach, expressed through careful word selection, sentence composition, detailed narration, and visual representation. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that communication, comprising downward communication, upward communication, horizontal communication, and interline communication at Cipta Grafika, are well-established and efficient. The work environment is also reported to be good and comfortable. Effective communication and a comfortable working environment contribute to enhancing employee performance. It is essential to continuously maintain good communication and a comfortable work environment to sustain and further improve employee performance at Cipta Grafika.
