This research was conducted based This research was conducted based on the author's interest in the phenomenon of semaan al-Qur'an and dzikrul ghafilin Friday kliwon at Gus Miek's moloekatan assembly, in Banjarsari Village, Bandarkedungmulyo, Jombang. The activities that have been carried out in recent years, appear to bring changes to the people of Banjarsari Village in particular, both in terms of economy, health, and religiously the community tends to increase. This research aims to find out how the implementation process and the meaning in accordance with the expression of the congregation in this tradition. This research uses emic ethnography method through Living Qur'an research with qualitative research type, the author also uses sociology of knowledge theory offered by Karl Mannheim. Data collection techniques, namely going directly to the field to make observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are divided into two: First, it is held after the Fajr congregation until it is completed at night. The Qur'an is recited by the huffadz and listened to by the amaah. After khatam, continue mauidzoh hasanah by religious leaders, practice dzikrul ghafilin led by Gus thuba (Gus Miek's grandson), and closing prayer. Second, there are three meanings of tradition: objective meaning, improving friendship, the quality of worship, honoring the Prophet Muhammad saw, and the struggle of the leader of the village. Expressive meaning, seeking tranquility, filling leisure time, obtaining blessings. Documentary meaning, creating harmony, helping the seller's economy, also forming physical and spiritual health in each person.

Vocabulary is the most basic element that must be possessed in mastering and developing the four language skills. However, vocabulary acquisition is difficult for many EFL students in Indonesia. Faced with this situation, the role of English teachers is needed to find and implement new and different learning methods or strategies, so that vocabulary learning in the classroom becomes interesting learning for students. The purpose of this study is to explain the perceptions of EFL English students towards the use of a mobile application called Fun Easy Learn application and to find out the students' perceptions about the level of effectiveness of this application in learning English vocabulary in the classroom. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection was done by using questionnaires through Google form then supported by interviews on the topic of students' perceptions of the usefulness and effectiveness of Fun Easy Learn application. Data analysis was done by frequency calculation and content analysis. This study was conducted in a private junior high school, SMP Al-Hidayah Medan, Indonesia. The participants in this study were 28 ninth grade students (17 boys and 11 girls). The results of data analysis were conducted through frequency calculation and content analysis which resulted in that most of the students' perceptions were happy and satisfied with the use of Fun Easy Learn app in vocabulary learning. Because by using Fun Easy Learn app they find: (1) Motivation; (2) Learning is not boring and stressful; (3) Helps understand and improve vocabulary; (4) Learning can extend the duration of learning time; and (5) Easy to navigate the Fun Easy Learn application. They also expressed the perception that Fun Easy Learn app is effective in learning English vocabulary, the emergence of this perception is because students find the benefits of this app namely (1) Improve memory; (2) Mastery of English vocabulary; and (3) Have an interest in learning English vocabulary. Students who participated generally expressed positive perceptions of the Fun Easy Learn application. Based on the results of this study, the researcher can recommend Fun Easy Learn application as a mobile application that can be used by English teachers as a learning media in English classes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi Pujasera Desa Bucor Kulon dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi lokal melalui pendekatan SWOT yang mencakup kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam terhadap pengelola, pelaku usaha, dan pemerintah desa, serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi, pengelompokan faktor internal dan eksternal, penyajian temuan, serta penarikan kesimpulan strategis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pujasera Desa Bucor Kulon memiliki kekuatan berupa lokasi yang strategis, variasi produk kuliner, partisipasi masyarakat yang tinggi, dan fungsinya sebagai ruang interaksi ekonomi serta sosial. Kelemahan utama meliputi keterbatasan modal, kemampuan manajerial yang belum merata, fasilitas yang perlu ditingkatkan, dan promosi yang belum optimal. Peluang pengembangan berasal dari dukungan pemerintah desa, meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap kuliner lokal, pemanfaatan pemasaran digital, serta potensi kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak. Adapun ancaman yang dihadapi mencakup persaingan usaha sejenis, perubahan selera konsumen, dan ketidakstabilan permintaan. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, strategi pengembangan perlu diarahkan pada peningkatan kapasitas pengelola dan pelaku UMKM, penguatan identitas kuliner lokal, perluasan promosi digital, perbaikan fasilitas, pengembangan kemitraan, serta evaluasi kinerja secara berkala. Pujasera berpotensi menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi desa apabila dikelola secara profesional, adaptif, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan. Strategi tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku usaha, memperluas kesempatan kerja, memperkuat perputaran ekonomi lokal, dan menjaga keberlanjutan Pujasera Desa Bucor Kulon.

This research aims to provide an overview the financial performance of the City of Surabaya for the 2020 - 2022 budget year, so that the Surabaya City is expected to be able to increase and maximize local revenue and be able to immediately take preventative action if it experiences an economic crisis. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique used was observation of the Surabaya City Regional Government Financial Report. The data used in this research is secondary data sourced from the Surabaya City Government Budget Realization Report for 2020 - 2022. The analytical technique used in this research is financial ratio analysis such as: the ratio of the effectiveness of regional original income, the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of the degree of fiscal decentralization, and the ratio of spending harmony. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, it shows that the financial performance of the Surabaya City Government for the 2020 - 2022 budget year when viewed from the Effectiveness Ratio of Local Own Revenue is 86.05% with the category ineffective, Then from the average of independence ratio is 152.37% and is in the delegative category, which means that the Surabaya City Government is not dependent on central government assistance funds, the average of Fiscal Decentralization ratio is 58.03%, which is in the very good category and the average Operational Expenditure Ratio was 82.68% while the Capital Expenditure Ratio was 20.97%.
