Abstract

The Service Quality Analysis of PT. PLN Indonesia (Persero) (A Case Study inProgram Quality Smart Electricity (Prepaid) at PT.PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru).This research aimed to describe the service quality of PT. PLN Indonesia(Persero) Pekanbaru in the program quality smart electricity (prepaid) and todetermine the factors inhibiting the program quality of smart electricity. Themethod used in this research is descriptive qualitative research in order to obtain acomprehensive overview and in-depth based on interviews with informants anddirect observation. The results showed that the services provided by PT. PLNIndonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru can be said to be good, but there is still a smallportion that is considered not optimal. Factors that hinder the Smart Electricity,namely: 1) Available tool and infrastructure; 2) Technical constraint field; 3)Perception of Public; and 4) lack of socialization.Keyword: Service Quality, PT. Abstract

Konsep perencanaan strategis menjadi terkenal pada 1980-an di bawah bendera Manajemen Publik Baru; Sejak saat itu, beberapa komponen perencanaan strategis sektor swasta telah diimplementasikan dan diinterpretasikan di sektor publik. Sementara banyak dari konsep-konsep ini bukanlah hal baru, penerapannya pada sektor publik adalah hal yang baru. Kebangkitan dan penerimaan umum dari perencanaan strategis sektor publik juga bertepatan dengan revolusi digital yang dimulai pada akhir 1980-an, menawarkan janji yang sangat besar, tetapi juga jumlah potensi jebakan yang sama. Hasil penelitian adalah Strategi Bisnis berpengaruh terhadap Perencanaan Organisasi dan Perkembangan Teknologi Mempengaruhi Perencanaan Organisasi.

Abstract

Repeat visit interest is a reciprocal result of the value that a customer has spent on an object and makes another form of customer satisfaction. This study intends to examine the effect of (1) Facilities, (2) Promotion, (3) Service Quality on Revisit Interest, either partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative in nature using primary data. To test the quality of the data, validity and reliability tests were carried out. Observation and questionnaire distribution are the techniques used. From a total sample of 68 with the method of determining the sample, namely purposive sampling. The results of the partial influence between (1) Facilities of 0.232, (2) Promotion sig. value of 0.132, (3) Service Quality has a sig. value of 0.098 on Revisit Interest and the value of these three is greater than alpha 0.05 it can be said that the independent variable has no effect on revisit interest. The simultaneous f test of the three independent variables on the dependent variable in the form of a comparison of the calculated f value of 4,222 which is greater than the calculated f value of 2,758 and the sig. value of 0.009 <0.05, it can be concluded that together (simultaneously) the three independent variables can have an effect on Revisit Interest (Y).

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Communication, Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Jatimulya Urban Village This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational communication, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance in Jatimulya Urban Village. A quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis was employed. The sample consisted of 40 employees selected using a saturated sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical software. The findings reveal that each independent variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Collectively, the four variables contribute significantly to improving performance.
