Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu permasalahan gizi yang krusial di Indonesia, terutama di daerah dengan akses terbatas terhadap layanan kesehatan dan edukasi gizi. Kondisi ini berdampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan fisik dan kognitif anak, yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa mendatang. Sosialisasi Pencegahan Stunting di Kelurahan Sei Mati, Kecamatan Medan Maimun, difokuskan pada upaya peningkatan kesehatan ibu dan anak sebagai langkah preventif untuk mengurangi prevalensi stunting di wilayah tersebut. Kegiatan ini mencakup pemberian edukasi komprehensif mengenai pentingnya pemenuhan gizi seimbang selama kehamilan, pemberian ASI eksklusif, serta pola asuh dan pola makan sehat pada anak usia dini. Selain itu, disampaikan pula informasi mengenai peran penting sanitasi dan kebersihan lingkungan dalam mendukung tumbuh kembang anak yang optimal. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan interaktif, program ini melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk tenaga kesehatan, kader posyandu, dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan pemahaman ibu-ibu mengenai faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pencegahan stunting, serta peningkatan partisipasi mereka dalam program kesehatan ibu dan anak di komunitas. Diharapkan, dengan adanya intervensi ini, angka stunting di Kelurahan Sei Mati dapat berkurang secara bertahap, dan kualitas hidup anak-anak di wilayah tersebut dapat meningkat secara signifikan.

Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the influence of brand image and product quality on the purchase decision of Honda Beat in Medan Perjuangan District. This study uses a qualitative method and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data of this research that became the population were people in the Medan Perjuangan sub-district who used Honda Beat motorcycles. The sampling technique uses random sampling samples from the community in the Medan Pejuangan sub-district of as many as 92 people. The data analysis technique uses a validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, f test, and determination coefficient test (R^2), using the SPSS version 16 application. The results of the study showed that the results of the t-test of the brand image variable (X_1) t calculated at 2.786 > the table t of 1.986, then the brand image variable (X_1) had an influence and significance on the purchase decision (Y) of Honda Beat in Medan Perjuangan District.  The results of the t-test of the product quality variable (X_2) t calculated as 6.054 > t the table of 1.986, the product quality variable (X_2) has an influence and significance on the purchase decision (Y) in Medan Perjuangan district. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the result of the F test of 54.503 > the F table of 3.10 can be concluded that the brand image (X_1) and product quality (X_2) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the purchase decision (Y). The result of determination (R^2) was 54.0%. while the remaining 46.0% was explained by other variables that were not studied

Abstract

Kolaborasi antara desa dan kampus merupakan langkah strategis untuk membangun generasi muda yang kompeten dan berdaya saing. Program ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan ruang kolaborasi yang mendukung pendidikan di desa Gui-Gui, Kecamatan Mazo, Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Program ini mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan dan pengarahan yang dapat menciptakan generasi muda sebagai agen perubahan bagi pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan KKN ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, kepercayaan diri, disiplin dan tanggung jawab generasi muda, serta kesadaran akan kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on a phenomenon, namely why consumers want to buy products online even though this system has several risks such as fraud by sellers, the length of time for goods to arrive and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ease of online shopping and consumer trust on online purchasing decisions in the Medan City community. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey method. The population used in this study were consumers who had shopped online in Medan City. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a stratified random sampling approach or sampling based on stratification. The sample in this study was 100 people based on the Household Analysis Unit taken from 3 sub-districts in Medan City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis was multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that Ease of Online Shopping has a positive and significant effect on Online Purchasing Decisions, as evidenced by the t-count value of 7.541 with a significance value of 0.000 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.749. Consumer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Online Purchasing Decisions as evidenced by the t-value of 3.759 with a significance value of 0.000 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.499. Ease of Online Shopping and Consumer Trust have a positive and significant effect on Online Purchasing Decisions as evidenced by the F-value of 79.765 with a significance of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.622 indicates that the ability of the independent variable to explain the variation of the dependent variable is 62.2%, and the remaining 37.8% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of current ratio and return on assets on company value. This research uses quantitative methods. In this study, the population is a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Sample sampling technique using purposive sampling technique using several criteria. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, T test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2) test using SPSS application version 16. From the results of the study shows that the results of the T test, the current ratio variable has an effect but is not significant on the value of the company and the results of the T test, the variable Return On Asset on the value of the company has an effect and is significant to the value of the company. And from the results of the study shows that the results of the F test together with current ratio and return on assets have an effect and are significant on the value of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of salary and work environment on employee work productivity. The research focuses on determining whether salary and work environment partially and simultaneously influence productivity and identifying the extent of their contributions. This quantitative research uses a causal associative approach, with a population of 61 employees selected through a census sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and documentation, and analyzed through multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS version 27. The results show that salary and work environment both have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, demonstrated by the t-test results where salary (X1) and work environment (X2) significantly influence productivity (Y) with sig. < 0.05. The simultaneous F-test also indicates a significant effect, and the adjusted R² value of 0.509 shows that 50.9% of productivity is influenced by both variables. These findings imply the importance of fair compensation and conducive work conditions in improving employee performance and supporting strategic human resource management to increase organizational productivity.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan dalam rangka PKKMB di Institut Bisnis dan Komputer Indonesia untuk memperkuat kesiapan mahasiswa baru melalui pembentukan mindset “Start Strong”. Permasalahan awal yang dihadapi peserta adalah kebutuhan adaptasi terhadap budaya akademik, pengelolaan waktu, serta penguatan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri dalam memulai perkuliahan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendampingan edukatif berbasis seminar pengembangan diri yang bersifat interaktif, meliputi pemaparan materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab, studi kasus singkat, serta refleksi komitmen pribadi. Evaluasi pelaksanaan dilakukan menggunakan angket pre–post dan umpan balik peserta untuk melihat perubahan pemahaman dan kesiapan, didukung observasi partisipasi selama kegiatan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai strategi adaptasi kampus, tujuan belajar, serta langkah praktis membangun kebiasaan positif sejak awal perkuliahan. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa seminar pengembangan diri yang dipadukan dengan pendampingan partisipatif efektif sebagai sarana penguatan mindset mahasiswa baru pada fase transisi menuju kehidupan kampus.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of salary and workload on employee performance at PT. Original Bird Nest Medan. Using a quantitative, explanatory design, data were collected through structured questionnaires administered to all available employees using a saturated sampling technique (n = 50). The model examines salary (X1), workload (X2), and employee performance (Y) with indicators adapted from prior literature: salary (eligibility, work motivation, job satisfaction), workload (working conditions, use of working time, targets to be achieved), and performance (work quality, work quantity, task implementation, responsibility). Multiple linear regression was applied to estimate the partial and simultaneous effects of predictors on performance. The results show that salary has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (β = 0.242; t = 2.628; p = 0.012), and workload also has a positive and significant influence (β = 0.689; t = 7.490; p < 0.001). Simultaneously, salary and workload significantly predict employee performance (F = 48.686; p < 0.001). The model explains a substantial proportion of variance in performance, with Adjusted R² = 0.661 (≈66%) and R² = 0.674, indicating that the remaining 34% may be attributed to other organizational factors not included in this study. Theoretically, this study reinforces compensation and job-demand perspectives by demonstrating that performance outcomes are shaped by both financial rewards and the structuring of work demands. Practically, the findings suggest that organizations should align salary fairness and workload allocation with operational expectations to sustain optimal performance and reduce performance decline associated with perceived imbalance. Overall, the study underscores that integrated compensation and workload management is essential for strengthening employee performance in labor-intensive production contexts.
