Abstract

The research findings indicated that the t-test results for the marketing mix variables showed a calculated t-value of 6,378 > the tabulated t-value of 1,984. This indicates that the marketing mix significantly influences purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce platform in the Medan Perjuangan Subdistrict. On the other hand, the t-test results for the online review variabel showed a calculated t-value of -3,384 < 1,984, suggesting that online reviews have an influence on purchasing decisions in shopee e-commerce, but the influence is not statistically significant in the Medan Perjuangan Subdistrict. Furthermore, the combined effect of marketing mix and online reviews, as indicated by the F-test (calculated F-value of 20,488 > tabulate F-value of 3.09), signifies a significant joint influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) test resulted in a value of 41.2%, indicating the proportion of variance explained by the model.

Abstract

Abstrak-perguruan tinggi merupakan institusi dalam mempersiapkan sumber daya yang unggul untuk dapat melaksanakan kegiatan lainnya terutama dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini. Sumber daya manusia yang unggul akan dapat melakukan peningkatan mutu kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh sumber daya manusia tersebut melalui keahlian yang dimiliki oleh manusia. Sumberdaya manusia yang unggul memiliki keahlian dan ketrampilan yang baik sehingga dapat menciptakan peningkatan kinerja bagi dirinya sebagai implementasi dirinya dalam bekerja. Mahasiswa sebagai generasi penerus harus diciptakan memiliki kompetensi diri yang baik sebagai kekayaan intelektual dirinya yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract The packaging of the tourism industry must involve all parties or the community and regional government so that the tourism development process can proceed according to what is expected. The aim of the involvement of all parties is to build a strong destination image and provide adequate tourist facilities so as to produce superior visitor attraction at the destination. Everyone who comes to see and enjoy a tourist area will give an impression, assessment and provide an evaluation of what they feel to determine the decision to visit a tourist attraction. Related to this, the factors of tourist facilities and destination image have an important role in the level of visitor satisfaction, because if the visit feels safe and comfortable then visitors will feel satisfied when they come to the tourist attraction, the impact is that visitors will return to the tourist attraction and the impact is that visitors will carry out promotions indirectly. to their relatives, friends and through the social media they have so that many people will know about this tourist area. Tourist facilities influence visitor satisfaction with a significance value of 2,459 > ​​t table of 2.004, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that separately (partially) there is an influence of tourist facilities on visitor satisfaction. Destination image influences visitor satisfaction with a significance value of 0.438< t table of 2.004 so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that separately (partially) there is an influence of destination image on visitor satisfaction. Tourist facilities and destination image influence visitor satisfaction with the calculated F value test results of 3,476 > F table of 3.17 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the independent variables of tourist facilities and destination image simultaneously influence the dependent variable of visitor satisfaction. Based on the results of data processing in the Model Summary table, it can be seen that the R Square value is 0.116 or 11.6%, which means that the independent variables of tourist facilities and destination image influence the dependent variable of visitor satisfaction by 11.6% and other factors that cannot be examined in this research.

Abstract

Peristiwa kekerasan dan seksual ini sudah lama terjadi dan masih berlangsung hingga saat ini di lingkungan perguruan tinggi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa, pegawai dan dosen serta pimpinan perguruan tinggi. Pemerintah sangat prihatin dengan maraknya peristiwa ini kekerasan sehingga dicarikan antisipasi untuk menangani tindakan kekerasan dan seeksualitas ini agar jangan terjadi lagi di lingkungan kampus. Melalui kebijakan pemerintah, maka dibentuklah Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Penanganan dan Pencegahan Kekerasan dan Seksualitas (PPKS) di lingkungan perguruan tinggi sehingga peristwa ini tidak akan terjadi lagi.

Abstract

Abstrak-guru merupakan penyambung ilmu pengetahuan kepada anak muridnya sehingga sepanjang masa perlu mendapatkan perhatian dalam peningkatan kwalitas guru. Pengembangan guru dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan pendidikan formal dan pendidikan informal berupa pelatihan-pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh berbagai pihak baik pemerintah maupun pihak lain yang bersedia membatu peningkatan sumber daya guru. Salah satu pihak yang bersedia membantu peningkatan mutu sumber daya guru adalah Institut Bisnis dan Komputer Indonesia melalui Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (LPPM) melalui pemberdayaan dosen dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan desa mitra. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Onolimburaya, Kecamatan Mandrehe Barat, Kabupaten Nias Barat, dengan tema Menuju Desa Cerdas dengan Kolaborasi Kampus. Program ini berfokus pada pemetaan dan analisis potensi sumber daya alam, infrastruktur desa, serta kesadaran kebersihan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, edukatif, dan kolaboratif. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap potensi desa, kemudahan dalam navigasi desa melalui pemasangan plang nama jalan, serta peningkatan kebersihan lingkungan desa. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kebersihan serta keterbatasan dana. Dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, hambatan ini dapat dikurangi. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Melati Mekar. The researchers used multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data and tested the hypotheses using the t test and F test with the assistance of SPSS. The findings reveal that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.787 and a t value of 4.782, which is higher than the critical value. Additionally, trust also has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.591 and a t value of 4.056, surpassing the critical value. Furthermore, the F test results demonstrate that customer satisfaction further improves when service quality and trust are combined, with an F count value of 11.520 that exceeds the critical value of 3.19. These results support the statement that both service quality and trust play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction at PNM Melati Mekar.

Abstract

This research is motivated by business competition in the retail sector in the form of minimarkets, self-service supermarkets which is increasingly tight, making business actors flock to maintain the continuity of their companies so that they remain the choice for consumers to shop, so the role of marketing is very important. The method used in this research is quantitative. The technique used in this research is probability sampling with simple random sampling of 58 respondents. The results of data processing using the SPSS 16 program in the Coefficients table for the first regression coefficient of the service quality variable show that the calculated t value is 6,695 > t table of 2.004 so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. In the Model Summary table, it can be seen that the R Square value is 0.644 or 64.4%, which means that the independent variables price and service quality influence the dependent variable of consumer decision by 64.4% and the remainder is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze Communication on Employee Performance at the Medan Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP). To test and analyze the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Medan Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP). To test and analyze Communication and work environment on Employee Performance at the Medan Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP). The location of the study was at the Medan City Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP) with a population of 120 employees and a sample of 54 people using proportional random sampling techniques. The number of samples taken in this study was 54 employees. This study uses a Likert Scale. The Likert scale is used to measure attitudes. The results of this study indicate that Based on the results of the analysis that has been discussed, it can be concluded that partially the Storytelling Marketing and Servicescape variables each have a positive and significant effect on the Interest in Visiting Air Soda Parbubu. In addition, simultaneously both variables have also been shown to have a positive and significant effect on the interest in visiting the destination.
