Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence e-commerce has on purchasing decisions among students majoring in management at the Faculty of Economics, Medan State University. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The data used is a questionnaire. The research results show that E-commerce features partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis testing shows that there is an influence of e-commerce on purchasing decisions among students majoring in management, Faculty of Economics, Medan State University. The value of the equation Y = 8.940(?) +0.686 (X) + e. The coefficient of determination R Square value of 0.162 means that e-commerce features influence purchasing decisions by 16.2%, while the remaining 83.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Based on a literature review from a number of previous studies, this research aims to study how financial compensation and non-financial compensation affect employee performance. Financial compensation, which includes salary, bonuses and incentives, is considered to play a significant role in improving employee performance, while non-financial compensation, such as recognition, awards and career development, is proven to provide intrinsic satisfaction for employees. To provide a comprehensive picture, this literature review includes research that has been conducted over the last five years by examining various industrial sectors to gain a comprehensive understanding. The results of the literature analysis show that both financial and non-financial compensation have a positive effect on employee performance, although the influence of each factor can vary depending on the characteristics of the organization and type of work. This article provides guidance for management in designing effective compensation strategies to improve performance and retain quality employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari teamwork dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Taipan Agro Mulia Tanjung Morawa, dengan populasi sebanyak 62 orang yang dipilih melalui penggunaan sampling jenuh.Dalam penelitian ini, metode kuantitatif digunakan, dan kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa teamwork secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, self efficacy secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Pada saat yang sama, kinerja karyawan secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh teamwork  dan self efficacy. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan untuk meningkatkan sinergi dalam tim dan kepercayaan diri karyawan guna mendukung pencapaian target perusahaan.. Kata Kunci : Teamwork, Self Efficacy, Kinerja Karyawan
