Abstract

Warga negara yang baik tentunya sangat dipengaruhi oleh ideologi nasional masing-masing negara. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) yang mengemban misi menjadikan warga negara yang cerdas, baik, dan warga negara yang demokratis melalaui prilaku nasionalisme, patriotisme, profesional, dan illmuwan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan PTK penelitian tindakan kelas. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa PGSD FIP UMJ. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap hasil belajar berada pada katagori efektif, (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif kompetensi pedagogik dan muatan profesional secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar PKn mahasiswa. Hasilnya telah memberikan pengalaman yang berharga tentang manfaat teknologi google Berbasis Aplikasi Meet, Google form, Classroom, Breakout Room, Jamboard, recoording, Drive, Docs, Gmail, dan whiteboarding di mahasiswa/i Prodi PGSD FIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta tahun 2022 sebesar 88%, untuk hambatan ada pada aplikasi jamboard, resolusi terbaik yang tepat efektif, efesien sesuai keadaan yang ada, adalah dengan memberikan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan monitoring evaluasi berulang-ulang pada bebrapa mahasiswa/i yang belum memiliki pengalaman di kecanggihan Google Berbasis Aplikasi Meet,

Abstract

The development of the virtual website period even demands that organizations, including higher education institutions, under go transformation in human resource (HR) management to develop competitiveness, on an ongoing basis. The strategy of expanding human resources is considered as the key to forming individuals who are adaptive, competent, and have integrity in accordance with the principles of Islamic Economic Law. The study aims to examine the strategy ode developing human resources in higher education institutions in facing challenges of the virtual period based on the perspective of Islamic Economic Law. The method in the study is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study found that effective human resources development needs to be integrated with digital competence, improving spiritual quality, and implementing sharia value such as justice, trust worth thinnest, and balance. The implication of the study present human resource policies that are adjusted to Islamic values, and remain relevant to the needs of the organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effects of leadership style and competence on employee performance, considering the mediating role of work motivation at PT. Sembilan Dimensi Jakarta. The research employs an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample includes 50 respondents, all employees of PT. Sembilan Dimensi Jakarta, using a saturated sampling technique since the entire population was surveyed. Data analysis was performed using the SEM-PLS method. The findings indicate that (a) leadership style does not influence employee work motivation, (b) competence significantly influences employee work motivation, (c) leadership style significantly affects employee performance, (d) competence does not impact employee performance, (e) work motivation significantly influences employee performance, (f) leadership style does not affect employee performance through work motivation, and (g) competence does not impact employee performance through work motivation. The conclusion of this study is that work motivation plays a crucial role in the relationship between competence and employee performance, but not in the relationship between leadership style and employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and remuneration on job satisfaction and its impact on personnel performance at the South Jakarta Metro Resort Police. A quantitative approach is used with descriptive and associative research types. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (coefficient 0.489; p<0.05) and personnel performance (coefficient 0.793; p<0.05). Remuneration also has a positive effect on job satisfaction (coefficient 0.353; p<0.05) but not significantly on personnel performance (coefficient -0.053; p>0.05). Job satisfaction has a significant influence on personnel performance (coefficient 0.135; p<0.05). However, neither organizational culture nor remuneration has a significant effect on personnel performance through the mediation of job satisfaction. This research underlines the importance of a conducive organizational culture and fair remuneration in increasing job satisfaction and personnel performance. These findings are relevant for the development of human resource management strategies in police institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto berbasis pendekatan deep learning dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada lingkungan multikultural. Kajian ini mengkaji bagaimana kepala sekolah mengelola guru dan tenaga kependidikan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pembelajaran yang bermakna serta responsif terhadap keberagaman budaya di sekolah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto yang telah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka pada tahun 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen SDM yang efektif oleh kepala sekolah dengan pendekatan deep learning mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan kualitas pembelajaran, serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah inklusif yang mendukung keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan strategi manajemen SDM di sekolah menengah pada era pendidikan multikultural dan transformasi kurikulum.
