Abstract

Studi eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model problem based learning berbasis asesmen kinerja dan gaya kognitif terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 siswa kelas V SD. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan tes uraian dan gaya kognitif dikumpulkan dengan test GEFT. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ANAVA AB dan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model PBL berbasis asesmen kinerja dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional, (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan gaya kognitif terhadap hasil belajar IPA, (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model PBL berbasis asesmen kinerja dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif field independent, dan (4) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model PBL berbasis asesmen kinerja dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif field dependent. Kata Kunci : model problem based learning, asesmen kinerja, hasil belajar IPA, dan gaya kognitif. This experiment aims at discovering the effect of problem based learning based on performance assessment and cognitive style on students’ natural science learning. 64 students of fifth graders were selected as sample. The learning result data were collected with essay test and cognitive style data were collected with GEFT test. The data acquired were analyzed with two way ANOVA and Tukey test. The results of this research were : (1) there is a significance difference in the natural science learning result between students taught by using PBL model based on performance assessment and those taught by using conventional model, (2) there is an interactional effect between learning model with cognitive style on natural science learning result, (3) there is a significant difference in the natural science learning result between field independent students taught by using PBL model based on performance assessment and those taught by using conventional model, and (4) there is a significant difference in natural science learning result between field dependent students taught by using PBL model based on performance assessment and those taught by using conventional model.keyword : problem based learning model, performance assessment, students’ natural science learning result, cognitive style

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi minat belajar dan kecerdasanemosional terhadap hasil belajar statistik mahasiswa D III Perhotelan semester 6 Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Triatma Jaya tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 77 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data minat belajar dan kecerdasan emosional dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner model skala likert. Sedangkan hasil belajar statistik dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar berupa soal pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar statistik mahasiswa D III Perhotelan semester 6 Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Triatma Jaya tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan kontribusi sebesar 52,9%; (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar statistik mahasiswa D III Perhotelan semester 6 Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Triatma Jaya tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan kontribusi sebesar 36,8%; (3) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan minat belajar dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar statistik mahasiswa D III Perhotelan semester 6 Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Triatma Jaya tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan kontribusi sebesar 66,1%.AbstractThis study aims to know the contribution of interest in learning and emotional intelligence to the students' statistical learning outcomes the sixth semester D III students in Triatma Jaya Institute of Tourism in academic year 2017/2018. The population of this study was 77 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample where all members of the population were sampled. The interest data and emotional intelligence were collected by using Likert scale model questionnaire. While the statistical learning outcomes were collected using the learning result test in the form of multiple choice questions. The data obtained were analyzed statistically with multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this research are: (1) there is a significant contribution of interest in learning to the statistical learning outcomes of the sixth semester D III students in Triatma Jaya Institute of Tourism in academic year 2017/2018 with contribution of 52,9%; (2) there is a significant contribution of emotional intelligence to the statistical learning outcomes of the sixth semester D III students in Triatma Jaya Institute of Tourism in academic year 2017/2018 with contribution of 36,8%; (3) all at once there is a significant contribution of interest in learning and emotional intelligence to the students' statistical learning outcomes of the sixth semester D III students in Triatma Jaya Institute of Tourism in academic year 2017/2018 with contribution of 66.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah sains melalui penerapan problem based learning model pada siswa kelas VI SD No 5 Jineng Dalem pada tahun akademik 2017/2018. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan mengambil 32 siswa kelas VI semester 1 sebagai mata pelajaran. Data kemampuan pemecahan masalah dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes problem solving dalam bentuk esai. Data kemampuan pemecahan masalah dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan problem based learning model dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah sains pada siswa kelas VI semester 1 SD No 5 Jineng Dalem pada tahun akademik 2017/2018. Pada siklus pertama, rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa adalah 69,31 dengan presentase 62,5%. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah mencapai 81,05 dan persentase penguasaan siswa secara klasik mencapai 87,5%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa telah ada peningkatan nilai rata-rata keterampilan pemecahan masalah yaitu 11,74 dan persentase peningkatan penguasaan pembelajaran siswa sebesar 25% dari siklus I ke siklus II. This classroom action research aims to improve the problem solving ability of science through the implementation of problem-based learning model in the grade VI students of SD No 5 Jineng Dalem in the academic year 2017/2018. The design of this study was a classroom action research by taking 32 students of grade VI semester 1 as a subject of study. The data of problem solving capability was collected by using problem solving test in the form of essay. The data of problem solving abilities was analyzed quantitatively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of problem-based learning model can improve the ability of science problem-solving in the grade VI students semester 1 elementary school No 5 Jineng Dalem in the academic year 2017/2018. In the first cycle, the average of student problem solving ability is 69.31 with the percentage of 62.5%. In the cycle II, the average value of problem solving ability reaches 81.05 and the percentage of students mastery classically reaches 87.5%. These results indicate that there has been an improvement in the average value of problem solving skills that is 11.74 and the percentage improvement of students' learning mastery by 25% from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims at improving statistical problem solving ability through the implementation of open ended problems in the students of MFB E semester VI STIPAR Triatma Jaya in the academic year 2016/2017. The design of this research is Classroom Action Research in which subject was student MFB E semester VI STIPAR Triatma Jaya consisted of 25 students. Data of problem solving ability were collected by using a problem-solving test in the form of essay test. Data of problem solving abilities were analyzed quantitatively. The results of this study show that: (1) implementation of open ended problem can improve the statistical problem solving ability of student MFB E semester VI STIPAR Triatma Jaya year lesson 2016/2017. In cycle I, the students’ average problem solving ability reached 70.28, whereas in cycle II the average value of problem solving ability was successfully increased into 80.08. These results indicate that there has been an increasing in the average score of problem-solving abilities by 9.8 from cycle I to cycle II. (2) Implementation of open ended problem can improve students' statistics learning mastery MFB E semester VI STIPAR Triatma Jaya year lesson 2016/2017. In cycle I the percentage of mastery was 68%, while in cycle II the percentage of learning mastery was successfully increased to 88%. These results indicate that there has been an increasing in percentage mastery learning by 20% from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menemukan masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru bahasa Inggris di SMAN 1 Baturiti dalam merancang dan melaksanakan penilaian otentik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Ada 2 guru bahasa Inggris di SMAN 1 Baturiti yang dijadikan subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama. Instrumen pendukung lainnya adalah pedoman wawancara, perekam, dan buku catatan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) guru kurang memiliki pengetahuan tentang penilaian otentik, 2) guru kurang memiliki pelatihan dalam merancang dan melaksanakan penilaian otentik, 3) organisasi guru pasif dalam melakukan diskusi tentang penilaian otentik, dan 4) guru tidak tahu kepada siapa mereka belajar tentang penilaian otentik. Saran  dari penelitian ini adalah 1) guru harus diberikan pelatihan intensif dalam merancang dan melaksanakan penilaian otentik, 2) organisasi guru bahasa Inggris harus aktif dalam mengakomodir kompetensi guru, dan 3) harus ada sinergi dan kerjasama antara sekolah dan perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru, khususnya dalam merancang dan melaksanakan penilaian otentik. AbstractThis case study research aims at discovering the problems encountered by EFL teachers in SMAN 1 Baturiti in designing and implementing authentic assessment. It applies qualitative approach. There were 2 EFL teachers in SMAN 1 Baturiti used as the research subject. Data collection was done by using documenting, interviewing and observing. Meanwhile, the reseacher was as the main instrument. The other supporting instruments were interview guide, recorder, and note book. The obtained data were analyzed qualitatively. This research discovers 1) the teachers have lack of knowledge about authentic assessment, 2) the teachers have lack of training in designing and implementing authentic assessment, 3) the teachers organization is passive in conducting discussion about authentic assessment, and 4) the teachers do not know to whom they learn about authentic assessment. The suggestion of this research are 1) the teachers should be given intensive training in designing and implementing authentic assessment, 2) the EFL teachers organization should be active in accomodating teachers’ competency, and 3) there should be a sinergy and cooperation between schools and university in developing teachers competency, especially in designing and implementing authentic assessment.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini brtujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan guru bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia merancang dan menerapkan asesmen autentik. Sebagai mana yang diamanatkan dalam Kurikulum 2013, penerapan asesmen autentik adalah salah satu perubahan paradigma sistem penilaian pada kurikulum ini. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah SMP Negeri 1 Baturiti. Ada 12 guru yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan ini dimana ada 4 guru bahasa Inggris dan 8 guru bahasa Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 8 bulan dengan kegiatan mencakup : pendampingan, workshop dan penerapan. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah berupa asesmen autentik yang digunakan untuk mengases aspek keterampilan siswa.

Abstract

Minimnya ketersediaan sarana teknologi merupakan salah satu alasan terbesar guru di SD N 4 Luwus jarang melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan tekonologi multimedia. Hal ini juga menyebabkan kemampuan guru menguasai teknologi multimedia dalam pembelajaran IPA masih kurang. Tujuan kegitan PKMS ini serta target khusus yang direncanakan meliputi empat hal. Pertama, teridentifikasinya konsep-konsep IPA yang esensial yang bisa diajarkan dengan lebih mudah kalau menggunakan media pembelajaran IPA inovatif yang berbasis multimedia. Sebagai kriterianya adalah minimal 25% konsep IPA esensial dapat dibuatkan media berbasis multimedia. Kedua, kemampuan guru dalam menguasai dan merancang media pembelajaran IPA berbasis multimedia. Kriterianya adalah 60% guru di sekolah mitra harus memilikikualifikasi ‘cukup” dalam memproduksi media pembelajaran IPA multimedia. Ketiga, adanya produk media pembelajaran IPA berbasis multimedia untuk memfasilitasi siswa belajar secara aktif, menyenangkan, dan dilengkapi dengan petunjuk penggunaannya, dengan target produksi media pembelajaran baik dalam bentuk powerpoint atau video dan gambar yang dikumpulkan dari internet. Keempat, adanya peluang para guru untuk memproduksi dan menyebarkannya kepada guru yang lain produk media pembelajaran yang dirancang. Metode yang dipakai dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah : (a) pelatihan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para guru tentang pembuatan media pembelajaran IPA berbasis multimedia, (b) mendemonstrasikan teknologi pembuatan media pembelajaran IPA baik yang dibuat dalam bentuk microsoft powerpoint dan media yang diambil dari internet, (c) pembimbingan dan praktek pembuatan media pembelajaran IPA, dan (d) pembimbingan cara penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi multimedia dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas. Hasil dari kegiatan PKMS ini adalah: (1) keterampilan guru menerapkan multimedia dalam pembelajaran IPA meningkat, (2) publikasi di media lokal Bali yaitu Koran Radar Bali, (3) video kegiatan pelaksanaan PKMS, dan (4) artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of accounting information systems and internal control systems of employee performance. The population in this study are employees of UD. Bali Sunsri. Total samples that fill the questionnaire of this research amounted to 62 people consisting of employees who work by using accounting information system that is, manager, finance and cashier and without it like the silver smith and photografer. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system, does not affect the performance of employees. While theinternal control affect the performance of employees . The data analysis is using Statistical Package for Sosial Science (SPSS). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency, Profitability and Activity on Dividend Policy at Property, Real Estate, and Building Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 Period. The reason for choosing property, real estate and building companies as objects of research is because the property sector is considered to be still an attractive investment in the midst of a new type of corona virus pandemic that causes Covid-19. Travelio Property Management Business Development Manager Vincentius Christopher considers that currently the benefits that can be taken from property investment are in terms of yield (profits calculated from the annual rental value compared to property prices), not capital gains. The population in this study are property, real estate, and building companies that already exist and are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period, which consists of 91 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling so that it consisted of 87 companies as the research sample. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression. The test results show that the liquidity ratio and profitability ratios have a significant positive effect on dividend policy, the solvency ratio has a significant negative effect on dividend policy, while the activity ratio does not have a significant effect on dividend policy.
