Abstract

Due to the era of globalization and the ever-increasing level of competition in the education sector, the leadership of the principal plays a crucial role in maintaining effective teacher work discipline. The principal ought to pay more attention to the teacher's labor discipline because this is an ongoing issue. The principal must possess a strong spirit of leadership in order to effectively discipline teachers who fail to perform their duties. The goals of the study that was done are as follows: 1) comprehending the principal's leadership role in enhancing teacher and employee work discipline; 2) being aware of the challenges the principal faces in enhancing teacher and employee work discipline. This study employs a subjective engagement methodology and a writing survey technique to select information from books, journals, and articles related to the subject under investigation. The review reveals that the principal's responsibility for further developing the work discipline of educators and education personnel consistently fosters a sense of responsibility, particularly as a pioneer, superintendent, and inspiration in the school climate. The principal's role in enhancing teacher discipline is determined by the leadership style and strategy they employ. The inability to communicate effectively with teachers and other staff members presents a challenge that principals frequently encounter when attempting to enhance teacher and staff work discipline

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a theoretical basis that can support solving the problem being studied on the effect of motivation and work stress on teacher performance. The theory obtainer is the first step so that researchers can better understand the problemed being researched correctly according to a scientific framework. The method used in this research is a literature review. Researchers select the feasibility of research articles based on the background of the article, research methods, discussed results, discussion and conclusions. In this study, the data source used is secondary data sources. An article search was carried out via the lens.org website to conduct a literature search with the keywords "motivation" "stress" and "teacher performance" in the range of 2020 to 2023. As a result, there were 61 article findings. Then the researcher used the keyword "work motivation" there were 10,386 articles. Then the keyword "work stress" has 2,498 articles. And the keyword "teacher performance" contains 5,206 articles. The next step, analyzing the Literature Review method on five articles that match the keywords. The results obtained, namely, the variables of motivation and stress have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance directly. This is based on previous research findings in several educational institutions in Indonesia. Teacher performance is influenced by motivation and work stress. Variables of motivation and work stress cannot act independently. Reviewing the research that has been done, the findings obtained regarding the description of the influence of motivation and work stress on teachers in Indonesia are considered not to be able to walk alone. Many other factors affect the level of teacher performance in educational institutions. Such as job satisfaction, teacher compensation, teacher competence, principal leadership, discipline, work environment, teacher productivity, awards, organizational culture, and many more.

Abstract

Guru memegang peranan penting dalam dunia pendidikan, di antara tugas-tugasnya yaitu mendidik dan mencerdaskan anak bangsa untuk menjadi generasi yang unggul dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup di masa depannya nanti. Dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sebagai guru tersebut, sudah selayaknya para guru mendapatkan imbalan atas jasa-jasa yang telah mereka berikan bagi dunia pendidikan. Imbalan bagi para guru ini biasanya tertuang dalam sistem kompensasi yang telah diatur oleh lembaga pendidikan baik itu kompensasi yang sifatnya material seperti gaji, tunjangan, insentif, dan sebagainya maupun yang bersifat non material seperti asuransi kesehatan, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, fasilitas kerja yang menunjang, dan sebagainya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan maksud agar para guru tersebut mendapatkan imbalan yang layak dan dapat mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai ini diharapkan mampu menunjang kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan tempat mereka bernaung. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang dilakukan dengan metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review) yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, serta menafsirkan semua penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan erat dengan kompensasi dan kinerja guru.

Abstract

The scarcity of labor among entrepreneurs is influenced by various factors, ranging from financial management, marketing, to the difficulty of finding raw materials for a company's products. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 also brings unique challenges to society, especially entrepreneurs in the field of education. Ease of access to information and knowledge indirectly impacts some businesses that are run offline and manually. The biggest challenge of entrepreneurship in the Society 5.0 era is to improve the ability and skills to adapt to various rapid changes in the business environment and society. This research aims to develop human resource management in educational institutions and human resource entrepreneurship in Islamic educational institutions. From the results of this study, human resource management in education includes all policies, activities, and considerations aimed at utilizing human resources (in this case educators and training staff) to achieve goals. understand that this includes efforts. The goals and strategies of human resource development education in Islamic educational institutions are best achieved by developing a vision/mission, promoting innovation, and building an entrepreneurial culture.

Abstract

Recent motivational trends in human resource management (HRM) of educational institutions and their implementation strategies. The focus on work flexibility, continuous career development, work-life balance, and employee engagement and participation are highlighted. The implementation of hybrid work models, use of technology to enhance flexibility, holistic career development programs, learning approaches that support career growth, focus on employee well-being, and implementation of work-life balance policies are explained in depth. Employee engagement mechanisms through collective decisions and the development of participation in the decision-making process are also detailed. The research method uses a library research approach to analyze current motivational trends in human resource management (HRM) of educational institutions. This research method is based on literature study and analysis of relevant documents from sources such as scientific journals, books, and related research reports. The research concludes that a holistic approach to HR management can create an adaptive, motivating and growth-oriented work environment, bringing significant benefits to employees and the educational institution as a whole.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers in using Canva application. To achieve this goal, this study used a library research method by studying and analyzing various scientific articles, especially those related to TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers using the Canva application. All cited scientific articles were retrieved from Mendeley and Google Scholar. This study found that the development of TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers through the use of Canva can have a positive impact in creating a more dynamic, innovative learning environment that supports the optimal development of students in this digital era and can meet students' learning needs visually.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the challenges faced in developing educational entrepreneurship at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and to find out the strategies used to align human resources (HR) with the vision and mission of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection interviews, observation. The research location is SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. The results of the study stated that SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan took strategic steps in the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 by developing entrepreneurship in the field of education, namely TPQ Madin, but challenges arose such as human resource management at TPQ Madin Al Jauharah which had not run in harmony with SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and the school responded by carrying out effective strategies. The positive impact is not only limited to TPQ Madin but also felt by the school, and the existence of TPQ Madin creates new jobs for the surrounding youth.

Abstract

Quality Human Resource (HR) is the main component that must be considered. Human Resources must continue to be developed and be able to keep up with the times. Today's technological sophistication requires everyone involved in educational institutions to be ready to transform in order to achieve school progress and personal quality. To analyze more deeply, research was conducted using the library research method. This research method is an activity of collecting library data with literacy, reading, recording, and interpreting into research data. This method is done by making literature or previous research as the main data source. Human resource development in educational institutions must involve all elements involved in the organization. The process of developing human resources in educational institutions must be adjusted to the needs analysis and complex planning so that it can support the process of achieving the goals of educational institutions. a well-structured and systematic process can produce quality and competent human resources. Namely qualified teaching and educational staff.
