Abstract

This research is motivated by educational problems that occur in Indonesia. Indonesia has been experiencing a learning crisis for quite a long time, and this situation is getting worse due to the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. Indonesia is implementing a new curriculum that presents learning approaches that further explore students' potential and makes students the center of learning activities, and we know this curriculum as the Merdeka Curriculum. In the Independent Curriculum, there are several learning approaches that are often applied in the implementation of learning. These approaches are systematic in nature and can help the learning process. One learning approach that is expected to help overcome these educational problems is by implementing differentiated learning. Differentiated learning is an effective approach that can be used to deal with the diversity of students and ensure that it can meet the learning needs of diverse students, help students to develop and prepare students for the future. The application of differentiated learning is expected to accommodate the diversity of students in learning. Differentiated learning is learning that adapts to students' interests, learning preferences, and readiness in order to achieve learning goals. In implementing differentiated learning, there are 3 different aspects, namely, content differentiation, process differentiation, and product differentiation. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of differentiated learning in addressing the diversity of student needs and the impact of implementing differentiated learning. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this research consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The application of differentiated learning in class IV science and science learning at SD N Klangon resulted in the application of differentiated learning being able to address the diversity of students' needs. In implementing learning, students are divided into groups according to their respective learning styles, including audio, visual and kinesthetic. By grouping learning styles, students can optimize task achievement and participate in teaching and learning activities well so that learning goals can be achieved.

Abstract

To the goal of learning, teachers use various means, one of which is the use of learning media. One of the defence media that can be refined in the observation of the material of the Operation Perkalian in the pupils is the use of the mathematical numerical trick. (TEKAT). Developing a valid and practical mathematical cross-puzzle media is the goal of this research. Subjects in the research trial were students of class III at SDN K in the area of Kapanewon Sedayu Bantul. This research is based on Borg & Gall procedures. This research has produced valid data from design experts of 96%. While the level of practicality of the media of the mathematical puzzle game is described as very practical in the trial in class III SDN K in the area of Kapanewon Sedayu Bantul with a percentage of 95.6%. Based on the acquisition of percentages shows that the medium of the developed mathematics puzzle games is very useful and makes it easy for students to learn math in particular in the operation of integer numbers.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of organizational factor, individual factor towards safety patient incident reports, and the influence of organizational factor toward PSI reports through individual factors. This study method was a quantitative cross-sectional. The population is nurses. The sample is determined by purposive sampling, with its quantity is determined based on Slovin formula. The data was analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) using SMART PLS program. The result shows that organizational factor has a positive effect toward individual factor, individual factor have a positive effect towards PSI reports, organizational factors have a positive effect towards PSI report, and organizational factors have a positive effect towards PSI report through individual factor. The organizational factor is the most dominant. Manajemen can improve the policies related to the organizational factors by not excluding individual factors.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 (DM Tipe 2) merupakan penyakit degeneratif kronis dengan prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia, dan seringkali disertai komplikasi Hipertensi. Sekitar 40-80% pasien DM juga menderita hipertensi, dan pasien DM memiliki risiko dua kali lipat lebih tinggi terkena hipertensi dibandingkan non-DM. Penatalaksanaan kedua penyakit ini umumnya melibatkan polifarmasi (penggunaan lima atau lebih obat), yang meningkatkan risiko terjadinya Drug Related Problems (DRP), terutama interaksi obat. Interaksi obat dapat menyebabkan penurunan efektivitas atau peningkatan toksisitas obat, yang berujung pada kegagalan terapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi interaksi obat pada pasien DM Tipe 2 dengan komplikasi Hipertensi di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif non-eksperimental dengan pendekatan kohort retrospektif. Data dikumpulkan secara retrospektif dari rekam medis 71 pasien rawat jalan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi (DM Tipe 2 dengan Hipertensi, berusia ≥30 tahun) selama periode Januari–Juni 2025 menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Interaksi obat potensial dianalisis menggunakan literatur terpercaya (seperti drugs.com/Medscape) dan dikelompokkan berdasarkan tingkat keparahannya: minor, moderat, dan mayor. Hasil: Dari 71 subjek penelitian, didapatkan mayoritas pasien berjenis kelamin perempuan (61%) dan berada pada kelompok usia ≥61 tahun (48%). Penggunaan obat antidiabetes paling dominan adalah golongan Biguanide (Metformin, 35%) dan Sulfonilurea (Glimepiride, Gliclazide, Gliquidone, total 36%), yang sering dikombinasikan untuk menghasilkan efek sinergis dalam menurunkan glukosa darah. Kesimpulan: Kajian ini memberikan gambaran tentang potensi interaksi obat pada peresepan pasien DM Tipe 2 dengan Hipertensi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya optimalisasi terapi, terutama dalam mengidentifikasi dan meminimalkan risiko interaksi obat, demi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan farmakoterapi.
