Abstract

Teaching and learning activities are conducted for elementary (SD/MI) In Gelogor, Subdistrict Kediri, West Lombok Regency. At this educational level, the motivation to learn the Quran among children is minimal due to their limited ability to read the Quran. The main objective of these instructional activities is to enhance the learning motivation of children, enabling them to become proficient in reading the Quran. The teaching method employed is descriptive, utilizing a combination of lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and simulations. The outcomes of the teaching and learning sessions are as follows: Firstly, students achieve a better understanding of the theory of Quranic recitation. Secondly, they exhibit an improved motivation to learn the Quran. Thirdly, through the tahsin method, students find it easier to enhance or refine their Quranic reading skills. Fourthly, there are noteworthy changes observed after the implementation of the tahsin method

Abstract

Service excellence has become a strategic issue in modern educational management because it is directly related to service quality, customer satisfaction, and the image of educational institutions. In the context of global competition and demands for public transparency, educational institutions are required to provide services that are effective, efficient, and oriented to the needs of students and the community. This study aims to systematically examine how the concept of service excellence is implemented in educational institutions and its impact on customer satisfaction. The method used was a systematic literature review, searching articles in national databases such as Google Scholar, Garuda, and campus journal portals using the keywords "service excellence," "service excellence," "education," and "customer satisfaction." Of the 20 articles found, seven met the analysis criteria. The results of the study revealed three main themes: improving the professionalism of educational staff, implementing the TQM concept in service, and strengthening a customer-oriented service culture. This literature synthesis concluded that service excellence significantly increases customer satisfaction and loyalty in educational institutions. Future research should focus on an integrative model of digital-based service excellence in educational institutions.

Abstract

Konflik interpersonal antar guru merupakan tantangan umum yang terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan dasar, terutama pada lembaga pendidikan berbasis keagamaan seperti Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Keberagaman karakter, pola komunikasi, metode mengajar, dan beban kerja sering menjadi pemicu konflik yang berpotensi mengganggu keharmonisan lingkungan kerja serta efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam strategi manajemen konflik interpersonal yang diterapkan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darus Sholihin Puger. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui kajian literatur, analisis dokumen, dan pengamatan terhadap pola kerja dan interaksi guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan mencakup komunikasi terbuka, mediasi kepala madrasah, penerapan budaya musyawarah, penegasan SOP kerja, pembinaan melalui supervisi akademik, pendekatan kolaboratif, serta penguatan budaya Islami berbasis ukhuwah. Strategi ini mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja harmonis, meningkatkan kolaborasi guru, memperkuat profesionalisme, serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam mengembangkan model manajemen konflik yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.
