Abstract

Pindang fish is a type of traditional processing that functions to extend the relatively short shelf life of fish. Fish farming has the potential to increase national fish consumption and can also improve the community's economy, especially in Sumberanyar Village, Situbondo Regency. Thus, it is necessary to carry out an income analysis to determine whether the business activity is feasible or not. The aim of this research is to determine the revenue value, total costs, profits, and feasibility of fish farming businesses based on the R/C ratio and payback period. The sampling method used in this research is the purposive sampling method. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Respondents in this research were fish entrepreneurs at UD. Samudra Pasai, Sumberanyar Village, Situbondo Regency. The results of the financial analysis show that the average income is 66,436.000/month, and the average total costs incurred are 55.015.248/month, so the average profit is The average obtained was 11.420.752. Based on the business feasibility analysis, it is known that the R/C ratio is 1.2 and the payback period is 5,7 years. These results indicate that the fish farming business is feasible but requires business development to increase profits so that the payback period is <5 years.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi etika bisnis syariah pada E – commerce di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis – normativ atau penelitian hukum normative. Sifat penelitian ini adalah kualitatif – deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa implementasi kepribadian spritual, implementasi berprilaku adil, implementasi jujur dan terpercaya belum mengimplementasikan etika bisnis syariah pada E – commerce. sementara implementasi berperilaku baik dan simpatik, implementasi melayani dan rendah hati, implementasi menepati janji dan tidak curang sebagian besar penjual sudah mengimplementasikan etika bisnis syariah dalam setiap transaksi di E – commerce. Bersasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi etika bisnis syariah belum diterapkan secara maksimal pada E – commerce di Indonesia.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the financial sustainability of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), which predominantly rely on student fees. To address these challenges, Al-Utsmani Islamic Boarding School in Bondowoso initiated an Islamic edupreneurship-based community service program focused on hydroponic cultivation. This initiative aimed to (1) enhance the skills of students and administrators in hydroponic farming, (2) promote pesantren economic independence, and (3) integrate digital marketing and agro-tourism strategies. Implemented using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, the program leveraged the pesantren’s existing assets, including human resources, infrastructure, and agricultural potential. As a result, students and staff who were previously unfamiliar with hydroponic systems acquired practical farming and marketing skills. The program not only fostered entrepreneurial capacity but also laid the foundation for sustainable economic development within the pesantren environment. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited funding and market access highlight the need for further institutional and governmental support. Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampak signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan finansial pesantren yang mayoritas bergantung pada dana dari santri. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, Pondok Pesantren Al-Utsmani Bondowoso melaksanakan program pengabdian berbasis edupreneurship Islam yang berfokus pada budidaya tanaman hidroponik. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan keterampilan santri dan pengelola pesantren dalam bercocok tanam secara hidroponik, (2) mendorong kemandirian ekonomi pesantren, dan (3) mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran digital serta pengembangan kawasan agrowisata. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang memanfaatkan berbagai aset yang telah dimiliki pesantren, termasuk sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, dan potensi pertanian. Hasilnya, para santri dan pengelola yang sebelumnya belum mengenal sistem hidroponik kini mampu menerapkan keterampilan bercocok tanam dan strategi pemasaran produk. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan, tetapi juga menjadi fondasi pengembangan ekonomi berkelanjutan di lingkungan pesantren. Namun demikian, keterbatasan dana dan akses pasar menjadi tantangan yang perlu mendapat dukungan lebih lanjut dari lembaga dan pemerintah.

Abstract

Meningkatnya minat konsumen terhadap produk perawatan kulit, terutama di kalangan Generasi Z, telah mendorong ekspansi industri kecantikan Indonesia yang signifikan. Generasi ini terkenal aktif di media sosial dan mempunyai kesadaran tinggi terhadap penampilan serta nilai-nilai personal. Riset ini bermaksud guna menganalisis dampak celebrity endorser dan live streaming pada minat beli skincare Generasi Z di Marketplace Shopee. Riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam riset ini adalah Gen Z pengguna skincare. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling, yang memiliki kriteria tertentu, melibatkan 140 responden dengan kriteria responden pengguna skincare berdomisili Jawa Timur dan merupakan Generasi Z (1995-2012). Data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics 31. Penelitian ini mencakup pengujian seperti pengujian instrumen data, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis hipotesis, dan pengujian regresi. Hasil riset menyatakan bahwa secara parsial, celebrity endorser dan live berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli skincare Generasi Z di marketplace shopee Jawa Timur. Hasil ini membantu menciptakan taktik pemasaran yang lebih sukses, khususnya pemanfaatan figur publik dalam minat beli konsumen Generasi Z di Marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

Indonesia's potential in the halal skincare industry is significant, as evident from its position as the second largest consumer of halal cosmetics and the high enthusiasm of Generation Z towards self-care products. Generation Z's increasing interest in skincare has driven a significant expansion of Indonesia's beauty industry. This generation is known for being active on social media and has a high awareness of appearance and personal values, including a halal lifestyle. This research aims to analyze how celebrity endorsers and the halal lifestyle influence Generation Z's purchase interest in skincare in East Java. The study uses a quantitative approach. The participants are Generation Z skincare users. The sample was chosen through a non-probability purposive sampling method, with specific criteria, involving 110 respondents who reside in East Java and were born between 1995 and 2012. Data was collected via an online survey and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 31. This research includes tests such as instrument validation, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis. The results show that, partially, celebrity endorsers and the halal lifestyle significantly affect purchase interest. Together, both factors, celebrity endorser and the halal lifestyle, also significantly influence Generation Z's skincare purchase interest in East Java. This result helps create more successful marketing tactics, particularly the utilisation of public figures and the strengthening of halal product images. Skincare companies are advised to choose celebrity endorsers who are popular and trustworthy and align with halal lifestyle values

Abstract

Abstract: Forced marriage is a complex phenomenon that describes the interaction between norms, religion, culture, law and human rights. This practice has been going on for a long time in Indonesia, such as the Lily marriage tradition in West Nusa Tenggara, marriage due to pregnancy/rape, early marriage and others. This research will explore how the regulations regarding forced marriage have been integrated into Law No. 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence, as well as their impact on the legal and political framework. The introduction will provide background on the steps taken by the TPKS Law from the time it was initiated until it was passed into law, as well as the actors involved in the process of formulating the law. The research method used is normative empirical. The research uses legal, social and cultural debates that arise in the context of forced marriage under Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning TPKS. Policy implications emerging from the research include consideration of the balance between recognition of cultural values and protection of human rights within the relevant legal framework. Abstrak: Pemaksaan perkawinan adalah fenomena kompleks yang menggambarkan interaksi antara norma, agama, budaya, hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Praktik ini telah berlangsung lama di Indonesia, seperti tradisi kawin Lily di Nusa Tenggara Barat, perkawinan karena kehamilan/pemerkosaan, perkawinan dini dan lainnya. Penelitian ini akan menggali bagaimana aturan terkait pemaksaan perkawinan tersebut telah diintegrasikan dalam Undang-Undang No 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual, serta dampaknya terhadap kerangka hukum dan politik. Pendahuluan akan menyajikan latar belakang tentang jejak langkah UU TPKS dari saat dicetuskan hingga disahkan menjadi UU, serta aktor yang terlibat dalam proses perumusan UU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni normatif empiris. Penelitian menggunakan perdebatan hukum, sosial, budaya yang muncul dalam konteks pemaksaan perkawinan di bawah UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang TPKS. Implikasi kebijakan yang muncul dari penelitian mencakup pertimbangan keseimbangan antara pengakuan terhadap nilai budaya dan perlindungan HAM dalam kerangka hukum yang relevan.
