Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect career development, work motivation, and work flexibility on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intermediary variable at the Labuan Bajo Tourism Office, West Manggarai. This quantitative study, using a questionnaire from 31 ASN employees and analyzed with SEM-PLS, found that career development, work motivation, and work flexibility all positively and significantly affect employee performance and job satisfaction at the Labuan Bajo Tourism Office, West Manggarai. Additionally, job satisfaction mediates the effects of these factors on employee performance.

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing, brand image, and customer relationship marketing have become important elements in a company's marketing strategy. This study aims to analyse the effect of digital marketing and brand image on customer retention at Prasi Hospitality, with customer relationship marketing as a mediating variable. This study involved 70 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires. To test the hypothesis, data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS technique using SmartPLS. The results showed that digital marketing and brand image directly have a positive effect on customer retention, and also have an indirect positive effect through customer relationship marketing. Customer relationship marketing can partially mediate the effect of digital marketing and brand image on customer retention. Digital marketing and brand image each have a positive effect on customer relationship marketing, which in turn also has a positive effect on customer retention. It is recommended to develop content that is interactive, provides a personalised experience, and is tailored to customer preferences.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDesa Wisata Gumbrih merupakan kawasan strategis yang memiliki potensi pertumbuhan di bidang ekonomi dan pariwisata karena terletak di jalur penghubung dari Denpasar ke Gilimanuk. Warung Madu Segara yang terletak di pinggir pantai merupakan salah satu anggota kelompok sadar wisata di Desa Wisata Gumbrih yang bergerak dalam usaha kuliner yang berusaha mengangkat potensi dari kelompok sadar wisata lainnya. PKM ini berupaya membantu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Warung Madu Segara yaitu dalam pengelolaan restoran, pengolahan bahan makanan sampai dengan penyajian makanan bagi wisatawan yang datang berkunjung. Kendala lainnya adalah Warung Madu Segara belum dikenal di kalangan wisatawan karena kurangnya informasi dan promosi sehingga perlu adanya pendampingan dalam aspek pemasaran dan penataan usaha warung makan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang pengelolaan warung makan, dengan mendatangkan instruktur baik instruktur memasak (chef) dan instruktur tata hidangan (waiter) yang berpengalaman. Hasil dari program PKM ini adalah telah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pengelolaan sebuah warung makan, baik dari segi pengelolaan restoran, pengolahan dan penyajian makanan dan minuman, serta dapat mengangkat potensi lokal yang dapat sajikan kepada wisatawan.Kata Kunci: Desa Wisata, Manajemen Kuliner, RestoranABSTRACTGumbrih Tourism Village is a strategic area that has the potential for growth in the economic and tourism sectors because it is located on the connecting route from Denpasar to Gilimanuk. Warung Madu Segara, located on the beachside, is one of the tourism awareness groups in Gumbrih Tourism Village which is engaged in a culinary business that seeks to raise the potential of other tourism awareness groups. This PKM seeks to help problems faced by Warung Madu Segara, namely in restaurant management, processing food ingredients, until serving the food for tourists who come to visit. Another obstacle is that Warung Madu Segara is not yet well-known among tourists due to a lack of information and promotion so that there is a need for assistance in the aspects of marketing and structuring the food stall business. The method used is counseling, training and mentoring on the management of the food stalls, by inviting experienced instructors, both cooking instructors (chef) and service instructors (waiter). The result of this PKM program is that there has been an increase in the knowledge of managing a food stall, both in terms of restaurant management, processing and serving of food and beverages, as well as being able to raise the local potential that can be served to tourists.Keywords:tourism village, culinary management, restaurant
