Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the decision to purchase VIVA products. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Analysis tools with multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t, F and coefficient of determination) and model accuracy testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between e-WOM, Beauty Vlogger, Celebrity Endorser on the Decision to Purchase VIVA Products. The determination coefficient value of 0.716 means that e-WOM, Beauty Vlogger, Celebrity Endorser can influence the purchase decision of VIVA products by 71.6% and the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Abstract

Tourist villages are a driving factor in increasing tourist visits, but the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the development of tourist villages. The decline in tourist visits and people's income is one of the pandemic's impacts. This research was to examine the potential of Gumbrih Village as a tourist village destination to support sustainable tourism. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, using the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy's tourist village guidelines, which comprise six criteria, as the basis for measurement. The sources of this study were community groups directly involved in tourism services and the village government. The study showed that Gumbrih Village is still suitable as a tourist destination, but some of its tourism potentials are decreasing in number. This is due to a decline in tourist visits, limited financial support, environmental changes, and a lack of coordination in marketing programs. Cooperation between the government and the private sector is necessary to support the sustainable tourism program of Gumbrih Tourism Village. This includes collaborating with hotels and travel agencies on promotional activities, offering training programs, and providing financial support to the local community.

Abstract

Business sustainability requires not only the provision of products and facilities but also effective marketing activities and structured financial management. However, problem identification revealed that marketing practices in the glamping business remain conventional, relying solely on existing customers without targeting specific markets, while financial reporting is still unstructured. This community service program was conducted in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The activities included training and mentoring on financial management, financial report preparation, and marketing strategies for glamping managers. The training improved participants’ ability to prepare financial reports, starting from recording transactions to producing structured financial statements. In addition, participants gained a better understanding of marketing program strategies, particularly in identifying and managing target markets. Evaluation results indicated an 89% increase in participants’ understanding of both financial management and marketing practices. The program contributed significantly to enhancing the managerial capacity of glamping businesses, particularly in marketing and financial management. These improvements are expected to support long-term business performance and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance as mediated by Green HRM. Green HRM is an approach to human resource management that integrates environmentally friendly practices to support organizational sustainability and reduce negative environmental impacts. This study utilizes Social Exchange Theory (SET) and Self-Determination Theory (SDT) to provide a perspective on how the relationship between a company and its employees influences their performance outcomes. This quantitative study employed a survey method with questionnaires and closed-ended triangulation interviews. The study was conducted in five star-rated hotels that have implemented Green HRM, with a sample of 91 registered employees. Data analysis used path analysis.

Abstract

This study examines the function of profitability in mediating the influence of corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility on company value in companies listed on the LQ45 Index during the period 2019 - 2023. The structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method based on partial least square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a significant positive effect on company value. GCG assessed through the ratio of independent commissioners and the size of the audit committee shows a significant positive impact on profitability, while CSR does not show a significant effect. Profitability is proven to function as a mediator in the relationship between GCG and company value, but does not function as a mediator in the relationship between CSR and company value. In addition, this study found that efficient GCG implementation can increase company value both directly and through increased profitability, while the effect of CSR on company value is more focused on creating long-term value through increasing stakeholder reputation and loyalty.

Abstract

Kinerja ialah merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan harus diperhatikan oleh seluruh manajemen. Kinerja sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan, apabila kinerja karyawan optimal maka segala tujuan perusahaan dapat terlaksana dengan maksimal. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan salah satunya dengan cara meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional, motivasi, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel Horison Ultima Seminyak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Karyawan hotel Horison Ultima Seminyak. Dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan. Data dianalisa menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh positif secara langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,285 nilai t-tabel 1,672 dan signifikansi 0,044<0.025. (2) motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 0,738 nilai t-tabel 1,672 dan signifikansi 0,000 <0.025. (3) komunikasi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 0,960 nilai t-tabel 1,672 dan signifikansi 0,095 <0.025. (4) secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional, motivasi, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai F- hitung 9,952<0,05 nilai F-tabel 2,77 dan signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel sangat berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel Horison Ultima Seminyak.

Abstract

Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu adalah salah satu organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata, namun di duga terdapat permasalahan mengenai kinerja karyawan yang dipicu oleh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi. Dari latar belakang tersebut, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu. Populasi menggunakan karyawan Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu dan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Korelasi Parsial, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,275, nilai thitung = 2,175 &gt; ttabel = 1,987 dengan tingkat signifikannya sebesar 0,032. (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,352, nilai thitung = 2,539 &gt; ttabel = 1,987 dengan tingkat signifikannya sebesar 0,013. (3) nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,333, nilai thitung = 3,076 lebih besar dari pada ttabel = 1,987 dengan tingkat signifikannya sebesar 0,003. (4) secara simultan kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai F-hitung 48,230 sedangkan F-tabel sebesar 2,707 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Karyawan di Hotel & Residences Riverview Kuta – Bali (Associated Harris). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Hotel & Residences Riverview Kuta - Bali (Associated Harris), dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 46 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedasitas, analisis regresi korelasi parsial, analisis korela si berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis korelasi linear berganda analisis determinasi, uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung dimana sebesar 2,637 lebih besar dibandingkan t tabel sebesar 1,681. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif, dan signifikan secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung didapat sebesar 2,770 lebih besar dibandingkan t tabel sebesar 1,681. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung didapat sebesar 2,497 lebihbesar dibandingkan t tabel sebesar 1,681. Dari hasil ini, dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secarasimultan antara Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Karyawan di Hotel & Residences Riverview Kuta – Bali (Associated Harris).

Abstract

Hotel Puri Raja Legian, merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata yang terus berupaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, karena kinerja yang baik akan mendukung tercapainya visi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Puri Raja Legian – Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 24.0, dengan Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Korelasi Parsial, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Determinasi, Analisis Uji T – test, dan Analisis Uji F – test. Uji Hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja (X1) memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung = 2,370 > t tabel = 1,988 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,020 < 0,050. Secara parsial Disiplin Kerja (X2) memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung = 2,647 > t tabel = 1,988 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,010 < 0,050. Secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan (X3) memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung = 2,759 > t tabel = 1,988 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,007 < 0,050. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja (X1), disiplin kerja (X2), dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) Hotel Puri Raja Legian – Bali, dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung = 15,545 > F tabel = 2,711, yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H4 diterima. Selain itu, melalui analisis determinasi, diketahui bahwa ketiga variabel bebas memberikan kontribusi sebesar 62,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Puri Raja Legian – Bali.
