Abstract

Tourism is expected to contribute to the economic growth in a region and tourism villages are a potential that is being developed by local governments, especially in Bali. Gumbrih Tourism Village has considerable potential in tourist attractions that are offered and has been established as a tourist village in 2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that motivate tourists to visit Gumbrih Tourism Village. Factor analysis is used to provide the dimensions that underlie visiting motivation factors. The survey method was conducted and is expected to provide information for village tourism managers. From 98 respondents, it was found that from the eighteen variables used, four factors were formed that motivated tourists to visit the Gumbrih Tourism Village. These four factors are formed from the results of the analysis are the attractions offered, the uniqueness of local products, the ease of access and the protection of reptiles. All variables (% variance) used were able to illustrate the motivation of tourists by 75.72 percent. Knowing the main reasons tourists visit can help the tourist village manager meet the needs and desires of tourists, because tourists want to know something different and unique from the places they visit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously servant leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance at The Samaya Seminyak Bali. Proportional Random Sampling method, the number of samples is 51 employees. Data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Partial Correlation Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, the research shows that (1) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the results of regression analysis of X1 = 0.295, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the results of regression analysis of X2 = 0.593, (3) simultaneously servant leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, obtained multiple linear regression analysis of Y = 12.251+0.295X1+0.593X2, and the coefficient of determination shows 21.3%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that servant leadership and organizational commitment are very influential partially and simultaneously on employee performance at The Samaya Seminyak Bali.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of workplace discipline, transformational leadership, and career development on employee performance at a five-star hotel in Bali. The study was conducted at the Royal Beach Seminyak Bali, which is a part of Accor Group’s MGallery Collection of boutique hotels. The data was collected from 73 employees who were selected using a randomized sampling method using a close-ended questionnaire, which was then analyzed quantitatively using regression analysis. The results suggest that workplace discipline, transformational leadership, and career development positively affect employee performance (sig. of 0.038; 0.032; and 0.028 respectively [α < 0.05]). Meanwhile, the study also indicates that workplace discipline, transformational leadership, and career development simultaneously have positive effect on employee performance (F-count = 31.702, greater than F-table = 2.74, α < 0.01). This suggests that improvement in workplace discipline, transformational leadership, and career development, could positively affect employee performance at The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali.

Abstract

In hotel services, satisfaction with guests is the most preferred thing in the hospitality service industry to achieve the maximum target of opinion in a hospitality business. And as a service provider in particular the quality of service to guests is very important. so that your needs and desires can be fulfilled well in maintaining the company's image and avoiding complaining from guests. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on guest satisfaction at Patra Hotel Jasa Bali Resort & Villas Kuta Badung. This study collected data with questionnaires on 100 respondents. which is then analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test and f. The results showed partially, Tangible (X1) of 2.534, Reliability (X2) of 2.611, Responsiveness (X3) of 2.153, Assurance (X4) of 2.637, Empathy (X5) of 2.102, of Guest Satisfaction (Y) in Hotels Patra Jasa Bali Resort & Villas Kuta Badung and simultaneously the influence of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) amounted to 35,809 to the quality of service at Hotel Patra Jasa Bali Resort & Villas. Based on the calculation of determination analysis obtained the coefficient of determination of 65.6% means that the contribution of the effect of direct evidence variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to guest satisfaction is 65.5% while the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results obtained by researchers, that the Patra Jasa Bali Resort & Villas Hotel has been good in the quality of its services.

So it is not uncommon that a hospitality company afterstudents are recruited so employees need time to be trained again in the form of grooming andservice excellence so that in dealing with guests can behave properly. As a lecturer I haveconducted training on grooming and service excellence at SMK Negeri 5 Negara, PekutatanVillage, Jembrana, with the results; Students have good Grooming, can actualize serviceexcellence, can master English Hospitality, and have good Character. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at Semabu Hills Hotel, which is the first hotel as a 3-star hotelin Nusa Penida. This study is to determine Guest satisfaction in terms of service, facilities,green image and price at Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida. This study used accidentalsampling with 115 respondents. Collecting data by means of observation, documentation,interviews and questionnaires. The method of analysis used statistical tests, multiple linearregression tests, and hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results of this study partially findthat service has a positive effect on guest satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel, in terms ofmultiple linear regression of 0.171, and is strengthened by the t value is more than the t table,namely 3,420> 1,981. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction atSemabu Hills Hotel, using multiple linear regression of 0.151 and reinforced by the t value ismore than the t table, namely 3.505> 1.981. Green Image has a positive and significant effecton guest satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel, using linear regression with a difference of0.190, and it is strengthened by the t value of more than t table 3.183> 1.981. Price has apositive and significant effect on guest satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel, using multiplelinear regression of 0.249, and is strengthened by the t value of more than t table 3.038>1.981. While Service, Facilities, Green Image and Price simultaneously have a positive andsignificant effect on Guest Satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel, this can be seen in theregression equation Y = 1,440 + 0.171b1 + 0.151b2 + 0.190b3 + 0.249b4, and strengthenedby the value f count more than f table 49.448> 2.69. and simultaneously the results of theDetermination test are 63% and the remaining 37% are determined from other variables thathave not been examined in this study. From this research it can be concluded that there is apositive and significant influence between Service, Facilities, Green Image, and Price eitherpartially or simultaneously on Guests Satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence analysis either partially or simultaneously between Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Work Environment on Employee Performance at The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali Hotel. The population in this study were employees at The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali Hotel. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula and the number of samples was 73 people. Analysis of the data using SPSS 220. with the analysis technique of validity test, reliability test, partial correlation, multiple correlation, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that there is a partial influence between individual characteristics on employee performance with a regression value of 0.609, There is a partial influence between job characteristics on employee performance with a regression value of 0.164, There is an influence between work environment on employee performance with a regression value 0.172, and the characteristics of the work and work environment on employee performance with multiple linear regression values Y= 0.263+0.609X1+0.164X2+0.172X, and the results of the determination analysis show 70.8, and the remaining 29.2 is influenced by other variables. From the results of the study, the management of The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali Hotel should be attention to individual characteristics, job characteristics and work environment so that employees can improve their performance, thus individual characteristics, work characteristics and work environment are carried out together to improve employee performance. This happens because The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali hotel has a good way to improve the performance of its employees.Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics, Work Environment and Employee PerformanceABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara Karakteristik Individu, Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Pada Hotel The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali. Teknik penggambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 orang. Analisa data menggunakan SPSS 220. dengan tehnik analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, korelasi parsial, korelasi berganda, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t-test dan uji f-test. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, maka dapat dihasilkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara parsial antara karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi 0,609, Ada pengaruh secara parsial antara karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi 0,164, Ada pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi 0,172, dan karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi linier berganda Y= 0,263+0,609X1+0,164X2+0,172X, dan hasil analisis Determinasi menunjukkan 70,8, dan sisanya 29,2 dipengaruhi oleh Variabel lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian, sebaiknya pihak manajemen Hotel The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali memperhatikan karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja agar karyawan dapatmeningkatkan kinerjanya, dengan demikian Karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja dilakukan secara bersama-sama mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence on the decision of Tourist Visits to Blangsinga Gianyar Waterfall Tourism Destinations in terms of tourist attraction and marketing facilities that exist at these tourist attractions because tourist attraction facilities and marketing are variables that can influence tourist visiting decisions. The population in this study were all tourists who visited the tourist destination of Blangsinga Gianyar Waterfall in Bali. Sample determination using random sampling with the Sovlin formula was 100 people, using validity and reliability test analysis techniques, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis, significance test testing. partial (t-test) and simultaneous significance test (F-test). The results showed that partially the influence of tourist facilities on the decision of tourist visits by regression X1 of 0.509, and the influence of marketing partially on decisions of tourist visits by regression of X2 of 0.159, and simultaneously the influence of tourist facilities and marketing on tourist visiting decisions by linear regression. multiple of, Y=1,858+0,509X1+0,159X2, and by determination of,64.9 and the remaining 35.1 is determined by other variables. And the suggestions in this study are, so that the manager of the Blangsinga Gianyar Waterfall Destination pays more attention to the completeness of tourist attraction facilities, and adjusts the marketing process according to current technological developments, so that tourism objects are better known and increase tourist visits in the days to come. .Keywords: Tourist Attraction Facilities, Marketing, Visiting Decisions, Tourists.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan Kunjungan Wisatawan ke Destinasi Wisata Air Terjun Blangsinga Gianyar Bali ditinjau dari Fasilitas obyek wisata dan Pemasaran yang ada pada tempat wisata tersebut karena Fasilitas obyek wisata dan Pemasaran adalah variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan kunjungan wisatawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Destinasi wisata Air Terjun Blangsinga Gianyar Bali, Penentuan Sampel dengan mempergunakan Sampling acak dengan rumus Sovlin sebanyak 100 orang, dengan teknik analisis uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis linier berganda, analisis determinasi, pengujian uji signifikansi parsial (t-test) dan uji signifikansi simultan (F-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial pengaruh fasilitas obyek wisata terhadap keputusan kunjungan wisatawan secara Regresi X1 sebesar 0,509, dan pengaruh pemasaran secara parsial terhadap keputusan kunjungan wisatawan secara regresi X2 sebesar 0,159, dan secara simultan pengaruh fasilitas obyek wisata dan pemasaran terhadap keputusan kunjungan wisatawan secara regresi linier berganda sebesar, Y=1,858+0,509X1+0,159X2, dan secara determinasi sebesar,64,9 dan sisanya sebesar 35,1 ditentukan oleh variable lainnya. Dan saran dalam penelitian ini adalah, agar, pengelola Destinasi Air Terjun Blangsinga Gianyar lebih memperhatikan kelengkapan fasilitas obyek wisata, dan menyesuaikan proses pemasaran sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada saat ini, sehingga obyek wisata lebih dikenal dan menambah kunjungan wisatawan di hari yang akan datang.Kata Kunci: Fasilitas Obyek Wisata, Pemasaran, Keputusan Kunjungan, Wisatawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the consistency between the budgeting strategy and the priority targets for regional development in Badung Regency for the 2023 Fiscal Year. This research was designed using a concurrently embedded approach. The quantitative data used comes from the 2023 APBD draft document. This data is analyzed by determining the budget allocation ratio. On the other hand, qualitative data, which originates from the results of interviews and observations of focus group discussions between the legislature and the executive during the trial process, is analyzed interactively and continuously between researchers and key informants. The aim is to find patterns of relationship between budgeting strategies and regional development priority targets. The results of the study found that (a) there was an inconsistency between the budgeting strategy and the priority targets for regional development, (b) the cause of the inconsistency was the implementation of the provisions of Article 181 of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 86, 2017 co ncerning Evaluation and Control of Regional Development, which was not optimal. Based on the results of this research, it can be suggested to the regents, governors and minister of home affairs to be more optimal in evaluating and controlling regional development.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPariwisata Jaman Milenial, merupakan trend terkini yang wajib dikemas dengan baik,mengingat sumber daya yang ada di Indonesi sangatlah banyak, terutama mengangkat kearifanlocal/Local Genius yang ada ditiap-tiap daerah tersebut. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menghasilkan model pemberdayaan local genius sebagai daya tarik wisata milenial gunameningkatkan pembanguan ekonomi Desa Gumbrih. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama enam bulan diDesa Gumbrih dan untuk pengambilan data penelitian, dan lokasi yang dipilih untuk mewakilipelaku pariwisata, serta kearifan local dan kaum milenial yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Penelitimenggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian pariwisata serta dikaji dengan teori trihita karana, teori motivasi, dan teori kepemimpinan. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis secaraparticipant-observation, wawancara, dan sebagai hasil penelitian ini dapat disajikan bahwa; LocalGeneious memiliki score 3,6 yang menunjukkan bahwa Faktor-faktor penentu daya tarik wisatadari sudut pandang Local genius di Desa Gumbrih perlu diperhatikan dan dibangun dengan baik,Destinasi memiliki score 3,4, berarti daya tarik pariwisata dari sudut pandang wisatawan di desaGumbrih perlu mendapatkan perhatian untuk dikelola dengan baik, Produktivitas Objek Wisatamemiliki score 2,9 yang berarti bahwa Sarana dan prasarana, inprastruktur dan pengelola yangmendukung kegiatan pariwisata di Desa Gumbrih perlu ditingkatkan dan dibangun dengan baik,Pemasaran memiliki score 2,9 yang berarti bahwa product, people, process, dan Physical Evidenceperlu diperhatikan dan dikelola dengan baik agar memenuhi standar pariwisata, minat Kaummilenial memiliki score 3,8 yang berarti bahwa Desa Gumbrih sebagai pilihan kaum milenial untukdapat berwisata.Kata Kunci: Lokal Geneious, Destinasi, Produktivitas Objek Wisata, Pemasaran, Kaum milenial
