Abstract

This study examines the influence of visionary leadership, curriculum innovation, and educational resource management on the quality of character-based education in high schools in West Java, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 high school students through a Likert-scale survey. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that curriculum innovation has the most significant positive impact on character-based education, followed by the management of educational resources and visionary leadership. These results underscore the importance of adopting innovative curricula and effectively managing educational resources to enhance character education. Visionary leadership also plays a critical role in setting a direction for character development, though its impact is more pronounced when combined with curriculum and resource management. The study provides insights for educators, policymakers, and school administrators in creating an educational environment that fosters both academic and moral development.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of circular economy implementation, environmental awareness, and green technology adoption on resource efficiency in manufacturing industries in West Java. Using quantitative analysis, data were collected from 190 respondents through a Likert-scale questionnaire (1-5) and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that all three factors significantly enhance resource efficiency, with green technology showing the strongest impact. Circular economy practices optimize resource utilization, while environmental awareness fosters sustainable organizational behavior. The integration of these factors explains 62% of the variance in resource efficiency, highlighting the importance of an integrated approach to sustainability. The study provides actionable insights for policymakers and industry leaders to promote sustainable practices and adopt green innovations in manufacturing.

Abstract

The growing emphasis on sustainability and employee development has encouraged organizations to adopt environmentally responsible marketing strategies and employee welfare initiatives to enhance organizational performance. This study examines the impact of Eco-Friendly Marketing and Employee Welfare Training Programs on Employee Retention and Customer Satisfaction in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed using data collected from 175 respondents through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that Eco-Friendly Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention and Customer Satisfaction. Employee Welfare Training Programs also demonstrate positive and significant effects on Employee Retention and Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, Employee Retention significantly influences Customer Satisfaction. The structural model explains 68.3% of the variance in Employee Retention and 78.1% of the variance in Customer Satisfaction, indicating strong predictive capability. The findings suggest that organizations implementing sustainable marketing practices alongside employee welfare development programs are more likely to retain employees and achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction. This study contributes to the literature on sustainability and human resource management by demonstrating the interconnected role of environmental responsibility and employee-focused initiatives in enhancing organizational performance within the Indonesian context.

Abstract

The logistics sector plays a critical role in supporting economic growth and supply chain efficiency, while simultaneously facing increasing pressure to adopt sustainable operational practices. Digital transformation technologies, particularly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the Internet of Things (IoT), have emerged as important tools for enhancing operational sustainability through improved resource management, real-time monitoring, and process optimization. This study aims to analyze the impact of ERP and IoT technologies on operational sustainability in the logistics sector in Surabaya. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method involving 100 respondents from logistics companies operating in Surabaya. Data were collected through structured questionnaires measured using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS Version 25. The analytical techniques included validity and reliability testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that ERP technology has a positive and significant effect on operational sustainability. Similarly, IoT technology significantly influences operational sustainability. Simultaneously, ERP and IoT technologies significantly affect operational sustainability, explaining 53.9% of the variance in operational sustainability. These findings indicate that the integration of ERP and IoT technologies enhances operational efficiency, resource utilization, process optimization, and organizational resilience, thereby contributing to sustainable logistics operations. The study highlights the strategic importance of digital transformation in supporting long-term sustainability and competitiveness within the logistics sector.
