Abstract

This research aims to help the village head and village apparatus in the financial management of the village with the recording of financial transactions are correct and balanced to produce financial reports. This type of research is the research field to the villages which receive funds village (DD), village fund allocation (ADD), and local tax and regional levies (PDRD) fiscal year 2016 in Banggai Central Sulawesi Province. Sampling method was purposive sampling. Analysis tool used is models accounting for the village. The result of the research was the revenue village is derived funds transfer Central Government and provincial government and financial aid. Shopping village consisting of shopping areas: the Organization of Government, the implementation of village development the village, the construction of the community, community empowerment, and unexpected expenditures; accounting model villages will produce financial laporaan village that consists of budget revenues and expenditures to the realization of the budget report, the village, the village belonged to the initial wealth report, balance sheet and notes to financial statements.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of the term "marketing sustainability" to explore the growing trends, key contributors, and thematic focus in the academic literature. Marketing sustainability represents the integration of sustainable practices and principles into marketing strategies and activities, highlighting the growing importance of environmental, social, and economic considerations in contemporary marketing practices. This research examined 985 articles with themes related to marketing management. In the context of this study, we concluded that marketing management articles are classified into six clusters. The trend of marketing management research is more on the marketing side. There are several topics that frequently appear in publications, such as the marketing perspective of one variable on another. Topics such as Agrarian Sustainability and Sustainability Reporting have also not been researched much.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze how environmental factors, employee social awareness, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) impact the sustainability performance of an organization or company. This study explores the complex interactions between environmental factors, employee social awareness, corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices, and their combined influence on sustainability performance in the manufacturing sector in West Java, Indonesia. In an era marked by increasing concerns about environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility, understanding the dynamics of these factors is critical for organizations seeking to balance economic success with ethical and environmental responsibility. Using a mixed methods research approach, this study combines a quantitative survey of 150 samples with qualitative insights from interviews and analysis of CSR reports from 5 informants. The findings of this study provide a holistic perspective on how these variables collectively shape sustainability performance in manufacturing companies in West Java.

Abstract

Abstrak Perilaku membeli yang dilakukan konsumen merupakan akibat yang timbul dari minat membeli dan keputusan pembelian dimasa yang akan datang akan dipengaruhi oleh niat membeli. Dalam perkembangannya, sikap terhadap perilaku konsumen ditentukan oleh keyakinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran halal dan sikap terhadap perilaku pembelian dengan niat membeli sebagai moderasi. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa sikap berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian. Niat membeli sebagai moderasi mampu memoderasi kesadaran halal dan sikap terhadap perilaku pembelian. Namun kesadaran halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Pembelian, Kesadaran Halal Dan Sikap, Niat Membeli

Abstract

Kepuasan dan kesetiaan sebagai konsep penting dan strategis dalam literatur pemasaran sangat penting bagi perusahaan dan pemasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterikatan merek emosional, kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pelanggan yang tersebar di Indonesia yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 240 responden dalam penelitian ini. Dan tehnik analisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa variabel keterikatan merek emosional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Keterikatan Merek Emosional, Kepuasan, Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

Para deposan, investor, dan masyarakat pada umumnya membutuhkan indikator-indikator yang mudah diakses dan penting untuk membedakan berbagai bank. Penelitian ini membahas dua permasalahan penting secara bersamaan: menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi indikator-indikator keuangan utama bank yang tersedia untuk umum dan mana yang penting, serta memperkirakan bobot indikator-indikator tersebut di atas ketika perbandingan bank akan dibuat. Memanfaatkan database terbaru tahun 2022 dari 90 bank konvensional, penelitian ini menganalisis 17 rasio perbankan dengan menggunakan metode analisis komponen utama. Perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa lima komponen menjelaskan sekitar 75 persen dari total variasi data. Kelima komponen tersebut merupakan indikator profitabilitas, kualitas modal, kualitas pinjaman, aktivitas berbasis biaya, dan aset likuid dalam neraca. Lebih lanjut, dengan menggabungkan lima komponen utama, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa bank kecil pun dapat mencapai kinerja keuangan yang baik Kata Kunci: Faktor Penetu, Kinerja Perbankan, Indonesia

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of waste management innovation and environmentally friendly packaging on perceived value and consumer satisfaction in the snack food industry in East Java. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 respondents using a Likert scale (1-5). The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that both waste management innovation and sustainable packaging positively affect perceived value and consumer satisfaction, with sustainable packaging having a stronger influence on satisfaction. Additionally, perceived value mediates the relationship between sustainability initiatives and consumer satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of adopting visible and impactful sustainability practices to enhance customer perceptions and loyalty. Snack food manufacturers are encouraged to prioritize eco-friendly packaging while communicating the broader benefits of waste management innovations to consumers.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of job recognition and development opportunities on job satisfaction and loyalty among Generation Z employees in Jakarta’s creative industries. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 230 respondents through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results show that both job recognition and development opportunities have significant positive effects on job satisfaction and loyalty. Development opportunities were found to have a stronger impact on job satisfaction, while job recognition also significantly influenced both outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of tailored human resource strategies that focus on recognizing employee contributions and providing career development pathways. Organizations in Jakarta’s creative industries can enhance retention and satisfaction by investing in these key areas.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of construction process sustainability, material efficiency, and time management on the productivity of commercial building projects in Tangerang. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents, including project managers, site engineers, and supervisors, through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly and positively affect productivity, with time management emerging as the strongest predictor. These results highlight the importance of integrating sustainable practices, efficient resource utilization, and effective scheduling to enhance project outcomes. This study provides actionable insights for stakeholders in the construction industry, contributing to the broader discourse on sustainable and efficient construction practices.
