Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge and understanding of the dangers of smoking for adolescents. Activities are carried out online using the Zoom Meeting application in June 2021. The method of activity by providing socialization of the dangers of smoking to adolescents. The community service participants are 8th grade junior high school students, totaling 64 children. Based on gender, the service participants consisted of 34 male students (53,13%) and 30 female students (46,87%). Based on pre-test, 40,5% of students did not know the dangers of smoking and 59,5% of students knew the dangers of smoking. Based on the results of the post test, it was found that there was an increase in knowledge about the dangers of smoking. As many as 98% know about the dangers of smoking and 2% are less aware of the dangers of smoking. Counselling related to the dangers of smoking can increase adolescent awareness of the magnitude of the adverse effects of smoking on health.

Abstract

This service activity aims to form a peer group and introduce the Rapid Test for Drugs and Yoga Healing for Tawwakal Junior High School students, Denpasar Bali. The method of activities carried out is by way of guidance and counseling. The participants of this community service were 24 students, with evaluation instruments used in the form of pre and post test questionnaires. The results of this community service show that; (1) The introduction of Yoga Healing at SMP Tawakkal Denpasar can be implemented through basic breathing processing exercises to control stress, (2) The formation of peer groups is carried out well through the concept of groups organized based on the calculation of the gender characteristics of the participants, and (3 ) The results of the Pre Test and Post Test questionnaires showed a significant increase in student understanding at Tawakkal Junior High School Denpasar regarding the mechanism of drug testing and the dangers of drug abuse.

Abstract

Pendahuluan Ketepatan pengisian dokumen rekam medis merupakan salah satu faktor yang digunakan untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit. Semakin lengkap pengisian dokumen rekam medis, maka semakin baik mutu rekam medis tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan persentase kelengkapan pengisian identifikasi, autentifikasi, pencatatan, dan laporan penting yang benar pada dokumen rekam medis rawat darurat pasien dengan gejala demam di RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 rekam medis rawat darurat pasien dengan gejala demam, yang dipilih menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan pengisian identifikasi sebanyak 100%. Sedangkan pengisian autentifikasi pada Tanda Tangan DPJP 85 (100%),Cap Dokter 53 (62,4%),Tanggal Pelayanan 85 (100%), TTD Perawat 42 (49,4%), Nama Terang Dokter dan Perawat 73 (85,9%). Pecatatan Pembetulan Kesalahan Kata 80 (94,1%), Catatan Perkembangan Pasien 76 (89,4%), Assesmen Keperawtan Darurat 60 (70,6%) dan Tindakan Keperawatan yaitu 60 (70,6%). Pelaporan Keluhan Utama 77 (90,6%), Riwayat Penyakit 65 (76,5%), Pemeriksaan Fisik 60 (70,6%), Diagnosa Kerja 56 (65,9%) dan Tindakan 50 (58,8%). Kesimpulan dari keempat analisis kelengkapan tertinggi pengisian dokumen rekam medis rawat darurat pada gejala fever di RSUD wangaya Kota Denpasar yakni terdapat pada pengisian identifikasi.

Abstract

The efficiency of medical record management plays an essential role in improving the quality and accuracy of hospital services. At Tabanan General Hospital, several issues were identified in the manual medical record filling process, including incomplete borrowing data and document return delays exceeding 24 hours. These problems were mainly caused by the use of manual expedition books, which are less effective and efficient. This study aims to design an electronic medical record filling system to support accurate and timely document management. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method combined with a waterfall design approach. The system design included the development of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and user interface prototypes. The resulting system design is considered acceptable based on expert validation and is recommended for implementation at Tabanan General Hospital to improve efficiency, data completeness, and tracking accuracy in the medical record management process.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah yang sering terlihat di kalangan pelajar adalah terkait hadirnya sejumlah aplikasi yang berpengaruh pada pada kualitas diri. Salah satu masalah tersebut adalah pemahaman terhadap eksistensi dari aplikasi berbasis kesehatan yang kehadirannya sangat membantu dibidang kesehatan namun belum semua pelajar menyadari eksistensinya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, mempraktekkan serta membiasakan pengoperasian teknologi berbasis kesehatan bagi siswa SMK Kesehatan PGRI Denpasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan cara bimbingan serta penyuluhan, Pre Test, Post Test dan diskusi tanya jawab terkait materi yang telah disampaikan. Peserta kegiatan ini secara kuantitas berjumlah 33 orang siswa, yang didominasi oleh peserta didik perempuan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa; (1) Peserta pengabdian masyarakat di SMK Kesehatan PGRI Denpasar didominasi oleh siswa perempuan dalam rentang usia 17 tahun, (2) Popularitas platform SatuSehat Mobile pada siswa tergolong masih rendah, namun setelah diberikan sosialisasi secara intensif terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemahaman akan eksistensi, fungsi, kewajiban penggunaan dan keterampilan siswa. Sosialisasi platform SatuSehat Mobile dalam upaya habituasi teknologi kesehatan berbasis rekam medis kepada kalangan pelajar di SMK Kesehatan PGRI Denpasar berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dan menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan tingkat responsibility yang tinggi. Kata Kunci: SatuSehat Mobile, Habituasi, Teknologi Kesehatan, Rekam Medis  ABSTRACT A problem that is often seen among students is related to the presence of a number of applications that affect the quality of self. This service activity aims to introduce, practice and familiarize the operation of health-based technology for students of SMK Kesehatan PGRI Denpasar. Activities are carried out by means of guidance and counseling, Pre Test, Post Test and question and answer discussions related to the material that has been delivered. Participants in this activity in quantity amounted to 33 students, which were dominated by female students. The implementation of this community service shows the results that; (1) Community service participants at SMK Kesehatan PGRI Denpasar are dominated by female students in the age range of 17 years, (2) The popularity of the SatuSehat Mobile platform among students is still low, but after being given intensive socialization there is a significant increase in understanding of the existence, function, usage obligations and skills of students. The socialization of the SatuSehat Mobile platform in an effort to habituate medical record-based health technology to students at SMK Dwijendra Denpasar has gone according to plan and shows good results with a high level of responsibility. Keywords: SatuSehat Mobile, Habituation, Health Technology, Medical Records

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are designed to improve service quality, documentation accuracy, and administrative efficiency, including reimbursement through the Indonesian Case-Based Groups (INA-CBGs). However, incomplete medical assessments remain a challenge, potentially leading to service gaps and reduced hospital claims. This qualitative descriptive study was conducted at Dharma Yadnya General Hospital, Denpasar, which has fully implemented EMR since 2024. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five informants: two medical record officers, the head of the emergency nursing unit, the head of the inpatient nursing unit, and the head of the medical record department. Data analysis used the 3M framework: Man, Method, and Material. From the Man aspect, heavy workloads of doctors and the lack of administrative support staff often caused delays and incomplete documentation. From the Method aspect, although Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system reminders existed, monitoring relied mainly on manual follow-ups via WhatsApp groups, limiting effectiveness. From the Material aspect, the EMR system was user-friendly and supported by weekly vendor maintenance, but occasional network disruptions and insufficient administrative staff still hampered real-time documentation. Incomplete medical assessments in EMR directly affect INA-CBGs claims, especially when comorbidities, complications, or procedures are not recorded, resulting in under-coding and reduced reimbursement. Strengthening human resources, enforcing SOPs, and improving system support are essential to ensure documentation completeness, service quality, and financial sustainability

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah yang sering muncul pada kalangan pelajar di lingkungan pendidikan adalah rendahnya empati atau kepedulian (low empathy) dari para siswa ketika dihadapkan pada perkembangan teknologi kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, mempraktekkan serta membiasakan pengoperasian teknologi berbasis kesehatanbagi siswa SMK Kesehatan PGRI Denpasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan cara bimbingan serta penyuluhan, Pre Test, Post Test dan diskusi tanya jawab terkait materi yang telah disampaikan. Peserta kegiatan ini secara kuantitas berjumlah 21 orang dengan keseluruhan siswa perempuan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan hasilbahwa; (1) Peserta pengabdian masyarakat di SMK Kesehatan PGRI Denpasar keseluruhan dihadiri oleh siswa perempuan dalam rentang usia 17 tahun, (2) Popularitas teknologi berbasis kesehatan pada siswa tergolong masih rendah, namun setelah diberikan sosialisasi secara intensif terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemahaman akan eksistensi, fungsi, kewajiban penggunaan dan keterampilan siswa. Aktualisasi rekam medis bersama pelajar melalui empathy reinforcement terhadap teknologi berbasis kesehatan di SMK Kesehatan PGRI Denpasar berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dan menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan tingkat responsibility yang tinggi. Kata Kunci: Rekam Medis, Empathy Reinforcement, Teknologi Kesehatan  ABSTRACT A common problem among students in educational settings is low empathy or concern (low empathy) when faced with developments in health technology. This community service activity aims to introduce, practice, and familiarize students at PGRI Denpasar Health Vocational School with the operation of health-based technology. The activity was conducted through guidance and counseling, pre-tests, post-tests, and question-and-answer discussions related to the material presented. The number of participants in this activity was 21, all of whom were female students. The implementation of this community service activity showed the following results: (1) All participants in the community service activity at PGRI Denpasar Health Vocational School were female students aged 17 years, (2) The popularity of health-based technology among students was still low, but after intensive socialization, there was a significant increase in understanding of its existence, functions, usage obligations, and skills. The implementation of medical record updating with students through empathy reinforcement toward health-based technology at SMK Kesehatan PGRI Denpasar proceeded as planned and yielded good results with a high level of responsibility. Keywords: Medical Records, Empathy Reinforcement, Health Technology
