Abstract

Distribution of microcredits has a great opportunity, considering micro-businesses in Indonesia reaches 98 percent of all types of businesses. Microlending has become the leading market share for BPRs to channel their funds. This research aims to identify factors that effect the increase of micro-credit disbursements. This study uses a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method with a type of monthly time series data from 2012 to 2018. The sample of this study is the Rural Credit Banks. The results of this study explain that the BPR non-performing loan (NPL) variable, both in the long term and short term, does not significantly influence the increase in micro-credit distribution. In contrast, the variable spread in the short term and long term shows a significant positive effect on increasing microcredit distribution. Forecasting for variable increases in credit distribution fluctuates with a downward trend. The NPL variable has an increasing trend, and it is projected that the next 90 months will reach 12 percent. The spread variable has a downward trend for the next 40 months which then the trend will continue to increase for the next 90 months. Abstract

The use of e-learning in education can increase efficiency and motivation in learning. The success of this online learning platform is influenced by student satisfaction. Students who are satisfied then they will be comfortable with using online learning. The success of the online learning system can be seen in student satisfaction when using the LMS and online learning software. So, this study aims to analyse student satisfaction with the online learning system. The sample of this research is students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of UIN Sukarno Fatmawati Bengkulu. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The independent variables used were computer self-efficacy (CSE), perceived usefulness (PU), and perceived ease of use (PEU). The dependent variable in this study was student satisfaction (SAT). This data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicated that the computer self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness. The perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly positively affected the student’s satisfaction.  Keywords: Online Learning Higher Education, Students’ Satisfaction, Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract

Given the importance of working capital in firm dynamics, the main objective of this research is to highlight the main gaps and insights in the working capital literature and suggest future research, as well as to know the development trend of working capital management research published by leading journals. For this reason, a bibliometric analysis was carried out using bibliographic information from Scopus for the topic "working capital management." The method used in this quantitative research uses Bibliometric analysis. A quantitative analytic approach was used to analyze published studies from 1992 to 2022. The mapping software used was VOS Viewer and biblioshiny R to analyze the data obtained and visualize research trend data. The results of the analysis show that the development of articles with the theme of Working Capital Management continues to increase from year to year, although not constant and essential. The most published authors of articles on Working Capital Management are Karri, T. and Michalski, G. The United Kingdom is the country most cited. 2019 was the year with the highest number of publications on Working Capital Management. The International Journal of Recent Technology and Engineering is the highest source that occurs in 2019. Business, Management and Accounting are the most mentioned trending topics with a total of 38%.

Abstract

Pekerja menghabiskan waktunya sebanyak 40 jam disetiap minggunya bahkan lebih dalam hidupnya di tempat kerja. Dapat dikatakan bahwa lebih banyak karyawan berkomunikasi dengan rekan kerjanya dibandingkan dengan orang yang disayangi. Dan terkadang, hubungan ini bisa berubah menjadi persahabatan sejati, ketika karyawan menemukan keseimbangan yang tepat antara pribadi dan profesional, persahabatan di tempat kerja dapat meningkatkan kebahagiaan, keterlibatan, dan kepuasan hidup kerja karyawan Akan tetapi, pada praktik organisasi masih terdapat banyak bentuk kekerasan yang terjadi di dalam organisasi. Kekerasan di tempat kerja pada penelitian ini ditekankan pada bentuk workplace ostracism (pengucilan) dan workplace harassment (pelecehan ditempat kerja) yang dapat berpengaruh negative pada kepuasaan kehidupan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini meneliti terkait dengan pengaruh workplace ostracism dan workplace harassment terhadap employee life satisfactio yang dimoderasi oleh gaji. Sample pada penelitian ini sebanyak 140 karyawan Wanita dari Jawa Tengah dan DIY. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa workplace ostracism tidak berpengaruh negative terhadap employee life satisfaction pada karyawan Wanita di Jawa Tengah dan DIY, sedangkan workplace harassment berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap employee life satisfaction karyawan Wanita di Jawa Tengah dan DIY. Untuk gaji tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh workplace ostracism dan workplace harassment terhadap employee life satisfaction. Software yang digunakan untuk mengolah data pada penelitian ini adalah SPSS dengan analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

Djong Larahan is a service business engaged in household waste collection. Djong was established in 2021, and is located in Dukuh Tandan RT 002 RW 001 Jatimulyo Village, Pedan District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. Currently Djong Larahan has 205 household members from 4 villages consisting of 2 sub-districts. Djong members start from households, cafes and shops around the Pedan sub-district. With rapid development, Djong Larahan has obstacles in the bookkeeping process due to the uncertain monthly fee withdrawal schedule and changing officers in the withdrawal, which results in Djong Larahan's financial bookkeeping. The solution provided is to provide bookkeeping knowledge and skills to the Djong Larahan team, by means of training, mentoring and monitoring. The results of this assistance contributed well to the DJong Larahan bookkeeping system, which currently uses excel with templates made by the assistance team and in the withdrawal system given a cut sheet that can be used as proof of payment every time. The impact of the results of the assistance is that Djong Larahan's finances are more organized.
