Abstract

Pelayanan pada dasarnya dapat diartikan sebagai tindakan atau perlakuan dalam melayani orang lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginannya. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap suatu pelayanan dapat dievaluasi dengan membandingkan harapan konsumen akan kualitas layanan yang diinginkan dengan kenyataan yang mereka terima atau rasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kepuasan pasien serta kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Teluk Maumere. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melihat pasien yang datang berobat ke puskesmas teluk maumere. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel ialah 50 responden. Untuk mempermudah perhitungan, peneliti menggunakan bantuan SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa nilai kepuasan pasien tentang pelayanan di puskesmas sangat signifikan. Kualitas pelayanan (X) sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien (Y). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peningkatan layanan di puskesmas, terutama di wilayah pedesaan, untuk mencapai kepuasan pasien yang optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi kebijakan perbaikan kualitas pelayanan di fasilitas kesehatan primer.

Abstract

. This study aims to analyze the organizational structure and governance at SMA ST. Gabriel Maumere in order to improve the efficienchy and effectiveness of educational management at the school.The research method used is a descrtiptive approach with a case study,involving data collection through interviews,observations,and documentation.The findings show that the organizational structure at SMA ST. Gabriel Maumere is well –structured,consisting of clear positions,from the principal to the administarsive staff.The governance at this school operates in a coordinated manner,with clear task divisions and effective communication mechanisms between departments.However there are some challenges in utilizing information technology to support administrive processes and data management.This study recommends the need for increased technology training for administrative staff and strengthening the information system to support more efficient governance.It is expected that SMA ST. Gabriel Maumere will achieve more optimal educational goals and be responsive to changes in the education sector.

Abstract

Abstract

The formation of student character through education is an essential process to elevate human dignity. This study aims to determine whether extracurricular activities can be an effective means to shape student character, prepare them to face various challenges in life, and become positive contributors in society. The findings in the form of Character and Personality Development Extracurricular activities can also help in the development of student character and personality. They learn about responsibility, integrity, perseverance, and respect for others. These are values ​​that will help them become better and more successful individuals, namely OSIS, Choir, Traditional dance, Sports clubs, Social activities, The role of extracurricular activities in students' skills and character based on the results of interviews and observations shows that extracurricular activities contribute significantly to student skills: Communication, Cooperation, Leadership, Student character: Discipline, Responsibility Character and Personality Development Extracurricular activities can also help in the development of student character and personality. They learn about responsibility, integrity, perseverance, respect for others. These are values ​​that will help them become better and more successful individuals in the future, and finally Character and Personality Development Extracurricular activities can also help in the development of student character and personality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of the internet as a learning resource for students in the Economics Education Study Program at Mahammadiyah University Maumere. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This study provides an accurate description and explanation of the conditions or phenomena encountered. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The research subjects are 12 students from the 2021 cohort of the Economics Education Program. The utilization of the internet as a learning resource for students in the Economics Education Program at Muhammadiyah University of Maumere plays a significant role because the internet provides easy and quick access to various information such as learning materials, scientific journals, e-books, educational videos, and relevant and supportive resources. This enables students to access the latest information and a variety of up-to-date topics. The research findings indicate that economics education students at Muhammadiyah University of Maumere actively utilize the internet to search for references, access e-books, journals, educational videos, and participate in online discussions. The use of platforms such as Google, YouTube, TikTok, and AI tools like ChatGPT aids in understanding course materials. Despite network challenges, students seek solutions by relocating or using the campus network. They tend to choose reliable learning sources, reflecting strong digital literacy skills. Overall, the use of the internet enhances students' motivation and academic performance, leading to improved outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategies employed by the Village Head of Rangalaka in tackling extreme poverty in Rangalaka Village, Kotabaru Subdistrict, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation of the Village Head, village officials, community leaders, and program beneficiaries. The results of the study show that the Head of Rangalaka Village implemented four main strategies in combating extreme poverty, namely: (1) distribution of assistance and social security through the BLT-DD, BPNT, KIS, and KIP programs; (2) community economic empowerment through the establishment of BUMDes and training in productive business skills; (3) improving human resource capacity through entrepreneurship and financial management training; and (4) optimizing Village Funds for productive economic activities. Factors supporting the success of these strategies include community and traditional leader support, budget transparency, and synergy with cross-sector institutions. However, obstacles include low education levels, limited capital, and dependence on government assistance. Overall, the strategy of the Rangalaka Village Head demonstrates a community-based development approach that is oriented towards the economic empowerment and independence of residents. This approach is in line with national policies and sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly in efforts to eradicate extreme poverty at the village level.

Abstract

Learning motivation in this study plays an important role in an individual's academic success. The KIP-Kuliah scholarship can influence learning motivation and help evaluate the effectiveness of the program, as well as encourage students to achieve higher academic performance. This study aims to determine the influence of the KIP-Kuliah scholarship on the learning motivation of students in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Muhammadiyah Maumere. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires. The sample consisted of 65 students who received the KIP-Kuliah scholarship from the 2021–2022 academic year. Data analysis techniques included prerequisite tests and statistical analysis tests. The results showed that the KIP-Kuliah scholarship had a positive and significant influence on students' learning motivation. The t-test results showed a t-count value of 7.083, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.669, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

Bullying masih menjadi masalah serius di lingkungan sekolah dan berdampak negatif pada kesehatan mental, hubungan sosial, dan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan optimalisasi sosialisasi Stop Bullying dalam meningkatkan kesadaran anti-kekerasan pada siswa kelas VII SMP Seatap Ligalejo. Penelitian dilakukan dalam satu hari dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan triangulasi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi meliputi ceramah anti-bullying, pemutaran video edukasi, wawancara dengan siswa yang pernah mengalami bullying, serta kampanye foto menggunakan bingkai bertema anti-kekerasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai bentuk-bentuk bullying, dampaknya, serta pentingnya saling menghargai di lingkungan sekolah. Siswa menunjukkan respons positif dan peningkatan empati setelah melihat materi visual dan mendengar testimoni korban. Meskipun dilakukan dalam waktu singkat, sosialisasi terbukti efektif sebagai langkah awal membangun kesadaran anti-kekerasan dan memerlukan optimalisasi lanjutan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program.
