Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the relationship of leadership principal teaching and work discipline to student academic achievement in school. This research uses quantitative method, the data is analyzed by using descriptive statistic and inference. Data collection using instruments, instruments compiled from various sources tailored to the research method used. The study was conducted on teachers in elementary schools in Jakarta. The study shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between the principal's teaching leadership and the students 'academic achievement with the correlation correlation value of 0.454, there is a significant correlation between the teacher's work discipline with the students' academic achievement with the correlation value of 0.576. From the results of the study can be concluded that the improvement and improving the quality of student achievement can be done with the improvement and improvement of the leadership quality of teaching the principal and the discipline of teacher work. Student achievement can develop well with the help and touch of a principal through good school management, as well as the discipline of a teacher in carrying out his work as an educator so that will provide a good quality of learning process also with the expected achievement of student learning achievement high in school. Abstract

Kinerja sekolah ditunjukkan oleh peningkatkan pencapaian akademik pelajar pelajarnya. Tercapaianya kinerja sekolah di suatu negara memerlukan dukungan Pemerintah yang dapat menetapkan standar nasional pendidikan yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangannya. Negara Republik Indonesia telah menetapakan kinerja sekolah yang diatur dalam standar nasional pendidikan Indonesia. Standar nasional pendidikan Indonesia meliputi standar kompetensi lulusan, standar isi, standar proses, standar tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, standar sarana prasarana, standar pengelolaan dan standar penilaian. Kienrja kompetensi lulusan di Indonesia bersesuaian dengan pandangan: Mortimore (1991), DeRoche (1987), Sergiovanni (1987 dan Shahril Marzuki (1997). Kinerja tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan bersesuaian dengan pandangan Brookover, et al., (1979), Levine dan Lezotte (1990 dan Edmond (1979). Kienrja isi pendidikanbersesuaian dengan pandangan Mortimore (1991 dan MacBeath & Mortimer (tahun 2001). Kinerja proses sekolah bersesuaian dengan pandangan Mortimore (1991). Kinerja sarana prasarana bersesuaian dengan The Phi Delta Kappa (1981 dan Levine dan Lezotte (1990). Kinerja pengelolaan bersesuaian dengan pandangan Weber (1971), The Phi Delta Kappa (1981), Brookover, et al., (1979), Mortimore, et al., (1988), dan Edmond (1979) dan kinerja penilaian pendidikan bersesuaian dengan pandangan Edmond (1979).

Abstract

The internet has experienced phases of growth, decline and growth again. Not many companies that are involved in E-Business are able to adapt to the life cycle experienced by the internet. One company that is able to adapt and succeed in doing business in the internet life cycle is Meta Platforms. This article tries to identify strategies built by Meta Platforms to achieve competitive advantage in doing business in the internet era. This paper finds that Meta Platforms implements a strategy by building technological infrastructure and acquiring various media that enable people to connect, share and collaborate more easily in cyberspace so that it can help people connect and share what they want with anyone in the world . The strategy built by Meta Platforms is able to bring competitive advantage by forming new "rules" in online business (E-Business) competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan mengajar guru dan metode pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran di sekolah, dalam penelitian ini akan menganalisis peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran yang dikaitkan dengan kemampuan mengajar guru dan metode pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL). Dalam kajian ini diduga adanya kemampuan mengajar guru dan metode pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial, guna mendapatkan besaran pengaruh kemampuan mengajar guru dan metode pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di kecamatan Jatiasih Kota Bekasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas proses pembelajaran meningkat dengan adanya guru yang memiliki kemampuan mengajar yang baik di sekolah serta adanya penggunaan metode pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, kemampuan mengajar guru dan metode pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran di sekolah

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of teaching media and teachers' teaching experience in order to enhance students' motivation to learn in schools. This study employs a quantitative method to investigate the extent of the impact that teaching media and teachers' teaching experience have on students' motivation. A sample of 69 teachers was used, and data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential analysis. The study findings indicate that learning media have a positive and significant effect on increasing students' learning motivation, as do teachers' teaching experiences, which also have a positive and significant impact on students' learning motivation. Therefore, it can be stated that in the effort to enhance students' learning motivation in schools, the use of effective and efficient learning media, along with the presence of highly experienced teachers, can be instrumental.
