Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of digital-based learning system policies at SMK Islam Tikung Lamongan. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and interviews with the principal of SMK Islam Tikung Lamongan, the vice principal, and computer science teachers. The results show that the implementation of digital-based learning system policies has a positive impact on the development of the school, particularly at SMK Islam Tikung Lamongan.

Abstract

Salah satu kearifan budaya lokal di Desa Sukolilo adalah berupa Anyaman Bambu. Anyaman bambu yang dihasilkan di desa Sukolilo berupa caping kipas dan kaluh. Yang mana salah satu produk anyaman yang menjadi khas desa Sukolilo yaitu caping yang mana ukuran diamaternya bisa mencapai hingga 1 meter,  bisa melebar dan berbentuk lebih kerucut. Nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan seperti gotong royong, partisipasi warga, serta rasa kepemilikan terhadap produk lokal, yang nantinya mampu membentuk solidaritas sosial dan meningkatkan kolaborasi antara pelaku usaha, pemerintah desa, serta pemuda di desa Sukolilo. Sehingga dapat membangun ekosistem industri kreatif yang berkelanjutan di desa Sukolilo. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan bimbingan kepada masyarakat Desa Sukolilo, agar nantinya ada koloborasi nilai kewarganegaraan dalam pengembangan industry kreatif berupa inovasi-inovasi baru dalam produk anyaman bambu dan bisa menjadi barang yang bernilai jual tinggi, manfaat kegiatan pelatihan ini nantinya dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kualitas perekonomian masyarakat di desa Sukolilo. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan cara diskusi dan pelatihan secara langsung. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, menunjukkan pemahaman mereka tentang bagaimana kolaborasi nilai kewarganegaraan dan praktik manajerial dalam pengembangan industri kreatif anyaman bambu, dengan mengkreasikan anyaman bambu yang sudah ada ke dalam bentuk produk lain yaitu tempat hantaran untuk pernikahan dan tas untuk parcel batik yang dihasilkan dari mereka secara mandiri produk baru anyaman bambu tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract

One of the local cultural wisdoms in Tanjung Village is Tanjung Batik, which is not known exactly when Tanjung batik began to exist, but this batik culture has been around for many years. Tanjung Batik has distinctive motifs and color combinations. This batik design development training not only equips individuals with community knowledge and skills but can also develop more varied batik motif designs quickly and without taking a long time using the D-Batik Application. The aim of this community service activity is to provide guidance to the youth/community of Tanjung Village, so that later they can have distinctive batik that shows the identity of Tanjung Village so that it can be patented and can become an item of high selling value and can improve the economic quality of the community in Tanjung Village, Lamongan Regency. . From the results of implementing Community Service, the training participants responded positively and looked satisfied. You can also see the participants' enthusiasm for developing Tanjung batik designs as shown by their active participation in the training. Participants have also demonstrated their understanding of batik design development using the D-Batik application which is supported by their success in practicing independently the process of making batik motif designs using digital applications.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh kinerja perangkat desa terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Dusun Lopang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada 52 responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskripsi kualitatif. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah simple random sampling, dimana memilih anggota sampel dilakukan secara acak.dengan mengambil anggota sampel dari dua rukun tetangga di Dusun Lopang. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa kinerja perangkat desa berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Dusun Lopang

Abstract

Scientific writing competence remains a significant challenge for teachers in fulfilling continuous professional development and academic publication requirements. This community service program aimed to improve teachers’ scientific writing competencies at SMP Nusantara Sukolilo, Sukodadi District, Lamongan Regency, through a participatory Action Learning approach involving workshops, intensive one-on-one coaching, and evaluation activities. Data were collected using assessments, observations, interviews, self-assessment rubrics, and evaluations of manuscript drafts. The results demonstrated improvements in teachers’ scientific writing competencies, including academic writing skills, reference searching, paraphrasing, citation practices, digital reference management, and the quality of article drafts in terms of problem formulation, academic argumentation, manuscript structure, and referencing consistency. The mentoring process also enhanced writing motivation, academic self-confidence, publication readiness, and reduced writing anxiety among participants. The program contributed to the development of a supportive academic culture and collaborative writing practices, indicating its effectiveness in strengthening teacher professionalism and educational quality improvement.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of Indonesia's national education policy through a public policy analysis of national online media coverage. A qualitative non-empirical approach employing literature-based document analysis was adopted to investigate how education policies are formulated, implemented, and represented within the digital public sphere. Secondary data were collected from official government publications, national online news media, and relevant scholarly literature. The findings reveal that Indonesia's education policy is characterized by several strategic challenges, including frequent policy adjustments, disparities in educational access, uneven institutional capacity, and the need to improve the quality of human resources through more adaptive educational governance. The analysis also indicates that the government has responded through increased education funding, the implementation of a 13-year compulsory education program, school digitalization, teacher competency development, and improvements in educational infrastructure. National online media play a significant role in communicating policy developments and shaping public understanding of educational reforms. The study concludes that the effectiveness of national education policy depends on policy consistency, institutional coordination, transparent governance, and evidence-based implementation to achieve equitable and sustainable educational development in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article examines how contemporary geopolitical rivalry reshapes the international legal order through normative reinterpretation, selective enforcement, and pluralized economic governance. Employing a non-empirical normative–theoretical methodology, the study integrates doctrinal analysis with structural and critical-constructivist interpretation to assess how great power competition recalibrates foundational legal principles. The analysis demonstrates that sovereignty and recognition doctrines under the United Nations Charter are not eroded but recontextualized within competing geopolitical narratives. Collective security mechanisms exhibit patterns of selective enforcement and discretionary activation, generating legitimacy tensions while preserving institutional continuity. In the economic and technological domains, expansive national security exceptions and regulatory bifurcation illustrate how strategic rivalry restructures treaty interpretation without formally displacing multilateral frameworks. The findings indicate that contemporary power politics embeds rivalry within the operational semantics of international law, producing adaptive constitutional pluralism rather than normative disintegration. International legality emerges as a dynamic equilibrium in which institutional resilience coexists with differentiated application shaped by strategic alignment.

Abstract

This study evaluates the evolution of investment governance and its implications for financial market integrity through a structured policy analysis of International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Bank for International Settlements (BIS) reports issued between 2015 and 2025. Employing a mixed qualitative–quantitative content analysis, the research constructs comparative governance indicators capturing prudential orientation, digital finance regulation, artificial intelligence integration, and sustainability risk supervision. The findings reveal a structural shift in global regulatory discourse from stability-centered post-crisis consolidation toward an integrated framework that incorporates crypto-asset oversight, algorithmic supervision, and climate-related financial risk management. While the IMF prioritizes macro-financial surveillance and systemic resilience, the BIS advances granular supervisory standards and technical implementation mechanisms. The results indicate increasing convergence in strategic objectives alongside differentiated institutional pathways. Financial market integrity emerges as a multidimensional governance outcome shaped by transparency regimes, risk quantification tools, and cross-border coordination. The study contributes a novel comparative index-based evaluation framework and advances theoretical understanding of how global economic governance adapts to technological disruption and sustainability transition pressure.
