Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the field of entrepreneurial ecosystems, mapping the evolving landscape of research from 1995 to 2024. Utilizing VOSviewer for visual network analysis, the research identifies central themes, examines co-authorship and institutional collaboration networks, and highlights the temporal progression of key topics. The findings reveal "entrepreneurial ecosystem" as a nexus connecting diverse research themes such as innovation, economic growth, and sustainability. Significant emphasis is placed on the integration of digital technologies and sustainability within entrepreneurial practices, reflecting shifting academic and practical priorities. The analysis of co-authorship networks shows robust collaboration among leading scholars and institutions, predominantly from Western regions, with increasing contributions from a global cohort. The study underscores the importance of incorporating diverse perspectives to fully understand the multifaceted nature of entrepreneurial ecosystems and suggests future research directions focusing on digital transformation and sustainability in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjudul Kursus Online Pengembangan Aplikasi Mobile untuk Pemula yang dilaksanakan pada 11 April 2024. Dalam era digital saat ini, kebutuhan akan aplikasi mobile semakin meningkat, namun akses terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengembangkannya masih terbatas, terutama bagi pemula. Oleh karena itu, kursus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar dan keterampilan praktis dalam pengembangan aplikasi mobile. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyampaian materi secara daring melalui platform Zoom, diikuti dengan sesi interaktif dan proyek nyata yang memungkinkan peserta untuk membuat aplikasi sederhana. Dari hasil evaluasi, 90% peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta berhasil menyelesaikan proyek aplikasi mereka. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman teknis, tetapi juga meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta untuk mengeksplorasi dunia pengembangan teknologi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan yang tepat, pengembangan aplikasi mobile dapat diakses oleh berbagai kalangan, dan pentingnya inisiatif semacam ini untuk mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam era digital

Abstract

This study aims to assess the legal protection of Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) under Law No. 18 of 2017, focusing on how effectively it safeguards their rights throughout the migration process. Utilizing a qualitative research methodology, the study involves a comprehensive review of relevant laws, regulations, and case studies to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current legal framework. The research findings reveal that while the law outlines essential protections, significant enforcement challenges persist due to bureaucratic inefficiencies, lack of awareness among PMIs regarding their rights, and inadequate support mechanisms in host countries. Furthermore, many PMIs are susceptible to exploitation due to the informal nature of their employment and the difficulties associated with navigating foreign legal systems. The study concludes with strategic recommendations for improving legal protections, such as enhancing inter-agency coordination, implementing awareness and training programs for PMIs, fortifying bilateral agreements with host countries, and establishing effective monitoring systems to ensure compliance. The implications of this research highlight the need for coordinated efforts among government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and international collaborators to improve the welfare and legal protections of Indonesian migrant workers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi komunikasi krisis dalam mengelola isu sensitif dalam bisnis atau organisasi. Krisis dapat mengancam reputasi dan keberlanjutan sebuah entitas, memerlukan respons komunikasi yang tepat dan efektif. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai pendekatan yang telah diterapkan oleh organisasi dalam menghadapi krisis yang sensitif. Temuan utama menyoroti pentingnya transparansi, responsivitas, dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan media sebagai kunci keberhasilan dalam mengelola krisis. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan untuk mengembangkan rencana komunikasi krisis yang komprehensif dan meningkatkan pelatihan bagi tim manajemen krisis dalam menghadapi tantangan yang dapat mempengaruhi reputasi organisasi. Dengan memahami praktik terbaik dalam komunikasi krisis, organisasi dapat membangun kepercayaan publik yang kuat dan meminimalkan dampak negatif dari krisis yang tidak terduga.
