Abstract

In multi-criteria decision making, choosing the preferred alternative from among numerous alternatives is a classic challenge; approaches are required to provide decisions that are impartial. In this study, the Average Report Card Value (C1), Attitude Scores (C2), Attendance Scores (C3), Achievements (C4), and Extracurriculars (C5) were used to address the issue of outstanding student. To find the best alternative decisions for pupils who excel, 5 additional samples of students were chosen. For the purpose of resolving complicated mathematical issues arising from several opposing criteria qualities, the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysist (MOORA) method was selected. The results showed that alternative A4, which had a score of 0.49024595 and was the best alternative for excellent students, had the alternative ranking of outstanding students with the highest score.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada pada sekolah boarding yaitu MA Hubulo, dimana madrasah tersebut mempunyai visi-misi terkait dengan pendidikan karakter yang diwujudkan melalui aktifitas pembelajaran baik di sekolah, kelas dan asrama sehingga menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian. Kajian ini dilaksanakan dengan memakai metode kajian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Data riset diperoleh melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul ditabulasi dan dianalisis untuk mengetahui impelementasi pendidikan karakter yang di laksanakan di MA Hubulo. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan jika berbagai nilai karakter yang dilakukan pengembangan dengan model yang habituasi, integrasi, keteladanan serta manajamen lingkungan yang kondusif dalam pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter. Kajian ini juga menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada sekolah boarding terbukti efektif di tengah-tengah kemajuan teknologi saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang eksistensi pendidikan agama Islam pada era inovasi disruptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pustaka atau analisis konten. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa inovasi massif dalam tubuh pendidikan Islam dibutuhkan supaya bisa menjawab tuntutan serta tantangan zaman yang senantiasa mengalami perubahan. Terlebih pada saat pendidikan Islam memasuki era inovasi disruptif memberikan berbagai dampak di sejumlah bidang kehidupan, tidak terkecuali di bidang pendidikan. Di era ini memunculkan peristiwa disruption yang mendorong dunia pendidikan Islam supaya bisa melakukan penyesuaian diri. Pada saat ini lulusan pendidikan Islam berhadapan dengan berbagai tuntutan, kebutuhan serta tantangan baru yang sebelumnya belum pernah ditemui. Oleh karenanya perlu dijalankan inovasi, adaptasi serta pembaharuan pada sistem yang integratif, inovasi kurikulum, tata kelola, kompetensi SDM, sarana serta prasarana, etos kerja, budaya serta lain sebagainya. Apabila tidak dijalankan berbagai hal tersebut maka dikhawatirkan pendidikan Islam bakal semakin semakin tertinggal. Oleh karenanya perlu dicari berbagai langkah yang konkret untuk pendidikan Islam supaya bisa bersaing di era ini. Langkah solutifnya ialah dengan ikut mendisrupsikan dirinya dalam perubahan zaman.

Abstract

The significance of analyzing teacher performance in order to develop future competency, which might lead to rewarding teachers who have been evaluated according to established assessment criteria. Numerous studies have been conducted to aid in the process of evaluating teacher performance, revealing that the problem of evaluating teacher performance involves multi-attribute decision making problems; therefore, this study aims to use the AHP method as a decision support method due to the benefits of AHP in describing the relationship between criteria, attributes, and alternatives via a decision hierarchy structure. The evaluation standards include Discipline (C1), Service Orientation (C2), Integrity (C3), and Cooperation (C4) (C4). The results demonstrated that there are recommendations for decision results, namely determining the priority weight of the criteria so that the value of each alternative can be maximized in each criterion, with assessment techniques tailored to the existing business processes in each school. The determination of objective criteria priority weights can also influence the final ranking results of the evaluation of elementary school teachers' performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the impact of employing student worksheets based on creative problem solving on students' problem-solving abilities and mastery of concepts. This study was carried out at a high school employing a nonequivalent control group design and a quasi-experimental methodology. Purposive sampling was used to do the sampling. Two classes of senior high school students made up the study's sample, with the control class having 30 individuals. The written test, which included up to 15 essay questions, was used to collect the data. The findings indicated that the use of creative problem-solving student worksheets did not affect problem-solving abilities but did affect mastery of the concept of the circulatory system.

Abstract

workshop ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ketrampilan kepada guru-guru TIK/Informatika, khususnya yang tergabung dalam Anggota IGMP. Adapun ketrampilan yang ingin diharapkan bisa di dapat setelah workshop ini adalah kemampuan para guru TIK/Informatika dalam hal konfigurasi Routing dan Server menggunakan perangkat CISCO. Dimana perangkat Server dan Router CISCO sangat jarang digunakan untuk praktikum siswa. Hal mendasar kenapa perangkat ini sangat jarang digunakan adalah karena biaya perangkat yang mahal. Jadi dengan adanya worksop ini bisa menjadi tambahan informasi dan pengetahuan bagi guru TIK/Informatika untuk di implementasikan di sekolah masing-masing, terutama di matapelajaran jaringan komputer. Metode yang digunakan dalam workshop ini pertama adalah ceramah, kemudian yang kedua praktik langsung dalam bentuk workshop menggunakan perangkat yang sudah disediakan, dan yang ketiga adalah tanya jawab. Adapun hasil dari penyelenggaraan workshop ini terbilang sukses, dari 40 peserta di dapatkan 5 peserta luar biasa memahami isi materi, 30 lainnya bisa memahami materi dan 5 lainnya kurang paham terhadap materi. Kesimpuan yang bisa di dapat dari kegiatan workshop ini adalah pahamnya para guru TIK/Informatika tentang implementasi Routing dan Server pada perangkat Cisco.

Abstract

The aim of teaching foreign language is defined in terms of four skills. Listening, speaking, reading, and writing. It clearly shows that the purpose of teaching English is to enable students to master the four skills. The objective of this research were to know whether KWL strategy improve students’ narrative text reading ability, teachers’ performance, and students’ participation during the teaching-learning process at 27 Students eighth grade of Junior High School Student. To see the teachers’ performance and students’ participation (Teaching Learning Process), qualitative data was used (interview and observation sheet). Meanwhile, quantitative data (students’ score) was used to know students' ability to read narrative text (Learning Product). This research was conducted at Junior High School students of Gunung Labuhan Lampung. The subject of this research was students of class Eighth Grade. This research used classroom action research (CAR). The action research was done in two cycles. Each cycle was done in three meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Based on the result of the cycles from pre-test data, students passed grade 37%, which increased in every cycle as follows, Post Cycle 1 got score students passing grade 44,4%. In Post Cycle II got score students passing grade 81,5% and from the observation sheet result, 90% were active during the teaching-learning process and 81% students gain score 70 or more. Referring to the research, it concluded that KWL strategy improved students’ narrative text reading ability, teachers’ performance and students’ participation during the teaching-learning process.

Abstract

English language lesson in elementary schools plays a crucial role in the development of children's English language and critical thinking abilities, as well as their creativity and self-assurance. The teaching and learning process at school or online now heavily depends on technology, including digital learning media that continue to expand and supplant traditional media such as books. Using interactive multimedia is one way to improve the efficacy of English learning, so the purpose of this study is to develop learning media with English material for the introduction of fruit vocabulary for elementary school students, which will facilitate the delivery and absorption of learning materials. To attract the attention of elementary school pupils, the interactive multimedia development method employs the Model Development Life Cycle (MDLC) with a minimalist and straightforward concept. The overall test results indicate that interactive multimedia learning English, particularly material about fruits, can be an option for students and instructors to support learning at school, and that the composition of the material is consistent with the school's curriculum. Having access to alternative learning media enables elementary school students to learn independently, enhance their skills, and meet school learning objectives.

Abstract

The potential of MSMEs in Pamanuk Village, Carenang District, Serang Regency has the potential to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. However, unfortunately there are still many limitations possessed by MSME players, especially those operating in the micro sector, which means that the competitiveness of these MSMEs is weak. One of the results of observations and empirical studies in the field was that one of the weaknesses came from weak knowledge related to legal literacy and halal certification. For this reason, this research was carried out with the aim of providing understanding to MSME players regarding the legal entity status that MSMEs can have also how to obtain halal certification for those operating in the food and beverage sector. The method used is counseling and training for community groups as MSME actors who will later provide education to other communities about the procedures for obtaining legal entity status and brand right protection. The results of the research show that there have been significant changes in the benefits of managing legal entities in the MSME sector and in increasing the knowledge of MSME actors in Pamanuk Village

Abstract

Quantitative descriptive research is a type of non-experimental quantitative research that is relatively easy. This study describes the quantitative data obtained concerning the condition of the subject or phenomenon of a population. The research instrument that is often used in this study is a questionnaire containing several question items about perceptions of research problems. The results of testing the alternative hypothesis proposed are significantly acceptable, namely, with a positive influence between the Effect of Facebook Social Media on Concentration and Learning Outcomes at SMAN 10.The results of the analysis on the coefficients show that the value of the correlation coefficient indicates that the rxy coefficient value is 0.751, so it is stated in the strong category, and the rtable is 0.306. rcount > rtable = 0.751 > 0.306, and the results of the t test obtained the price of tcount of 6.026 while ttable of 1.69726 with an error rate of 5%, thus tcount > ttable = 6.026 > 1.69726, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient between Social Media Facebook and Concentration and Learning Outcomes have a positive and significant effect and from the hypothesis testing that has been done Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the coefficient of determination (cd) is 56%, based on the relationship between these variables is causal or causal, a simple linear regression equation can be made, namely Y = a + bX, a = 28,941, while the value of b is b = 0.650 X. Then a simple linear regression equation can be obtained, namely Y = 28,941 + 0,650 X so that there is the influence of Facebook social media on concentration and learning outcomes at SMAN 10 Tangerang Regency.
