Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the North Lombok Regency General Election Supervisory Body in preventing violations of the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus. Where in its prevention, the North Lombok Regency Bawaslu makes prevention efforts that have special attention to the State Civil Apparatus in the North Lombok Regency environment. This study was conducted on the strategy or prevention efforts carried out by the North Lombok Regency General Election Supervisory Body using data analysis then narrated, sourced from interview activities, observations, document excavations. The strategies used by the North Lombok Regency General Election Supervisory Body are in the form of Appeals, coordination, socialization, supervision villages and utilization of social media. That the North Lombok Regency General Election Supervisory Body has maximized prevention of violations of the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus in North Lombok Regency. Potentials have been mapped and prevention strategies have been prepared in supervising the 2020 Regional Head Election in North Lombok Regency. This study found a strategy in preventing violations of the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus based on hierarchical instructions and initiatives from the North Lombok Regency General Election Supervisory Body

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sastra serta mengembangkan ekspresi diri pelajar SMA/MA melalui lokakarya penulisan cerpen. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Oktober 2025 di Aula Kantor Desa Bentek, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, oleh tim pengabdian dari Universitas 45 Mataram bekerja sama dengan Rumah Budaya Kembang Rampe Sammira. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, praktik menulis cerpen, serta pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap struktur dan teknik penulisan cerpen, serta meningkatnya kepercayaan diri dalam mengekspresikan ide melalui karya sastra. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong tumbuhnya minat literasi di kalangan pelajar. Dengan demikian, lokakarya penulisan cerpen efektif sebagai media pengembangan literasi sastra dan ekspresi diri generasi muda.Abstract: This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve literary literacy skills and develop self-expression of high school/Islamic high school students through a short story writing workshop. The activity was carried out on October 6, 2025, at the Bentek Village Office Hall, North Lombok Regency, by a community service team from Universitas 45 Mataram in collaboration with Rumah Budaya Kembang Rampe Sammira. The methods used included material delivery, interactive discussions, short story writing practice, and mentoring. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the structure and techniques of short story writing, as well as increased self-confidence in expressing ideas through literary works. In addition, this activity also encouraged the growth of literacy interest among students. Thus, the short story writing workshop is effective as a medium for developing literary literacy and self-expression for the younger generation.
