Abstract

Bullying cases are increasingly rampant, resulting in death or murder. The purpose of this study is to examine the law on the protection of bullying victims. The research method used in this writing is the normative legal research method and literature. The results of the study show that Indonesia is one of the countries that regulates protection for bullying victims and sanctions for perpetrators of bullying. Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection (Child Protection Law), "Violence is any act against children that results in physical, psychological, sexual misery or suffering, and/or neglect, including threats to commit acts, coercion, or unlawful deprivation of liberty." Efforts to protect children have been regulated in several laws and regulations, including the Child Protection Law, Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights and Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System (SPPA Law). Child protection is stipulated in Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sastra serta mengembangkan ekspresi diri pelajar SMA/MA melalui lokakarya penulisan cerpen. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Oktober 2025 di Aula Kantor Desa Bentek, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, oleh tim pengabdian dari Universitas 45 Mataram bekerja sama dengan Rumah Budaya Kembang Rampe Sammira. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, praktik menulis cerpen, serta pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap struktur dan teknik penulisan cerpen, serta meningkatnya kepercayaan diri dalam mengekspresikan ide melalui karya sastra. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong tumbuhnya minat literasi di kalangan pelajar. Dengan demikian, lokakarya penulisan cerpen efektif sebagai media pengembangan literasi sastra dan ekspresi diri generasi muda.Abstract: This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve literary literacy skills and develop self-expression of high school/Islamic high school students through a short story writing workshop. The activity was carried out on October 6, 2025, at the Bentek Village Office Hall, North Lombok Regency, by a community service team from Universitas 45 Mataram in collaboration with Rumah Budaya Kembang Rampe Sammira. The methods used included material delivery, interactive discussions, short story writing practice, and mentoring. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the structure and techniques of short story writing, as well as increased self-confidence in expressing ideas through literary works. In addition, this activity also encouraged the growth of literacy interest among students. Thus, the short story writing workshop is effective as a medium for developing literary literacy and self-expression for the younger generation.
