Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is about the ups and downs of students' motivation in participating in Karate extracurricular activities at SMP N 2 Kembayan. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student motivation in participating in Karate extracurricular at SMP N 2 Kembayan. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample used the saturated sample technique, that is all 20 students of SMP N 2 Kembayan who took Karate extracurricular activities. The data collection technique used in the study is questionnaire, which is measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out to find the percentage by dividing the actual score by the ideal score multiplied by 100%. The results of the reliability test calculation show that the Cronbach alpha value > r count (0,656 > 0.632). The results of the research, and data analysis showed that the average of the results of the intrinsic factor was 36.6%, while the result of the extrinsic factor was 63.4%. Thus, it can be concluded that the most dominant factor in students' motivation towards karate extracurricular is external factors with 63.4%.Keywords: Motivation, Extracurricular, beladiri

Abstract

 AbstractProblems in this research is learning approach that tends to be centered on the teacher so as to make students less active and easy to get bored in learning and lack of attention of learners to learning penjasorkes.This study aims to determine the effect of play approach to learning motivation learners on subjects penjasorkes in SMPLB-B Dharma Asih Pontianak.The method used in this research is experimental method with research form is true eksperimental design .The research is a population study with the subjects of all learners amounted to 28 students divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group with each group amounted to 14 students .The experimental group given the learning treatment with the play approach. Data collection techniques using observation sheets and interviews. Data analysis technique is t-test with the help of SPSS version 22 .The results showed that there is influence of play approach to learning motivation penjasorkes obtained t-test results Sig.(2-tailed) 0.001 0.05.Then obtained experimental group result of 35,07 bigger than control group equal to 30,07 , percentage of increase equal to 16,63% meaning do not show significant influence. Keywords: Play Approach, Learning Motivation, Student SMPLB-B

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether there is an influence of weight training on the passing ability of soccer extracurricular participants in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of weight training on passing ability on football extracurricular participants in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a pre-experimental design research form. The subjects in this study were all participants who joined soccer extracurricular activities in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak, totaling 20 people. Data analysis with parametric test t-test. The results of the study based on statistical tests note that there is a significant influence on the value of t-test, namely tcount 19.18> ttable 1.729 at a significant level of 5%, from these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of weight training on the passing ability of soccer extracurricular participants in SMA Negeri 9 PontianakKeywords:, Football, Passing, Weight Training

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to develop a media or a portable javelin tool that can be assembled so that it is practical in the process of training for the javelin throwers and in the learning process at schools and also to determine the feasibility of portable javelin tool based on the validity aspects and its practicality. This portable javelin is made by using mixture of basic materials from several composites namely fiberglass fiber, polyester resin and catalyst. This study is a developmental research. This study uses the ADDIE developmental model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Data collection techniques in this study used field trials and questionnaire methods. The result of this research and development is a portable javelin tool. The result of the analysis of the feasibility level of the portable javelin tool are : (1) The validity test of 2 validators, namely media experts shows a score of 85,42 % and practitioner shows a score of 87,5 %. Therefore the portable javelin tool is include in the category of “Very Valid”. (2) The test of acceptability and practicality through the user responses, namely sport students, shows an average score of 91,16 %. Therefore from that it can be concluded that the portable javelin tool is feasible to use and practical in its use. Keywords : Development, Javelin, Portable

Abstract

Abstract                        Students pay attention to the explanation from the teacher about the shooting tec hnique of the game of soccer using the inside and outside legs. Alternative TGT types in soccer learning problems. The method used was the experimental method, the study design used pre-experimental design, and the study design used the design of one group pretest-posttest design. The population of the study was all eighth grade students of SMPN 2 Siantan 2018/2019 school year as many as 120 students. The study was 30 students. Data collection technique used were soccer shooting tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and using t-test (influence test). From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of cooperative models of learning TGT type on the learning outcomes of soccer shooting in class VIII students of SMPN 2 Siantan. The results of the t-test analysis indicate that the tcount (9,241) and ttable (2,045) or (9,241> 2,045). The magnitude of the percentage of influence given by learning by applying the cooperative models of learning TGT type on the learning outcomes of soccer shooting in class VIII students of SMPN 2 Siantan is 26,79%.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model, Teams Game Tournament, Learning Results for Shooting Football.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the level of self-confidence of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak students who take extracurricular taekwondo. Descriptive research method. Sources of data in this study amounted to 21 students. This research technique uses observation. Data analysis using percentages. The results of this study indicate that the level of self-confidence of students of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak who take extracurricular taekwondo reaches an actual score of 566 from the ideal score of 756 which means that it reaches 74.87% of what it should be. , so it's in the "Good" category.Keywords: Self-confidence, Taekwondo.
