Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of using audio-visual media in Civic Educationlearning on student learning outcomes in class III State Elementary School 01 HuluSungai, the number of students is 20 people. The method used is a quasi-experimentaldesign with the type of Time-Series Design. The population in this proposal is all thirdgrade students of State Elementary School 01 Hulu Sungai. The research procedure willbe carried out in the 2nd semester of February-March 2020. The technique used is a test.The analytical technique used to calculate the mean is Mean= =∑ fi . xi∑ fi , standarddeviation using SD = √∑ D2−[(∑D2)/np]np−1, to calculate the effect size using ES = Ye− YcSe, withthe result that tcount is 3,716 and ttable is 2,093. Because tcount (3.716) > ttable (2.093), it issaid to be significant, so therefore Ha is accepted. So it can be said that there is an effectof using audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of civic education lessons for thirdgraders at the 01 Hulu Sungai State Elementary School. effect size results obtained resultsof 0.830 with the "medium" category.Keywords: Influence, Audio Visual Media, Citizenship Education

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the suitability of the contents of each component in the class V thematic learning implementation plan at 66 Pontianak City Elementary Schools referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 22 of 2016 concerning Process Standards. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with the form of case study research. Data collection techniques used in this research are indirect observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentary studies. The data collection instrument in this study was the researcher himself as the main instrument using observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and teacher lesson plans documents on theme 2, sub-theme 1 learning 1, learning 2, learning 3, learning 4, learning 5, and learning 6. Based on the data The results of observations, interviews, and RPP documents showed that the results of the analysis were that there were several components that were suitable and there were also some that were not suitable which needed to be improved a lot in making the lesson plans. Abstract

AbstractThis reaearch aims to analyze the influence of the cooperative model audio-visual media in Social Science learning on the learning outcomes of  V grade Elementary School 03 in  Pontianak Kota. The method  used was experimental with Pre-Experimental Design and non equivalent control group design. The population of all students from two classes 54 people. the sample of this study was the students of VB class which amounted to 24 people as  experimental class and the VC class learners as  control class which amounted to 26 people. Data collection techniques used are measurement techniques and data collection tools was a written test of multiple choice. Based on the data analysis, the result of  average post-test of the experimental class class is 74,00 and the mean post-test control 70,50. Hypothesis test results using t-test (Polled Variance) obtained t count = 1,684 while for degree of freedom (24+26-2=48) with significant level α = 5% obtained t table = 1.676, which means t count > t table, this proves that there was influence of applying cooperative model of audio-visual media in Social Science learning. Based on the calculation of effect size (ES) obtained ES = 0.34which includes medium criteria.  Keywords: Audio Visual, Influence, Learning Outcomes, Science

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out the relationship between learning motivation and learning habits together to the learning outcomes of grade IV students of 17 Pontianak City Elementary School. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a form of correlation study research. The population in this study was grade IV students of SDN 17 Pontianak. The samples in this study were determined using probabilty sampling techniques with random sampling type and selected grade IVC SDN 17 Pontianak Kota. The source of this research data is grade IVC students of SDN 17 Pontianak Kota and the average rapot document. The data is a poll score of learning motivation and learning habits and average rapot scores. The results showed 79.16% of students' learning motivation was in the good category, students' learning habits were 79.87% in the good category, and 83.96% of study results fell into the excellent category. The correlation between learning motivation and learning outcomes was 0.550 in the moderate category. The correlation between learning habits and learning outcomes of 0.521 fell into the moderate category. The correlation of learning motivation and learning habits was 0.458. The correlation between learning motivation and habits together with learning outcomes of 0.627 fell into the strong category. Keywords : Learning Motivation, Learning Habits, and Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of contextual approaches on student learning outcomes in learning citizenship education in grade V elementary school. The research method used was an experimental, non-equivalent group design type Quasi Experimental form. The study population is all fifth grade elementary school students 56 West Pontianak. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The technique used is direct observation and measurement techniques. The data collection tool used is a multiple choice test. The results of data analysis namely, the average score of the control class post-test was 68.06 and the experimental class was 74.83. Based on the results of t-test calculations obtained tcount 2.830> t table 2,000, then Ha is accepted. This shows that there are differences in the learning outcomes of control class students with the experimental class. Calculation of effect size of 0.79 with medium criteria. The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of the Contextual Approach on Student Learning Outcomes in the Learning of Citizenship Education for Class V Elementary Schools in the medium category. Keywords: Civics Education,Contextual Approach, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to describe the correlation between learning motivation and thematiclearning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic for fifth grade students at 33 NorthPontianak State Elementary School. The method used is a descriptive method in theform of relationship studies by using correlation studies. This study used a populationof 68 students and a sample of 34 students. Data collection techniques used in thisresearch are indirect communication techniques and documentary study techniques.The tools used to collect data are questionnaires and student learning outcomesdocuments. Based on statistical analysis using the product moment correlationformula for calculating the correlation of learning motivation with thematic learningoutcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic, fifth grade students of the 33 NorthPontianak State Elementary School obtained rcount of 0.279, while rtable of 0.339,this means rcount < rtable. From the results of the calculations, it can be concludedthat there is no positive correlation between learning motivation and thematiclearning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic for fifth grade students at the 33North Pontianak State Elementary School.Keywords: Correlation, Covid-19, Motivation, Thematic Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to find out whether there was a significant difference between the  average of students’ result in learning mathematics by using realia media (stick and pouch of numbers). The method used in this research was experimental and the form of research was Pre-Experimental Design. The research population was all students of grade III A in Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Pontianak Selatan. The sample was class III A (experimental class) conswasts of 32 students. Data collecting method used was measurement technique and the tool used was written test in form of essay. The result of experimental class average pre-test score was 62,25 and for the post-test of experimental class 2 was 78,75. Based on the calculation above, the result of t count was 15,76 with db=32-1=31 with significance rate (a) = 5% resulted in t table 1,670. Based on t count result in 15,76> t table 1,670, it can be concluded that Ha was accepted. It means there was a difference in students’ learning result before and after the treatment of Realia. Thus, it can be concluded the implementation of Realia Media does affects in the students’ learning result in mathematics in class III A of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Pontianak Selatan. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to produce teaching materials based on pictorial stories on thematic learning in class II theme 4 sub-theme 2 Clean and Healthy Living in Schools. This type of research is a development research using a model ADDIE with analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation steps. Data quantitative data comes from the score of the product assessment results by the validator as well as from the results of filling out a questionnaire on the practicality of teaching materials by teachers and students. Qualitative data obtained from suggestions and notes by the validator. The level of validity of teaching materials based on the results of assessments by experts design and material experts while the practicality of teaching materials is based on the results of the assessment by students and teachers of class II Public Elementary School 35 South Pontianak. Results validation of teaching materials design experts obtained an average of 4.1 with the "valid" category. Results expert validation of teaching materials obtained an average of 3.8 in the "valid" category. Results the practicality of teaching materials by students obtained an average of 3.6 with the category "very" practical". The results of the practicality assessment of teaching materials by teachers obtained an average of 3.4 with the “very practical” category.Keywords: Comic, Development, Teaching Materials

Abstract

AbstractThis study purpose to analyze how much influence of the student team achievement divisions model has on the learning outcomes on civic education of the fifth grade students on public elementary school 13 west Pontianak. The method is experimental method with the form of Quasi Experimental Design types of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in the study of all fifth grade students of Pontianak Barat 13 Elementary School, amounting to 72 people, took the sample using purposive sampling technique so that the sample was VA class as the experimental class and VB as the control class. Data collection techniques were measurement techniques, with data collection tools is a test of multiple choice students amounted to 40 questions. Based on data analysis, the result of the average post-test experimental class= 68.93 and average post-test result of the control class= 61,69. The results of hypothesis testing (t-test) obtained t count 3.58 and t table 1,98 (significant level (α) = 5% and dk = 70) which means tcount > ttable, then Ha is accepted. This means there is a significant influence on applying the student team achievement divisions model. From the calculation of Effect Size obtained 0.78 (medium criteria). The student team achievement divisions influences the learning outcomes of civic educations in class V of Elementary School 13 west Pontianak. Key words :  Student Team Achievement Divisions, Learning Outcomes, Civic Education.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research was the influence by using manipulaitve media in Matematic Learning against the results of the grade IV elementary school number 05 Pontianak city. The method used was the experiment with forms of Experimental Design Quaisy design non equivalent control group design. This research sample was grade IV A of as a class experiment and grade IV B of as a class control. Data collection techniques used are measurement techniques and data-collecting instrument was the written test multiple choice-shaped.  Based on the analysis of data obtained average results post-test experiments class with an average 75,17 and post-test control class 67,04. Hypothesis test results using t-test (Polled Variance) obtained  = 2.566 while for dk (23+23 - 2 = 44) with significant level α = 5% obtained  = 1.681, meaning >, then the Ha received, this proves there was influence by using manipulative media in matematic learning. Based on the results of the calculation of effect size (ES) obtained ES = 0.79 which included the criteria of medium. Therefore it can be concluded that using manipulative media in matematic learning provide positive influence towards learning outcomes grade IV elementary school number 05 Pontianak city. Keyword: Influence, Manipulative Media,  TheResults of the Matematic Learning
