Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji prosedur pelaksanaan pengadaan langsung barang dan jasa di PT. PLN Nusantara Power Services dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan yang mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam rangka program Magang Reguler di Kantor Pusat PLN Nusantara Power Services di Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses bisnis pengadaan melibatkan beberapa divisi utama, terutama divisi Operation & Maintenance sebagai pengguna dan divisi Supply Chain Management sebagai pelaksana pengadaan. Terdapat empat metode utama dalam pelaksanaan pengadaan, yaitu Pengadaan Langsung, Pelelangan Terbatas, Pelelangan Terbuka, dan Penunjukan Langsung. Pengadaan Langsung terbukti menjadi metode yang paling efisien untuk pengadaan barang dan jasa dengan nilai kecil dan tingkat risiko rendah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan sistem teknologi terbaru untuk mengoptimalkan proses pengadaan serta memperluas jaringan vendor guna meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa perusahaan.

Abstract

There is no way to completely escape work-related issues like conflict and stress. workers' performance is negatively impacted by work conflict and stress. This indicates that when workers encounter high levels of stress and job conflict, their performance will fall dramatically. Finding out how stress and conflict at work affect productivity is the driving force behind this study. The research in this study is descriptive in nature and employs qualitative approaches. Findings from studies This demonstrates that stress at work has a negative and statistically significant effect on employee performance, whereas conflict at work has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The objective is to analyze the competitiveness of modern retail through the integration of SWOT analysis as a basis for formulating more targeted strategies using qualitative descriptive methods. This paper identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that drive the performance of modern retail based on literature and empirical findings from various previous studies. The results of the analysis show that the main strengths of modern retail lie in product completeness, competitive prices, strategic locations, and operational efficiency. Meanwhile, weaknesses arise from suboptimal digitization, minimal online promotion, limited service innovation, and outdated inventory management. Meanwhile, opportunities arise from changes in digital-based shopping behavior, while threats emerge from the dominance of large retailers, e-commerce competition, and economic fluctuations. Based on the SWOT integration, a strategy is formulated that includes strengthening digitalization, optimizing online marketing, improving service quality, and modernizing operational systems to support long-term competitiveness.
